turning heads for all the wrong reasons
painfully desperate to attract attention

There are songs that you will never sing
There are lips that will never speak
There are voices that you will never hear
And there are some hearts that you cannot move
For the world don’t know the rhythm
Stay on the path that you are on and destiny
Will compose a new song
The rhythm is bellowing in my ear
But it is not for everyone to hear
Change your tune from midnight to noon
When everyone is eating with knife and spoon
And they and they are swollen with wine in broad daylight
For everyone knows your name
The song that you can never sing
is your heartfelt rhythm.
Spare me your dull platitude
I'm really not in the mood
It's time to change your tune
Or eat your steak by spoon
~ Time I give YOU attitude!

Sing a song of Christmas, here in the UK,
Hands are making pastry for the festive day.
Fill with ripe sultanas, candied peel and spice,
Pop them in the oven, they'll be ready in a trice!
Mince pies are delicious, with a cup of tea.
Tantalising flavours work in harmony.
Jazz them up with sherry, lemon juice for zest,
Always have some ready for that unexpected guest!
Just a word of warning, bridle any greed.
All in moderation is a worthwhile creed.
One more for the road you may see as a boon,
But when indigestion strikes, I think you'll change your tune!

Is waiting in line at the store
More than just an occasional bore?
Is it vexing aggravation
Leading to complete frustration?
Well, this is just a state of mind
When you're waiting in a line
What you need's to change your tune
And make a vow to do it soon
Resolve to others to be kind
Make a friend; you've got the time
If you do this, you will find
That line is now a real gold mine
Dark melody play....
Play a song that I shall dance to.
Play of the stars of the night
Play of the dusk to dawn
Play of the rhythm I lack in me
Dancing in the dark to a melody
A melody drawn out from the pit of darkness within me
And a type of sorrow longing to find itself
Feelings dress in clouds of a rainy day searching for its true form.
A black swan graced with beauty
Yet looking for one that reflects it's own darkness
A reflection in its self .
Dark melody won't you change your tune?
You're such a prat,
it's abundantly clear,
when it comes to women,
you have no idea!
You're a complete idiot,
you got it all wrong.
Change your tune,
sing a different song.
Why do you come
knocking at my door?
When it's plainly obvious
I don't want you anymore.
Stop holding onto something
that is gone.

time to move on.
