Be true to thine self and shine

It is the lairiest of epochs

Ignore slop do a pop vox

Chock a block with shocks

But the scariest of tik toks

Snapping like hungry crocs

Another spate of hate docks

Photos that everyone clocks

Those ones who girls mocks

Are as deadly as small pox

Aren't all as strong as an ox

Shaking from online knocks

Drowning in instasham lochs

Stinks like young men's socks

Mistaking that a cure’s botox

Crowning a theory I defrocks

That faking makes you a fox

Solution sells comes out a box

Lies stir fries in corporate woks

Smells fishy like out of date lox

Why jog cheat the elite flocks

Fatty injections vanity smocks

As the poor everything hocks

Pharma firm flogs all its stocks

Not just peahens also peacocks

Androids on steroids rippled jocks

Muscle bound like the Springboks

Why are so many blokes.. cocks?

How about all go on a long detox

Take note your boat you’re the cox

Winner is the inner you which rocks

Fashion rations compassion is bollox!

Mushrooms

They were all out standing in their field
with an ass or two and a few moose
along with a stray Canadian goose
when someone let the Appaloosas loose
not a welcome sight nor pretty view
while the moose who cud did slowly chew
the well-trained colt did not bolt
or even buck to shuck us
the goose didn't give a honk or hoot
but the asses kicked up such a ruckus
and if mushrooms you have half a mind
to seek (not the magic kind of stalk)
be aware take care of where you walk
as there by the end of the week let me remind
the field was knee-deep if not chock-a-block
with what the livestock left behind

Musk is a Farley's Rusk

Demagogue not pedagogue

Aghast & agog

Perfidious insidious fog

Reeks of the past

Slog through the smog

Musk seeks to flog

Earth & its serfs

Downed & drowned

In his dystopian bog

Even starry nights

Elon’s neon satellites

Seedier media perch

Utter nutter besmirch

Thriving in the gutter

Conniving depriving church

Vex "X" & Tech T-Rex hex

Or next bogus Rogan

Bogan slogans prevails

Alpha male tales derails

Sod the planet’s scars

Cruise trips to Mars

Odd bod driverless cars

Spawn a fake Tarantino

Remake.."Musk till Dawn"

Devil may care lair..

Loads of lies..skies chock a block

With spies...all eyes on the prize

Everyone Everything Everywhere dies

Let's not parley with gnarly snarly

Musk...takes the mickey & the bicky

In the dock for running amok

Time guys he did finally own up

To being as grown up..

As a Farley’s Rusk (a British biscuit/bicky for a wee kiddy)

Premium Member Breathless, I can't Breathe

Breathe in, Breathe out.
Breathe in, Breathe out.
Help Me! I can't breathe!
I can't catch my breath! I'm gonna die!
Luckily a friend close by,
gently caught my arm and said:
Calm Down! Calm Down! You're panicking!
It's not the in, It's the out!
You're brimming breathless!
You've forgotten to breathe out,
desperately clutching on, to what you have.
You're holding on, too scared to let it go.
Your lungs are topped up, chock-a-block full!
You've gotta let it out, let it go, to begin again.
The tides gotta run out before the tide comes in.
Be brave my friend and exhale, exhale,
exhale, again, vacate the void, feel it fully empty.
Let it go, Let it go, Let it go.
Breathe Out! Breathe in.
Breathe Out! Breathe in.

Reset

Reset.

Still, holding on to vocals
borne on fresh sheets-
feint and margin carry-all
bookkeeps repeats...

Blue veins run straight across,
underpin where I melt
my heart in cold fear's loss,
dip slips of tongue dealt
in chock - a - block
female thoughts - my fondue's
hothead take stock-
be mindful to subdue.

New thoughts come to her
playful - bell jar
film noir stirs up, burns up, blurs
life's old memoirs.
