Best Sunrays Poems

Premium Member sunrays slanted

powder puff clouds laze
o'er fields of hued floral flame
mellow sun glimpses

The Sunrays

The sunrays
its own treasure-
humble stream.

Array of Sunrays

Luminous highlights,
Broad strokes of vintage sunshine:
Pastel reflections.

Haiku: Sunrays Turned Mild

Sunrays turned so mild
Having crossed the barrier
Of dense and dark clouds

Following the Sunrays

Fables are told today
Only on past golden days
Love is what we’ll make today
Loneliness will be ashamed to stay.
Oasis as longs for rain,
Wacky me to get a swain,
Iambus we long to gain
Naiad I shall play again.
Gaiety will be brought back to gain.

Tabard you will be wearing
Hallucinating, spell casting;
Earnestly I’ll be waiting,
Surrounding your hypnotizing.
Ubiquitous glee will eradicate dark.
Never ending exquisiteness,
Rabidity seeing of such love you made.
Abashed cheek will make you a pearl
Yaffle of green love tree will sing a song
Sabbath will announce that holly concord.

Premium Member Autumn Brings Spring Sunrays

Sunrays

Heavens entry with sun rays of golden honey

Silent prayers yield skies of blue heraldry

Cool early night arrival, time of autumns shedding leaves

Tree boughs amber and bronze patches

Water color cotton candy, sunset splashes

Shade screen unfurl to the wind

As autumn leaves start to ride on sail and find

Quenching thirst of the clean, sweet air

To see when our eyes are open to October

Sunny laughter where robins sing

Grounds on fire rich golden orange, browns, reds cling

     SUN RAYS

            Surprise of Sunrise tends to set on promise of next dawn.
            Sun rays scattering on Earth regulate diversity in Life.
             Neither miracle! Nor Supernatural! Just Evolution.

Sunrays Dance On My Bed

Sun Rays dance on my Bed.

Sunlight arrives early
A few friendly rays
Sit on my duvet warming it.
I pat the sunlight
Still half asleep
Trying to remember the night`s dreams,
It is difficult,
Before they slip under the radar
Of my alertness.
 I do not write anymore deep poetry
Only light things enter my mind
Water in the car
checking the oil using the dipstick
And air in tires.
To think a week ago my heart stopped
But the ambulance people
Got it ticking again.
Spring and sunlight, yes this will be
A beautiful day.

Every day is getting longer,
find your natural remedy;
Bathe in sunshine and the sea,
run with spontaneous thunder;

A flush is dragging you under,
leading you to serenity;
Every day is getting longer,
find your natural remedy;

Intensity has gone darker,
it happens almost too slowly;
Always returning faithfully,
poetic sunrays grow stronger;
Every day is getting longer.

Premium Member Dancing Sunrays

Dancing Sunrays

Arising with the breaking dawn,
basking on the verdant lawn,
called to wake by morning song,
sunrays dance the whole day long.

Small Talk Delayed
David J Walker

The days dawn falling in
Uncertain brokenness

Strangeness
came in waves
of multicolored
Cool sunrays

Nothing would be the same
		He said
But nothing ever is

Instead
	Of small talk delayed

The gardener went about
his business
Pruning the garden

Premium Member Wintry Sunrays

midst blue wintry haze
welcomed sunrays
find their way on tiptoe
and at bay window
the content kittycat
purrs sleepily
