I am what I am!
I am a positive breeze
blowing now between us,
with a clear sky in my mind
and a blooming orchard in my heart.
I am a sense of certainty
in our stride,
along the labyrinthine paths
of a world that keeps on growing.
I am a clear voice
amidst our voices,
our inexhaustible speech
heard in every language.
I am a warm smile
amidst our alienation,
with a tender gaze and humanity—
an embrace for all.
I am the strong, rapid heartbeat
of our love,
a revitalized pleasure
in the pulse of happiness.
I am love—
true love,
given without expecting anything in return;
a positive breeze,
a sense of certainty,
a clear voice,
a warm smile,
a strong, rapid heartbeat;
I am what I am!
There is
There is
God says that
There is
Not maybe
Perhaps
Not could be
No, no.
When God says there is
Be certain there is!
Many, many times in the Bible
God says that there is
And one is my favourite
A glorious there is.
Come, come to a psalm
One-thirty it is
Fourth verse shouts it out
There is
There is
Forgiveness with You!
Forgiveness with You!
Praise the Lord! There really is!
Through Jesus!
“There is forgiveness with you.” Psalm 130:4
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single stride,
Time dances swiftly, feels like yesterday’s tide,
When I first set foot on this school’s sacred ground,
Hope in my heart, innocence all around.
I remember the prayers, the anticipation so grand,
Wrestling with angels, like Jacob, I’d stand,
“God, if You don’t do it, no one else can,”
Pouring my heart out, like a desperate man.
Sleepless nights echoed with fervent pleas,
Disturbing the peace, bringing Jiri to her knees,
“Shut it down,” she would say, but only I could see,
What I sought from the heavens, my fervent decree.
It was a do-or-die affair, I couldn’t relent,
Longing to be a student, my heart was intent,
High school movies danced in my mind’s eye,
Unaware of the stakes, the truth cloaked in lie.
Not all that glitters is diamond, I’ve come to find,
I wish I had known, had prepared my mind,
Should I say I wasn’t ready? The answer’s unclear,
But the journey unfolds, and I’ll face what’s near.
I know that no war,
will extinguish the sun and the moon.
nor will it stop laughter...
I know that when madness is gone,
the gardens will bloom with flowers
the rose will be reborn,
and the lily and love
will never cease
to exist!
A radio commercial
Made me laugh to some extent,
Though to California Psychics,
That was never their intent.
“Experience the joy,” it said,
“Of certainty!” For real?
A psychic claiming certainty
To me has no appeal.
Although, to those believers
Who give credence to this stuff,
Predictions of the future
Might be more than bogus fluff.
I don’t believe in certainty –
The concept’s even strange –
For even psychics can’t foresee
The ways that life can change.
He has made His wonderful works to be so-
Of compassion so shall be His will always.
Remembered; the Lord is gracious and full knows
Both ever so sure and steadfast Father praise
This hope we have as an anchor of the soul
Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life, grace
He who comes to me shall never hunger, and
He who believes in Me shall never thirst span.

Psalm 111:4
Hebrews 6:19
St .John 6:35
tomorrow's happening awaits-
unpredictable & unknowable
~ where there's a dark, brooding shadow, there's always a radiant ray of light ~
age creeps in as certainty slips out; confidence of youth departed
In front of death
uncertainty makes us sick
and certainty
what health does to us...!
Seeking certainty
needs no lamp, compass or map -
find it and you’re lost.
At our very first encounter I sat with thirst to pour seriously over our future
By the hour every burst of bewilder would grow stronger as our curiosity grew together
We’ve grown together I’m a believer we’ll own forever together
You please me as my reprieve and relieve all that needs to alieve
We’ve continued to achieve as you’re my retreat, my fleet, my heartbeat and I’ll be the barkeep
I adore the contour of our flavor Kenlee and Marshall will savor
What’s in store is a stower of our growth grown together
You’re my savior I abhor any old bore to blunder forevermore foreclosure of that door
Enticement turned excitement and galore as we learned to grow together
I want to grow old together and mold our souls as one solar
Our love runs up to the uppermost poles like northern growth
Your glove stuns to the utmost it’s been long since I’ve l known I want to sew and stitch our souls to grow together
“The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you.” — Werner Heisenberg
heisenberg did not
express uncertainty when
he posited God
at first gulp, science banished thought
of childhood gods of should and ought
but progress through the draught is fraught
as glass bottom comes into view
you expected mere residue
instead, ’tis where God waits for you
The cardinal spiritual certainty
we must be convinced
is not the certainty of demise,
but that life persists...
