What do you do,
when today's technology does not work ?
Yes, pull out the connector
Count to 10
Restart
You are on line
Digital entertainment has changed,
drastically in recent years
How does the use of new technology,
affect the social life of young people ?
Is there a community in cyberspace ?
I think this technology has changed the world
Your shadow images are no longer available

Snap Out of It.

Life can be tough at times
Depression and discouragement
Can set in. The cares of this world
And negative thoughts, can overwhelm
You with heaviness, you have a choice to
Think positive thoughts.

David in the Bible encounters difficulties too,
I’m afraid no exemption for me and you.
When depression, and discouragement, takes
A hold. Say like David: Why are you cast
Down oh my soul?

Snap out of it; shake off that spirit that comes
To kill, steal, and destroy? Endeavour to put your
Trust fully in the Lord. When you praise him he’ll
Give you the strength to overcome. Every trials you
May face, and every victory won.

It’s not for lack of intelligence
My inhibitor is on the fritz

A frontal lobe phenomena
I’m prone to gaffes and fits

My amygdalae are loaded
A hair trigger set to snap

Sometimes words escape me
Like rats outsmarting a trap

Im Just Gonna Snap Okay Get Over It

i dont care who you are
or what you think of me
build me up and break me down
then take your "stuff"* and flee

i hate you
you know it too
so bring it to my plate
take a point and hold my ground
to not spew all my hate

you were so nice in the beginning
well, what the "heck"* are you now?
gone, love, thats what you are
a filthy ugly cow

i am still the nice guy
lord, you have said so much worse
and still im here, i still get by
a blessing, not a curse.

i didnt snap hard enough to say what i meant

Premium Member Cold Snap

Jonquils bloomed overnight.
Purple crocus popped through
last year's mulch and sticks.
Hyacinth buds nestled in thick
green arms holding snug,
ready to burst into color.

“28 degrees tonight!
Back to 47 by noon tomorrow.”
unwelcome news
from the meteorologist.
A cold snap designed to kill
the impatient fledglings
showing their pretty faces
in early spring.

Is this the “Blackberry Winter”
Grandad talked about long ago?
Check the blackberry vines, Hon.
Are they blooming?
If the answer is yes, here we are
“smack dab” in the middle of
Blackberry Winter, like
walking backward in the rain.

Oh Snap

< amidst afternoon's summer's pose / nap

                                logan and just lucas

brotherly love now don't make me snap

Yesterday, the snow fell, laced lazily
all across the frozen field; grace fell down.
My heart raced, apace in a minor key
troubles fled erased from me, was my frown.

Seemed semblances filled my life-weary head
so God's beauty nudged my heart-weary soul;
far off, hills became instilled white purebred
away from mad machines joy milled bold.

Now, black is white, fresh and new, clean and pure
it takes a hold of blight and sings ... out;
looks at frowns ignite, giggles light, demure.
As, the day brites sledders scream "Watch out!"

Though winter's gray days we'll recall this sight.
They're our days, our nights, dressed in Winter white.

Here we dawdle, coats, scarfs and boots in Winter white.
to freeze as frames of memory, joy's root in Winter white.

Stay with me, dream awhile, we could build an igloo?
Oh, won't you make snow angels, beauts, in Winter white.

I could put snow down your coat, toss a ball or two
believe me, " I could, I could catch YOU toots in Winter white!"

In frozen splendor, we will still, "Isn't he so cute!"
Yesterday is forever captured now SHOOT! in Winter white.

Snap Out of It

Okay let me get this straight from nothing everything came out of the sea
Uniqueness being a common trait I don't see how this could be
Crickets, to the chicken on your plate and what about the tree
No this was so much more great look around and you shall see

Did the cricket become the cow or was it the other way around
To God they do not like to bow but this theory is so unsound
Some of them became fowl and to the earth were not bound
Others learning how to growl buried themselves in the ground

Some even stayed in the ocean even a mammal named the whale
When they too could of been men very hard to lose such a big tale
Some even became insects then choosing a life that would be so frail
It's God's Glory that reflects as no one would choose to become kale

Why didn't all monkeys make the change and what were they before
Is a raccoon out of the range for an ape doesn't just walk in the door
This whole theory very strange, some still too dumb in biting that lure
No! All of this, only God could arrange and of that I'm completely sure!

Genesis 1:21
And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

The Second Law of thermodynamics/Entropy says as
much as proven by science over 150 years ago.
You can not accept this Law of Science\Entropy,
which is a fact, and then believe in the theory of
Evolution which states the exact opposite.
They are exact opposites.

Odds of Bing Bang just happing 10 to the 123rd power
Number of atoms in the Universe 10 to the 73rd power
Number proving impossibility 10 to the 50th power

Only a God the Creator could create as such.
Even saying you will be without excuse for not knowing His Work.

Snap Shot

Twelve degrees defines it
Six above or six below
civil dawn or civil dusk
A golden nostalgic show

Of other worldly beauty
A time of reflection to see
another undeserved gift
granted to you and me

The rays of the sun
softened ,blues and violet hues banned
filtered through a blanket
Of smoke and smog and sand

Taking on a sepia tint
As orange and red hues combine
Muted with a touch ,of directional light
to perfectly Align

The golden hour
Reigning supreme, among the minutes of the day
Casting all in its wondrous glow
Chasing all shadows away.
