Dirty Finger Tips

Stand tall even when the stars fall

In every dream there is a lock the key berried
in reality keep digging keep digging don't '
stop keep climbing keep climbing to the top
and hope you never drop.

If you do don't you ever stop.

If the ticking makes you nervous throw away the clock.

If the shoes don't fit throw away the socks
happiness is a shoe compromise to make it fit
when you MAKE IT FIT enjoy every bit of it.

Some say life is good some say life is ****!
I say you get what you make out of it .

Weather the storm.
Stay calm.
Wipe the sweat off of your palms.
Patiently defuse your bombs and
hope to find bliss in futures arms.

Shaking.
Breaking.
Bare the undertaking.
There is a new day in the making.

Drunken pen.
Drunken poet.
How drunk can I be?
When life influenced sober men to be more drunk than me.
Though my pen drunk it vomits the sober things in me.

Breath even when there's no air
look for the good in the bad the glad in the
sad make them question why your not mad
many things come many things go many things are
dim but many things glow appreciate what you have
and go with the flow.

Balance Tips the Scales

It twas dark, a hen's night
stillness abandoned the fright
knocks echoed freely
and here her presence was felt

Chimera fragments an innate realm
unbeknownst reasons dare overwhelm

A shoulder-companion gone lain
unearthed my being hath slain
seams seared and baked
rivers red hot, unadultered she knelt

twilight's heightened bell
barriers bedlam befell
curvaceous moons slipped

Chamber's dust filled out the old
breaths breathing in air gone cold
pumps pursed off dire angelic lips
breading beats inner anguish shuned

Light lingers in parchement craved
digging deep past stones well paved

Pebbled path's overgrowth graves utter grief
sight lines demanded fall with Autumn's leaf
promise skips 'cross a barren pond
a flight trapped pain comes undone

marched beats humble
vagabond makings tumble
hearts welcomed home

Released the wilderness calls
blessed respite guides the walls
yellow splays the morning
balance tips the scales

It's a stream;
It's a dream;
It's a treasure;
It's a pleasure…
Touch it once
You will feel as though
The Bible has
Taken another flow…
Words just seven
In a line;
Giving meanings
Many a million…
Meter minimum
Music many;
Murmuring of this
Makes melody…

Tips For Perpetual Happiness

Today someone asked me
What is enjoyment?
How can one be happy every moment?
This lead to some reflection and introspection
Is it possible to be happy in every situation?
Some are so bad
They do make you sad
So what is the solution?

Solution are there for those who want
They will not work if you say I just can't

First is positive attitude in life
This will surely end all your strife
If whatever happens, happens for good
Nothing can ever spoil your mood

Second is absolute faith in God
A faith which says he cannot be bad
For my good he does everything
That is right thinking

Third is living in present
Enjoying your work every moment
If you do this throughout the day
You will be happy I can surely say

Keep your mind on the work in hand
It works like a magic wand
For concentration and happiness go hand in hand

Lastly keeping the mind thoughtless
is the key to absolute happiness

If you find this hard to practice
Here are some easy tips

Look at the world with the wonderment of a child
This will surely make you smile

Fill your mind with happy thoughts of future and past
To negatives if you cling only sadness they will bring

Enjoy the beauty of things near
Look at their colour
Feel their texture
Observe their figure
And be happy forever

Relish the food you eat
Watch it becoming feast

Have no desires
For they take away your smiles

Laugh aloud for no reason
It will make you a happy person

These and many such small things, go a long way
In giving you happiness, all throughout the day

If you greet everything with a smile
Happiness will prevail all the while

Premium Member Two Tips On Titles

Nothing disappoints like a misleading title
For your reader will look for its theme throughout
And if no plausible link can be made, the reader
Will wonder why you chose that random word or phrase
With no credible link to your chosen lines or your theme
Perhaps, you should rewrite it from the beginning
For if your work does not reflect the title you chose
The reader is certainly apt to think you missed the boat.

The title of your poem is like a door swinging wide open
Welcoming the curious reader to look at what is inside
When your readers step inside the scene you have created
They will search for meaningful words and appropriate phrases
Lines that explain the title you have painstakingly chosen
It can be clever, or funny, or point to what lies ahead, but
Make no mistake, my friend, when expressing yourself
Your title is the key that unlocks the story you are telling.

It takes lots of rigorous practice really

                                   to be able to tell a lie sincerely;

                                                   a lie a day,

                                                  the only way;

Premium Member Green Yard Tips

Green Yard Tips

Here are a few good natural tips
To keep your yard healthy and green
No chemicals or man-made products
Just merely a simple walking routine

While supplying air to the soil
Bringing the best form of aeration
It also provides good exercise
And can even be lots of fun

The yards in your neighborhood
You might take notice to see
That only those with children or pets
Really have the beautiful green scenery

You can even see it in the parks
Where all the children go to play
And there are a lot of big green patches
Where the bus stops on school days

My yard now has beautiful green grass
Looking so rich, full and plush
I’ll share our secrets of just how
We get it to look most vivacious

In addition to pets and grandchildren
We have a Halloween animated maze
Every year during the harvest season
Bringing hundreds of visitors for days

In September the maze is prepared
Placing numerous stakes in the ground
To hold up the walls of the maze
For weeks of visitors to walk around

Initially we are left with pathway ruts
Covering the yard, but seem to disappear
To begin the new green growth period
As each winter season starts to get here

Now you know what really works
And you’ve received the best tips yet
So be sure to walk all over your yard
And invite your family, friends and pets

Quick Tips

Try a brisk walk at night,
Igniting fire through ice,
It might burn, bite or beat you,
But you'll swear it feels nice.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Stare back at a stranger,
If their look starts to burn,
You'll notice their angst,
Once they know it's your turn.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Don't reach to extinguish,
Your ignited tobacco,
Across dinners or drinks,
As ashes fall in de facto.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Two drunks at a bar,
If smarmy, cheap males,
Will cease to exist,
By all mammals or females.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

If you guzzle or sip,
It goes down just the same,
And the only true difference:
The length of your game.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Don't drink and drive,
You can't go very far,
Because the door you can't open,
Psst, isn't your car.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Have sex with a friend,
Maybe two, three or four,
If you don't, someone might,
And next time, they'll ignore.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Ask Marco, wine guru,
If it tastes good or bad,
The next you select,
You'll ferment, just a tad.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

If you smoke on the job,
Remember to render,
The air, clean and free,
Before returning to sender.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

When two lesbians chat,
They display their demeanor,
Without reference or rapture,
For your decadent wiener.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Pouring more than you drink,
Is considered a virtue,
Because reversing osmosis,
Can only just hurt you.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

If you're gay and you know it,
Show those not, some respect,
Keep it reverent and subtle,
Spare us all when erect.
