Best Stds Poems

Camp Anawana (An Ode To 20-Somethings' Nostalgia)

Sometimes I can't believe it
It all happened so fast
Real life is truly here
Just who is that looking at me in the mirror?
How come these bills are addressed to my name?
It's like I went to sleep and woke up
And I'm all grown up

Sometimes I miss the days
When your crush had cooties, not STDs
And afternoons were spent climbing trees
And it's hard to grasp our age
Who's that man calling you "his wife"?
How come that little girl just called you Dad?
It's like I went to sleep and woke up
And we're all grown up

Sometimes the kids today
Make me feel so old when they say
They've never heard of Kurt Cobain
But I know that we're better
Cause we could fix our Nintendo in just one blow
And we all figured this out sans Twitter
It's like I went to sleep and woke up
And I'm all grown up

I remember the stupid things
Pogs and Goosebump books
Playlists were mixtapes on cassettes
And Friday nights meant TGIF on ABC
Nickelodeon was our only obsession
Friend requests were made in person
And they still showed music videos on MTV
It's like I went to sleep and woke up
And it's a different world - Nothing's the same
Cause we're all grown up

Life

Life…………………….

Its mysteries
Its wonders
Babies born
Everyday
Thieves
Criminals
New friends
New enemies
Adults pushing their
Dreams
Threw their
Children
Too many
 gangs
Not enough people
2 b their victims
Aids, STDS, too many
Things that can kill humans
TOO many
So many controlling
People when will they learn
Selfish, greedy, kind, considerate
Isolated, content , heartrending, mad ,hopeless
Wanting better
Wishing dead
Wanting a 2nd chance
Behind bars 5-life
Cut off from life
Not 1 family member
2 go 2
Make a mistake
Run 2 your rich father
Or mother
Not having a care in the world
So dim –witted 2 drop
Out of school
At the age 10
Wats is left of your life
U have no education to persuade your dream
Stuck can’t even get a job at Burger King
U have so much knowledge but
Wat do u do with it nothing
Making not even minimum wage
Not enough 2 support your family
So burned in the head
Give your baby up for adoption
Leave your baby with a hole in their heart
Giving up not accomplishing
Not enough strength 2 keep on
U just need an extra push, faith
Learning 2 4give &4get
Swearing to your self u will never
4give or 4get
Hating that they left u with contempt
Promising u will never cry
Nor put your head down &give up
Life can mean so many things
But it is the eyes u see it threw

Premium Member I Don'T Get It

Why do we in my
culture cut part of our sons'
dicks of within minutes of their
birth...

and then expect them to grow
their dicks back which (as far as I know) is still medically
impossible?

And furthermore, why are STDs
women's fault?

Wish I were as smart as the people who
understand
these
things.

I don't have to tell you,
You know.

Our Holy Fatima

Fatema beloved special daughter of the Holy prophet
In an age and place which treated daughters so brutally
our prophet stood up to welcome Fatima
whenever she entered
and kissed her honourably, fondly.
Known as the Lady of light , Fatema our lady of light
Oh my luminous luminary with a halo so bright
Our guiding star lady however dark may be the night
You embody the symbology of sacred femininity in reality
A role model for the feminine, noble Queen of luminosity
Much have we learnt from your auspicious short 18 years of life
You were the greatest lady mother and wife
You showed the world what is sacred about the feminine
And how every woman is and can be a sacred pure feminine
The quest for her holiness is a grand ritual of life

She taught women how to respect their bodies
And make others respect them too
For chastity is vital to physical health
And helps to prevent the various dangerous STDs

She was Fatimah the most pure and the chaste
Without her values womanhood would be spent, laid waste

She is our empress who impressed us without material crowns
She was an angel without wings and bid every woman dress
In flowing regal gowns
And Fatema's name and fame has spread to the farthest towns

Her own piety and chastity an epitome example brilliantly forever shines
She's our lamp post, her luminosity more than diamonds from mines

Oh in Fatemah the whole womanhood ought to take pride
Stand up and salute her to eternity
The best woman the best daughter, sister the best women's guide
She's the best role model celebrity.

Welcome To the Jungle

I grew up on the streets
Where you fought for your life --
Welcome to the Jungle
Meant fighting to survive.
Shelter in a cardboard box,
Bloated and flimsy
Like that homeless teenager --
Pregnant with her father’s baby
And who escaped home because
Here
Anywhere
Would be better than
The Hell
She was in.

Welcome to the Jungle
Meant food was a delicacy --
Dirty, bleeding hands sifting through dumpsters --
**** you’d never eat unless you had to
But which to you meant one word:
Survival.

Welcome to the Jungle:
You can take whatever you want
As long as it’s not from me:
Truer words were never spoken.

Girls no younger than that little niece,
Or that little sister,
You loved with all your heart,
Forced to prostitute herself for dimes
That might get her a warm meal.
Girls that should be in school
And going to the mall with friends.
Welcome to the Jungle
Where those things are as foreign to them
As a warm house and a loving family.
Girls
Who are too young
To know of blowjobs
And back alley abortions
Of meth and pills --
Of alcohol and rape –
Of STDS and pregnancy --
Of madness and fear.

A skid mark on the road of humanity
A scar across the face of a nation
Who claims to be great
And whose power
Lies in her people.

But what do you do
With those people
Who are ignored, ridiculed –
Treated as sub-humans?
All we want
Is a little sympathy.
All we want
Is a voice.
All we want,
Is for life to stop shitting on us,
Long enough for us
To make that climb
Out of that hole
And back into the light.

But that’s easier said than done.
Because when you live in the Jungle
Where every day is a fight for survival,
How do you plan for a future
That ends at the end of the day
And starts all over again
The next?

Call It What You Want, Its Still True

I want to live to become
The kind of person I needed when I was young.
Inspiring, affirming and solidifying solutions to the moral dilemmas
of the inflicted youth of this era.

Drugs,liquor and poverty, teenage pregnancies
HIV ,STDs, cimininal activity, inhospitality,inequality.
Obstacles to humanity
are the order of the day in society
Just check in on your family tree
It might have skipped a generation or 2 or even 3

Deadly Sins

Shattered, busted
Broken pieces
Sinner, lusted
Crisco creases

White noise
High pitched screams
Girly boys
Wet dreams

Blood red stains
Off white gown
Pistol rings
Chalk on ground

Lethal needles
Veins blown
Better feels
Than being stoned

Strip club love
STDs
Ketamine rub
Nose bleeds

Masked face
Girl at gunpoint
Steps retraced
Blow this joint

Hep C
Painted skin
Deadly
Seven sins

The Rave and Rant

HERE'S IT TO YOU RAW

Unspoken Words of Life

phases pass the day when i was young
i was happy and hate was a feeling unborn
colors where just colors
fight where with pillows
people had cuddies
drugs were things to stay health
cigs were candy sticcs
problems were with parent
death was playin dead
life was full of joy
as i grow older the hate ignites
colors are your gang claim
fight are with guns and knifes
people have stds
drugs are things that get you wealth
cigs are cancer sticcs
problems are with the police
death is ur homie getting killed
life is full of pain

Con Scent

There was a girl called Penny Lane
Who used to drive the lads insane
According to snitches
She'd drop her britches
To measure the inches she'd gain

Some lads would stare at her moon
Whilst others were given to swoon
But most made it clear
She had naught to fear
Because they would be coming soon

The good and the bad came and went
But never paid Penny one cent
Though each had their way
They all had to pay
STDs don't ask for consent!

Proud To Be Single Part2

(fact)

I am proud to be single and do not judge.
I am proud to be a single mother and did not waste no love.
I am not desperate for love nor want some else lover.
I do not even want to be the third person in your marriage
For I do not like to share nor want some left over lover, or a divorcee.
My precious youngling will be raised the same way.
For it always better when to virgins connect than to waste it
on some one that already been used.
He knows he's not allowed to be touched or they will be cursed for he's not desperate and never will be for that's how I made him to be.
It's best to be single than to be with someone that probably try to give STDs. To many people are going around exchanging body fluids I really don't want me or my son to ever become the next victim of catching STD/HIV so please keep you body fluids out of our reach. "I said it nicely".

The Way To Greatness

To become great and be on top
You have to work hard and be zealous
to be able to dine with great personality
and become a hero

                Humility
Humble yourself in all ways
and the Lord will uplift you
you learn more and become wiser

               Love
Love people the way you love yourself
Be kind and show love always
Remove hatred from your book
Avoid bitter jealousy and refrain from wickedness

                 Self denial
Denial yourself of too much worldly things
like excessive sex, booze and extravagant living
Waist pain,STDs and rapid aging are inherent

                          Care
Show care and affection to the indigents
care for the needy
And they will look up to you and follow you
They will offer prayers to the LORD on your behalf

                    Faith
Have faith and believe in yourself
that you can make it and work towards it
Little faith can move mountains.

I Don'T Understand America Part 1

Things I don’t
understand
They don’t teach
that friendships and
relationships come
and go..
So really forever is
a sometimes just a
few months
They don’t teach
that sex isn’t just
sex with more than a
few bumps
That making love
doesn’t mean making
babies
That taking
responsibility
doesn’t mean blaming
And that forgiveness
faith and love need
to be expressed
outside of church
Love is the one
thing we shouldn’t
have to search
Not everything can
be solved by a pill
Now everything is
taxed and and soon
you’ll receive your
oxygen bill
Taxes for everything
besides to fund
school supplies
Then wonder why kids
are getting worse
and worse
Kids beating,
bullying, killing,
I’m begingin to
think this country
is cursed
You’re too fat or
you’re too small but
informercials can
fix that
But the things we
really need to be
concerned about
America tells us to
sit back
Why is it we see on
tv to give money to
children we’ll never
see
But are told not to
indulge in the ones
we see on the street
Or the veterans who
fought for this
country
 And Are now just
part of “modern day
society”
Well this modern
thing seems a little
bit barbaric
Generation –X more
like Generation
Xtinction
Social media is now
Social suicides
Social Sex scene
We are broken down
into categories and
sub genres of people
Hipsters, Goth,
punk, prep, geek.
Segregating
ourselves based on
clothes and music
Rather than mind and
morals
I don’t understand
The Spreading of
AIDS and STDs
Purposely
This is the America
the beautiful we are
just now able to see

Why We Will Overcome Covid19

I
Siblings, we will overcome, COVID-19
And most anything by growing as human
(Jennifer Proxenos's POTD inspired my writing)
Again about this pandemic in perspective

II
Remember the American Indians?
Yes Hernan Cortez and Francisco Pizzaro killed many
But many more were killed by Cortez' germs
The flu, the STDs, and especially smallpox

III
O the Americas were depleted of teeming Aztecs,
The Maya also pyramid builders (Mexico & Guatemala),
And the wonderfully organized Inca, in Peru
Despite topography with cliffs & highlands

IV
They have not all gone, or been killed
Without livestock and chicken, the pox
Was like God's vengeance, angst like never before
But "tribes" survived, and became a PEOPLE now

V
We shall survive. The Indians had De Las Casas,
A conquistador, a conqueror become Priest (Catholico)
Who lobbied the Crown to stop the carnage:
BLACK LEGEND? Yes, to force diseased folk to work the mines

VI
In 1588, good Queen Bess, bested Philip II
And all the gold and silver stolen from Indians
Did not stop the "Protestant Storms" on The ARMADA
1588, and twice more: 1596 & 1597. God uses Queens!
