How Do I get My Dog Out Of My Mailbox?

My Husband Keeps Trying to Kiss Me.
What Do I Do About This?

The Rain Just Won’t Stop.
Begging For Help In the Carolinas.

My Wife Left to Buy More Compost Bags.
She’s been gone for 37 hours.
Do I Call the Police?

Someone Burned All My Clothes?
Help Me I’m Freezing.
Somewhere In Denver.

Hurricanes Up Close And Personal

As of this writing, Florence is intensifying and threatening the shores of the Carolinas. She is dangerous, even in her early stages and may pattern herself after Katrina or Irma. Should she do so, the candles, oil lamps, flashlights, matches, and other essential items will be in great demand. Do your shopping early lest you be caught unawares. Evacuate if directed and do not adopt the attitude that you will be okay if you stay. Drowning men grasp at straws, but drown nevertheless. How long can you stay afloat? Don't be like the man who refused help from others by saying "God will take care of me". He ignored the boat who stopped by, and a helicopter that hovered above him and he perished in the storm. When he reached the Pearly Gate, he queried God as to why He failed to spare him. God's answer was, "you missed the boat", "and the helicopter I sent". So, I ask the question again --- "How long can you stay afloat?"

Premium MemberSummer Breeze

Long walks in pleasant sun,
The ocean scent of blazing blue.
In the Carolinas we have our fun.
Our wedding vows become brand new.

Summer breeze waff of silky hair,
The salty seas and coconut tan.
A slow rowing boat lifts all our cares.
We’re building a castle on the sand.

The waters tickle our ankles and knees,
A warmth and coolness on bare skin.
Undulating up and down with ease,
the waves spur our love to win.

Summer breeze waff of silky hair,
The salty seas and coconut tan.
A slow rowing boat lifts all our cares.
We’re building a castle on the sand.

A brightness illuminates by candlelight.
Our youthful exuberance excites the stars.
The black breezy sky in full moonlight
heals all toils, troubles and wanderlust scars.

Summer breeze waff of silky hair,
The salty seas and coconut tan.
A slow rowing boat lifts all our cares.
We’re building a castle on the sand.

Sweet Dixie

A land unto its own as old as dirt
Condemned by voguish northern state of mind
This realm you'd be hard-pressed to disconcert
Though his'try would prefer it be maligned

The secret twisted oak and winding creek
The tapestries of moss that grace the swamp
They whisper in a language few can speak
Revealing true that fair southern beauchamp

There is no match for tender Georgia peach
To Cajun gumbo nothing can compare
And off the Apalachicolan beach
Fresh oysters make the finest southern fare

Sweet Dixie with your blemishes and charms
No place I'd rather be than in your arms

Suspended In a Certain Type of Chaos

sometimes i feel suspended in a certain type of chaos
i end up lying to myself thinking i'm the only one
i make a trek to the freezer and pull out the snickers ice cream
i wash it down with ten cheap bottles of water trying to break up the gas in my chest and back
confusion is like an abandoned twinkie missing the creamy feeling safeness
a constipated cloud picks me up and blocks all passageways
i come down as rain but come back up as an unsatisfied homosapien
my brain is in a new york alleyway but my heart is lost somewhere on a beach in the carolinas
my bubblebath is a kiss from her and whatever comes after
i come back from said suspension knowing better and doing more to help myself
we the people make hard what could be so damn easy
time is an impatient waiter with no menu for man or woman

Acrobat

Trickle down through the Carolinas
A star so far, it's never that hard to find it
Exhilarated, you call I'll say it
integrated us all through the lines
The Jesus here will catch your tears
But why wont he just let us cry?
epic solo quasi modo
Bent backwards to see you guys
And it all falls down
We'll see you around
Not sure where I left my hat
After all I'm an acrobat
