Best Wonton Poems
Bowled over, kneading you, feeling sub-lime
from my head tomatoes. Hear my heart beet!
Eggcited, wonton you olive the thyme.
Donut you carrot all for me at yeast?
You’re one in a melon, sweet sugar pie,
forbidden fruit I find so appeeling.
Cherry on the cake, apple of my eye.
Has there bean love? Don’t berry the feeling.
It’s a big dill and takes two to mango.
I’d sacri-rice all because you compleat me.
You oat to love me. Peas, love miso!
Just food for thought. Chew that fat with your tea.
I have so mushroom in my heart for you.
A pizza your heart? Say yes, honey - DEW!

In the sky less stars tonight
But who needs shards of light
when the sparkle in your heart
ignites fire in the alley of my mind.
I close my eyes, just to feel me
swinging in your arms
I trust to fall
knowing you will hug me tightly
as we dance
Under a sky void of light,
my sweet Psyche, my soul
I keep your world upright.
The darkness now bright,
truth streaming from deep
behind those wonton eyes.
My heart has been ignited
by the comfort of your mind
as we dance
Nighttime glows filling up the sky
A crescent moon shining bright
A thousand stars streaming high
Thoughts of you are in my sight
shimmering locks stream in the breeze
soft red shine upon your cheeks
glossy lips inviting me in
soft sweet voice whence you speak
I gaze and wonder if you see
sand brown hair and eyes of blue
dark black brow and wonton stare
yearning for just one more day with you
We'd soar through the night on golden wings
Dance real close as angels sing
chase the stars forget our dreams
Climb over the moon and slide down her beams
laugh and giggle, make time stand still
We wouldn't hold back we'd have such a thrill
Just you and I, we'd be lost in space
If only I had one more look at that face
She see's through daisies and succumbs to night things
Her heart keeps on breathing for pleasure in the evenings
She's wanting to see you at any time of day with eyes wide open
Even when she see's through an ivory of daisies amidst within
Her viewing embers are so well hidden, along with her knowledge
Are her own makings with in this fine enclosure of foliage
She's the epitome of a wonton beauty as you shall see
Oh how she does love you, while smells and is so free
She see's through daisies and succumbs to night things
Her heart keeps on breathing for pleasure in the evenings.

"...and
the modist
carving
into the
closet
door
read:
"I do not place my life, nor my trust,
my belief nor my faith within
the
resume
of man,
nor within
his cause.
For he
proclaimed,
is but a
mere
farthing
of his
merest
self;
and not
of Me.
He is
an avid
boasting;
ungrateful,
in the end
still unwilling
to know Me
and share Me
with all life.
Yes, time
is only a
vergence
forgone
to him.
His final
day he
will bring;
and in the way,
he brings this
he cannot rest.
I am certain of this."
"Signed: "Peace"
An ever reflective heart, spirit, mind, body, and soul, nice to meet you, friend.
Some have once called the dreamer as self-serving within the jest that they carry for themselves.
I have no resume of security, nor the double mind found through shame, pain, without submitting this effort to our Creator.
I will not seek to please the mere twist of myself. for in applying myself towards this effort, means dishonor in death.
How best may we serve, because I've said my prayers and am learning, I must apply myself to nothing less?
If this effort is merely for myself, be forewarned I will lead us off of a cliff with the pigs.
As I am being moved today, I am being formed into shape.
I mean to say, I am not the wonton victim today.
I am my very own jailer alone, no, I have no pardon for myself, all by myself.
Jesus, come, protect, Jesus, save who needs to be saved, save us from ourselves.
Jesus, keep us willing, bless us to share You as we will with the truth that carries all of us even in and through the very pain of death.
Keep the breath of life within us, bless us to save face in Your Presence, let this effort be our only wealth.

Melodies of Romance
I can imagine sweet memories of melodies of romance as we harmonize
Of magical moments in time of a vibrant view of an aquamarine ocean
As I hear a constant rthymn inviting as a commotion of genteel waves
Touching in glistening like a golden well-trodden sands of silken beaches
When under the stars an oceanic breeze leaves many embraces of palms,
In tune with an all -consuming love in a vigilante evocative sweet motion
Morning thus begins a masterpiece of the earliest of colorful hue of dawn.
As time drifts by evening thus prevails nourishing and electrical psychedelic view
The sparkling glow of a electrical fashionable style of whats inside of you
In moments sweet glory cries the beauties upon this day on crimson sky
Aflame is the lighting of luminous flamboyant along the exuberant seaside
In plain view are precious pearls which are lovingly enveloped round your manly arms
Into the dazzling exotic sands; on the lazy isle that lays nakedly within the warmth on
Your endearing thoughts which slowly fades like a silhouette dancing and swaying
In rhapsodies blatant hypnotic sinuous searching hands in wonton desire as I want you.

Shadows cast on yesterdays
Haunt her still, as she recalls
A time of impurity.
Masking her loneliness, she
Excelled at performing sex,
Fulfilling an inner need.
Uncertain of whom to trust,
Lust controlled her libido.
For when she sold her body,
Every pleasure was indulged.
Entertaining nightly, meant
Leaving little time for faith.
Inside her heart, love withered,
Numbed by a lifetime of sin.
Gradually she sought God,
Sensing His love stir within.
Repentant, she shunned sin, to
Embrace the life of a nun.
Purged of sexual thoughts, she
Eagerly denounced her past,
Never more to return to
The wonton ways of her youth.
Emptied of all, but her pain,
Dejected, she kneels to pray.
(A first letter acrostic poem spelling "Shameful Feelings Repented.")
Patrick Ferguson and the battle of Kings Mountain
He rode up to the mountain in great haste
planning vile acts, and much wonton waste.
Hiding, the whigs taunting, scattered about.
They were in waiting, the mountain through out.
Brave volunteers were on the docket.
John, the father of Davey Crocket
Ready to give his life, so long ago
just as his son Davy at the Alamo.
Ferguson sat on his steed, the pampas ass.
That’s about the worst thing I can say’
without being completely crass.
Little did he know this was his last day.
A small conference upon their steeds underway.
While shots periodically rang among the fray.
Then Ferguson’s second Lieut. spying a whig
trained his pistol...following that dirty “pig”
But God took a stand on the mountain that day
He ended the conflict in his own absolute way.
The lieut’s hand and his gun with certain disdain,
trailing the whig, fired into the general’s brain.

Feb. 13, 2020,,,Have rewrit several times, hope this is the best.
Anonymity is a writer's right
Neither confess but remain out of sight
Oppress persecution before it arrives
Nurture decent in secret disguise
You may have the truth about the lies
Mine secretly what men dispise
Obscurity from wonton eyes
Undermine but not represent
Secretly love without consent
Liberate without signing on
Yield not to waiting scorn.
A Vishyssoise of poets
Chicken soup for the soul
A site for we, who use it
Our talents to extol
A borscht of bards and artists
A consomme of flair!
Sonneteers and writers
Who with our pen do dare!
Poetry Soup I love you!
Anonymous yet warm
A broth of faceless friends
A shelter from the storm
A hearty bowl of stock
With feedback, thanks and praise
A wonton soup of cyber chums
With talent to amaze!
Years ago on Turkey Day
My father, in a snit,
Let traffic get the best of him,
Announcing, “This is it!”
He turned the car ‘round in a huff;
My mom’s pleas were rejected.
My aunt had planned a massive feast
At which we were expected.
To soothe our wounds my dad declared,
“We’ll go out for Chinese!”
Our sullen silence shouted “No!”
To lobster Cantonese.
Yet there we were Thanksgiving Day
With shrimp in lobster sauce,
My father trying to pretend
He showed us who was boss.
But though he tried to cheer us up
We were a gloomy group;
We dreamed of sweet potato pie
While slurping wonton soup.
I often think back to that day –
Though we were so downcast,
We were together, and who knew
That magic wouldn’t last?
My parents are long gone
Yet every year in late November,
That Thanksgiving eating Chinese food’s
The one that I remember.
Everybody knows that Chinese food is the most healthiest, tastiest food on the planet.
It's originally made in China. Their food is so delicious, it's like going to Beijing,
China. What I really love about Chinese food is when the Chinese Rastafarian serves a lot
of seafood, including shrimp, a lot of chicken, sushi, and beef. But what I really love
most of all is the Lo Mein noodles. The best part about being in a Chinese restaurant and
a Chinese buffet is when we're all eating Chinese food with chopsticks, especially when
we're eating some wonton soup and fried rice. Fortune cookies are the best part after a
Chinese meal, especially when he or she wants to know what his or her fortune is. And if
all Chinese restaurants and buffets were to stay open for a long time, then it's going to
be an Oriental feast for all.
