peaceful prize

The last resort of the department store
Purchasing my bones in the flesh
Native thorns contempting robes
Reciprocities without enough city
Familiar silvers behind glass windows
Tracking of least haunted strain
Fellow of coal
Liberty absconds the brazen doors of eden
Bludgeoning heart muscle of castings lapse
Strung letting of hummingbirds pain
Calling froth of tomorrow
Beastly hauling of coppered stones
Blanks of tomb
Witched at birth

                      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Beneath February breath,
a fugue of magic hues—
embers of crimson,
coppered caramel trill
as maples sway
in Mistral melodic mirth.
Amidst the rhapsody,
in strokes of whispered shimmer
a rainbow flares.
In a seamless symphony,
a fresco of shades
unfurls in the sky.
Amid the onyx,
woven in clouds gossamer,
winter moon glows in a frosty sheen.
In luminous rhapsodies,
she hums opal notes
of wistful longings to the sea’s restless soul.
Drenched in ethereal blushes,
the sea becomes a shimmering midnight hymn—
choristers of spectral silver.
O'er the skyline’s silken scarlet,
March dusk in tourmaline blush,  twilight lyrics
of a sundown serenade.
Amidst the concerto,
swirling crimson,  a swoop of swallows
in shimmering shadows.
They dart off into the tinted eventide,
their wing beats,  an echo of lingering silence.
Premium Member In the Hazy Light
Variegated streaks
criss-crossing,
soothing lavender
then fiery maroon,
with belts of amber
in between.
Slate blue bluffs
catch the sun before it lands,
dipping into the rippling orange
of the mottled lake.
The pitch black pines are still,
passed the rusty mesh
of a rickety screen door.
Our eyes were fixed
up to the moment
your coppered profile
became shadow,
and I could see you no more
in the hazy light.
Winter Shine
A rippling light beam tumbles, intriguingly
Dreaming in coppered intensity
And swirling loudly in glit·ter·y
Whilst winter cavorts playfully
Nature's Draw
A rasping autumn's evening rings
Caressing in coppered exultation
Rising gently in satisfaction
And winter coming dances merrily
Time lifts with quiet dignity
In the starlit nighty
A cloud sparkles incandescently
As God draws nature in delicately
While artful flurries, spreading opulently
Painting With Stardust
From night to night
I searched in a distant sky
To catch a falling star
To collect its silver dust
which fell ever so slow
upon the life-lines of my hand-palm.
From night to night
I searched with these ardent eyes
for ways to paint you a dream
made from diamond shards
of a glistening beam.
But from night to night
the  moon in it's grandeur would show
filtering  its opalescent glow
through the bedroom blinds
reflecting its  amorous lights
Outwashing every short-lived star
 I  ever yearned  to seek
Obscuring  other sparkles
 with its lucent shine.
Blinding me in hundred ways
Holding me captive in his embrace.
But tonight,is a different night
Tonight its lunar limbs are cloaked
with a mourning veil.
Tonight I dance without its shadows
and in its darkness I exhale .
Tonight I paint with stardust
I sprinkle kisses from coppered-flames
Forgetting all about the moonrise
while I think only about your face.
Winter's Easing
Lifting winds cut through the trees
Scouring all of coppered leaves,
Now swirling in the autumn sky,
To flutter down, like butterflies.
Winter now, she bides her time
For soon enough her clock will chime.
She'll open wide her icy hand,
And cast her spell across the land.
In the trees, will squirrels doze.
While creatures snuggle beneath hedgerows,
To quietly wait out winters hold,
In dreys and nests, safe from the cold.
The land around, now dormant, freezing.
It too will sleep, till winter's easing.
Fin My Next Life
In my nest (next) life
give me, rock hard commitments
unwavering strengths of true love
pomegranate lips full of passion
colored within deep ruby red
promises
skin darken with airbrushed, coppered
bronze
heated under muscled saintly sin (skin)
hair as dark as the unseeing
night
mix with wanting and rub
heated under wet intentions
licked and breath in
hold and screams
shake and moan
till reLife (relief) sucks me in
passions of the two
soaked in the juicy fruit
of wet pounding
wiggles of sweet sweat
loud deep sound of breathing
unrecognizable words of panting
and where to heart meet and
none can pull apart...
(fin = end)
A penny placed with charming grace
upon a rail of steel with haste
spreads copper bright between the space
A penny placed with charming grace
becomes a treasured resting place
for earth bound angels sitting chaste
A penny placed with charming grace
upon a rail of steel with haste.
Two children come to this reveal
and wish upon the coppered rail
with pointed stick they try to steal
Two children come to this reveal
their first love with kiss to seal
such innocence a holy grail
Two children come to this reveal
and wish upon the copper rail.
