"No warmth could warm him, no wintry weather chill him, no sadness touch him."
Quote by _ Constance
A cold-hearted man was Ebenezer Scrooge,
he loved his money - his hatred for the poor was huge !
His ever "Bah! Humbugs!" Made him the worst and cursed,
till he woke running in the street, kicking his heels, heart ready to burst !
Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol, 1843, a narrative of visions, terror, and change.
Winter wonder land's Frosty the Snowman
always radiates love* with vibrant Christmas plan
miraculously bright midst icy glow
never melting along gifts that flow.
*1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

1st place, "Frosty" Clerihew Poem Writing Contest
Sponsored by Joseph May; judged on 12/26/2025
Miser Ebeneezer dreamt on Christmas eve ,
Omen from Ghost Present...without reprieve
Oldie's ill fate declared by this Dark Force -
Awed, Scrooge fainted with a voice so coarse!
Snowman Frosty who’s full of glee
covered the ground with his frozen pee-
This rumor spread by Rudolph
skewed Santa's sleigh, then took off.

Ebeneezer Scrooge -
His miserliness was huge.
The Ghost of Christmas Future gave him quite a scare.
He woke up from visions with an eagerness to share.
Santa Claus:
wherever he goes, he gets great applause.
He puts the "merry" in "Merry Christmas"
while he joyfully goes about his business.
Ebenezer Scrooge:
in literature, his impact is huge.
The Christmas ghosts did all they could
to alter him into someone good.
He’s called Santa, Fatman, at times Saint Nick
His flying reindeer are what’s truly sick!
Kids get Santa’s Naughty or Nice List drift
Kindness becomes them, for an awesome gift
Literary work
"Twas the Night Before Christmas" by Clement Clarke Moore or possibly Henry Livingston Jr.
Christmas Eve
12/24/25
Frosty the Snowman,
each winter will stand on guard like a leading man.
Some whisper that at night Frosty smiles, dances and sings,
but . . . there is no denying the pure winter joy Frosty brings.
Dodged by the flock, Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer
proves himself an ace navigator-cum-mountaineer,
safely leads Santa’s sleigh through frosty dark night,
for he has a snout of crimson flare that shines bright.

Frosty the Snowman
All dressed in white, Frosty the snowman
His Christmas wish - to have tan
He knew his wish a tanning salon he would befuddle
Poor Frosty now just a yellow tan puddle.
In a wintry hollow, atop Mount Crumpit, dwelled Max and The Grinch,
A dog and his master of mischief, whose heart measured an inch,
And beared a soul of zero dimensions, tented by a teardrop physique,
The villainous Who who'd snuck away with Christmas to his frosty peak.
Rudolph, the leader of Santa's reindeer,
adjusted his nose and gave the all clear
to steer Santa well with his braced flashlight.
But one Christmas Eve, he sneezed during flight!
Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer,
guides Santa’s sleigh and brings the world cheer.
Legend has it that the color of his nose
is an irresistible draw for the does.
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
twinkling on a hunter’s wall this year.
Bulbs and ornaments animate his rack.
Day after Christmas, Santa’s getting feedback.
