Premium Member My Soul To Thee To Concede

Stairs I shall construct, my Lord,

Made from good thoughts, words, and deeds

As to be ready to climb onto heaven

When my soul, I am asked to Thee, to concede!

Premium Member He Needs To Concede

Donald Trump really needs to concede
A new president is what we all need
He's stubborn as a mule
But can't win, voters rule
Step down sir, our Country needs to succeed

Premium Member He's Not Heaven Sent

Our current president was not heaven sent. He lost the election and is still hell bent. He's causing more divisiveness, more confusion, building a case on pure delusion. Trump's always been un-presidential, unfit to lead but now he won't transfer power and graciously concede. He could careless for the suffering, the sick, smack in the middle of this pandemic. Trump lacks dignity and shows no compassion. It's too late for his mother to give him a thrashing. I'm looking forward to the day when this demagogue is behind us and this country can heal with honesty and kindness.

Time To Concede

The bottle, empty lays dying in her hand
Half empty, half full who cares its in demand
On the face of it her friends seem to care
But turn her back and she better beware
Cider, spirits being exchanged as if gold
Rollies, cigarettes ready to be sold
The next fix is sat on the corner down the way
But with no money, it will be hard to pay
Services exchanged with rates of pay agreed
The drugs will always win, time to concede

Concede With Lord

"Everything happens for a reason":
Grumbling for every single thing brings
goosebumps in your organ.
Sip the essence of life as it sings.
Please quietly ignore your emotion.
Ease the burdens by pouring it before god and seek his blessings.

Premium Member Do Not Drink That Cup

Everyone has seen giving in and giving up.
I chose to believe we can all decline that cup.

Please say you cannot embrace compliant
or live life as an acceptance client.
Many do tolerate travesty's place
but we must not abide its bitter trace.
We should not forsake heartfelt ideal
and must disregard relenting's appeal.
To say mankind got lost by accident
is to ignore each foolish incident.
What others may reconcile or abide,
let us refuse to absorb in good stride.
Genuine truth, we will not surrender.
Let's remain a human rights defender.

As one, let us promise to never stand in line
to accept a cupful of the conceding wine.

Concede

Somewhere I lost my way
Giving my darkness rule
I have no grasp of myself
A complete lack of control
My mouth has dried out
After a crude showing
Unleashing verbal assaults
I can no longer sleep
For my eyes are glued open
The thoughts terrorize me
Never a moments peace
Hope, an empty notion
My bones diseased with fear
I see no redemption

Concede To Purity

Come inside weary nomad
Concede your effects there
Demands that of once greatness
My frail frame shifts in command
Subtly do I settle my tome
Within his allotted collection
Barren mind remains
Erased is all knowledge
Press further to truth

Come inside exhausted warrior
Concede your arms there
Demands that of once innocence
My frail hands move in command
Reluctantly do I discard my weapons
Within his cluttered armory
Empty sheath remains
Removed are all defenses
Press further to truth

Come inside fragile soul
Concede your garments there
Demands that of once love
My vulnerable being shakes in command
Disheartenedly do I delete my outfit
Within his convoluted bed chamber
Bare body remains
Stripped is my life
Press further to truth

Come inside mutilated man
Concede your torment there
Demands that of a unique soul
My heart weeps in command
Completely do I extract my pain
Within her purified passion
Past spirit remains
Revitalized is my mind
Press further to truth
Press further pure love

Concede To Change and Conquer

Sailing along watching waves slightly grow
each has there own adventure to tow.
Looking ahead forgetting the past.
Though lagging are the impressions people made last.
Easier to look on and embrace what’s in store,
than to want for something that is no more.
Letting go is hard to do
when there is no valid reason for saying adieu.
We all make choices & our journeys part.
Lacking moments notice; without consent of ones heart.
Always in ones mind sharing the friendship and times.
Journey onward making days of new song and rhymes.
So freeing is traveling with the wind while observing changing seasons.
The beauty of the new horizon makes peace the souls grievance.
Ease down your sails for the broad reaching.
Explore in this life through learning & teaching.
A word not spoken of the depart,
only shown from the plotting of the travelers chart.
Do not spend time dwelling on what might have been
Clinging to what’s exhausted neither one could win.
Where there is a chair that once was filled
now an empty place for taking if so willed.
Make life valid through connections and love.
Not just have happiness but an immense amount of .

I Concede

I look down at my life incomplete
Sighing deep within I concede
Satire of a life so rudely condescending
