Best Shaun Poems
Shaun was a wee little man,
Who was known to sit quiet and plan.
He'd not put on shows,
He looked down his nose,
On those who tried to look grand.
Shaun for himself was prepared,
And helped others for he really cared.
He'd oft lend his hand,
To help beast or man,
Whatever he had he would share.
Other lads in the town called him callow.
They teased him and oft they would harrow,
This small, quiet man,
Who'd lift not his hand,
For these youths were crude and quite shallow.
One Spring day they came upon Shaun,
As he sat in a glade one fine morn.
They'd thought to have fun,
Once again with wee Shaun,
Of a sudden they found he was gone.
Though they searched and they searched all around,
Wee Shaun just could not be found.
The town blamed the youths.
Said in them was no truth,
For they'd treated him like the town clown.
And Shaun stood and watched in delight,
Hidden from all in plain sight,
For he'd changed his visage,
Just so he could visit,
And watch as they locked them up tight.
It seems there was more to Wee Shaun,
Than they knew and now he was gone.
He just disappeared,
And everyone feared,
The youths knew what happened to Shaun.
He returned to the glade the next morn,
And all there welcomed back Shaun;
For the glade was his home,
And no more would he roam,
For Shaun was a leprechaun.
I look past the stars and moon and space,
past the dark of the night.
Just to look and see your face,
in a ray of light.
A ray of light that gives me hope,
when I am feeling low.
Or just to speed up the day,
because it's going slow.
I want the day to be over,
so that I can dream of you.
Think about the times we had,
before god came and took you.
My dreams are filled with happy thoughts,
of before you went away.
It's like your still on Earth today,
just in a better place.
I miss you when I see the light,
that brightens up my room.
Then I remember you are gone,
that you left with the moon.
I wish that I could see your face,
just one more time.
Why didn't god take you away,
when the time was right?
He took you right after,
we got in that stupid fight.
I told you to go away,
until another night.
Well now there is no other night,
for you are gone for good.
I will always regret that light
that took you from the world.
Left when the light,
shines into my room.
Back in the night,
when you left.
I used to love the night,
when the darkness filled my room.
Now I always want the light,
So I can't remember what I did to you.
I blame myself for your death,
though you're already gone.
I didn't really hurt you,
but it feels that way now.
I hope you're better off,
in a place far from me.
Just please, oh please,
don't forget me.
I will always love you,
even if you're gone.
I'll never forget you,
until my time is done.
-This is a poem I made for my friend, Shaun. I miss you-
My name is Tom and I'm the cat here on Manor Farm
Let me introduce you to the gang .
I rule the roost as you will see and ginger the chicken she agrees.
The stable door top half open ,Mr Ed the horse says morning well he is a talking horse !
And daisy giving milk she's my favourite, cant think why !
I stroll over to the sty and give Dave a hi who's one happy looking pig
Shaun the sheep is in his field playing with his kids
and Shep the sheep dog is sat in the shed and he his fast asleep
And that's how he will stay, as I don't fancy being chased today.
Now over to the duck pond to see Donald and his crew. Huey , Dewey, and Louie
And finally to the farm house where the humans live. who are pretty good to me !
However them there humans have some nasty traits
They eat gingers kids for breakfast
Dave is turned into bacon and daisy into steak
Shaun gets the chop with mint and peas and the Donald is sold to the local Chinese
and Sheps pups are sold as a pets.
and Mr Ed is made to chases Fox's. Which is really not the best !
so all in all I'm just saying us animals are the best .

I am strong for I have walked an empty road of hopelessness. Cancer is the mitosis of good and evil, strength and weakness. I walked the walk and felt the pain. It oppressed me like a large volcano erupting into the atmosphere, spewing debris in my body. One day, a mutation of love morphed into the planet and freed me forever of the agony. I walked the walk, it is for that, I can talk the talk. Thanks be to our God for the recipe it made me strong and free because you made the strides.
Written by: Jeralyn D. Tolliver as a tribute to Shaun Alan King, Chemist and Roderick Alan King, Physicist. Also anyone suffering from this terrible disease and any queen bees working on cures. Also, I have to add, that this poem was inspired by my friend Mary, cancer survivor.

I WILL ALWAYS HOLD ON TO THE MEMORIES THAT COME 2 ME AND PUT A
SMILE ON MY FACE OUT OF NOWHERE.
SOMETIMES I SWEAR YOUR STILL HERE BECAUSE AT TIMES I HEAR YOU
WHISPERING IN MY EAR.
I BEGIN TO CRY AND JUST WIPE AWAY THE TEARS THAT I KNOW I WILL
ALWAYS SHED THROUGHOUT THE YEARS.
SOMETIMES I MISTAKENLY CALL SOMEONE ELSE YOU BUT I JUST LAUGH ND SAY
I GOT HIM ON MIND.
I KNOW IT WILL ALWAYS BE HARD BUT I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET OR LEAVE
YOU BEHIND.
YOU WERE AN ""ANGEL"" WHO BLESSED US IN SO MANY WAYS.

Paddy’s drinking with his buddy Shaun
In fancy dress as a leprechaun
To be part of the scene
They wear emerald green
and get bladdered before break of dawn!
Old Paddy supped ten pints of brown ale
And then drunk as a skunk, he turns pale
He stumbles to the right
And gets into a fight
Now Paddy’s languishing in the jail!
When sober he rings his wife Innis
Says ‘Darling, I drank too much Guinness’
And I cannot dispute
I got pissed as a newt
I’m begging you for your forgiveness!
(* the Gaelic name Innis means Island)

Enemys throughout, the day they very met
fighting tooth and nail, with both warrior hearts
dominance of the town, being the ultimate prize
hatred adding fuel, enlighting inferno to prevail.
My best pal from knee high, would rather do without
the confrontations hanging on him
i will call the oppostion shaun, although fine with me
thriving fear, bullying yet an awesome stature.
The fatal night in question, etched in many minds
a long long fight ended,my pal oblivious towards
a knife was placed into his hand, while recieving extreme beating
lashed out, everything stopped, pal overcome with relief.
At court not guilty verdict, the jury did return
on the basis of harrassment, and all that it entailed.
Yet families effected, can see it from both sides
loss and freedom, though my pal lives with everyday.

Opening my eyes
to the darkness in my room.
I try not to cry
and look away to soon.
I didn't know what woke me up
from my horrible dream.
But what did I expect
when I wake up at three?
This is not it.
Walking around the mess
afraid to think why.
Looking at the steps,
that's when I start to cry.
The steps, same as my room
are a dark shade of red.
Everything's covered
in death.
Startled,
I truly wake up.
I cry, just like in my dream
for I know this story all to well.
This was a night ten years ago
when I was to afraid to let go.
That night while I was sleeping,
my mom and dad had died.
What woke me up,
a gunshot.
I was only four,
which is why I'm still alive.
One year older,
and I would have died.
I have that dream a lot,
different parts each time.
They said I was to young,
to remember that one night.
Then why do I still remember it?
After I saw my mom and dad
lying still on the stairs.
The police and ambulance broke in,
and carried them away.
We had a small funeral
a few blocks from that house.
I go there once a week,
to cry over their graves.
I was really close to my mom,
she was like my best friend.
She always will be,
until the very end.
This is also where I
buried my friend, Shaun.
I'll see them all when I go
to visit the small pond.
- This is a true story. I would've told you what I found when I went downstairs, but it is something I couldn't have imagined. I never will tell anyone everything I found, until it's not so bad to think about it... Have a good day! Lee< -
The lonely broken hearted.
Could there be a stronger pain?
Would we make the same mistakes
If we could live our lives again?
If mum and dad had not married.
There would be no such thing as me.
If Shaun and I had not tarried,
where would my three daughters be?
The lonely broken hearted.
Each have their own tale to tell.
Would I swap what I gave birth to?
Not a snowball's chance in hell!
What's for you will not pass you.
We must all lie in our bed.
Divine Karma is our master.
Don't let it mess up your head.
This lonely broken hearted,
is already on the mend.
Life's for living, let's get started.
I've on my dancing shoes again!!
We have a piece of love coming our way
uncondtionally,no doubt will sway,
to the bussoms and hearts that is held
and heavens looking down that will weld.
A love you can`t imagine until have grasped
and for ever more that it will last.
Creating happiness,memories for ever more
suiting you both down to the core.
You flung your soul into a career building state
put on hold for a while, to create.
A stableness that suits yourself and Shaun
just while your life is born. ***
Meeting by a charmfull seduction, the ignition as a spark to an engine.
Happiness flourished, blending to a family orientation.
Seeing my Cousin,Shaun in a position i never collectively envisaged.
The meeting of Eileen a pivital point, nevertheless needed taming by her.
Two daughters, single mum took to Shaun as a father, he not been in that parental position in his past, caused uncondtional love. I`m not going to sugar coat or lay pillows for the wrong doings, myself was involved amongst burning the candle at both ends.
However, you could say God sent down only something he had for the right path. Involved in an incident of which Shaun is incarcerated, also deeply regrets. A period of self explanitation, knitting the family bond like strength of a lion. It`s almost comical how good can come from bad, if you can see what i can.
Love is the utmost importance of all. Eileen, no medal could succomb you. The time is almost nigh for the gates to open, a debt of gratitude owed. Although a stunning blow the passing of your Father, unspeakably wrenching. I know that love lives amongst your family, that`ll do me.
Grown up at last.
Now I can bask
in their reflected glory.
But what a story.
Three little beauties,
with brains to match.
Not such a task,
with help from Shaun.
They all get along.
It's easy to tell.
We both did swell.
I got the S on my chest
Cause I am the best
You wanna come and see
Then follow me, not the rest
I will show you how to rock
Then show you how to roll
I will show you how to get lean & fit
That’s for sho’!
Cause I’m strong, I’m lean
I’m healthy and fit
My hott Beachbody is too legit to quit
I like to do TurboFire, P90X too
Cause Chalene and Tony don’t play me like no fool
Now I’m jumpin and punchin like never before
Then Shaun T’s got me doin pushups on the floor
Now I’m lookin fine
And I’m feelin great
Yes, doin Beachbody has made me lose weight!
And drinkin Shakeology
From day to day
Gives me lots of energy so I can run and play
So don’t mess with me
And my Beachbody crew
Cause we’ll whip you into shape
And you’ll see a new you
Now don’t be scared
Have no fear
We are here to help you
Within the next year
So soon you will see
That YOU are the best
Yes!
Soon you will see
You got the S on YOUR chest!
Peace!
The Men Who Knew Too Much
Know too much, about music.
Egon, Percy and Shaun.
Like a marraige that's still strong.
Each acomplished in music field.
No matter which instrument they wield.
Percy perfect on steel guitar.
Shaun on saxaphone and drum.
Egon on rhythm and singing songs.
Making us want to sing along.
To Leonard, Bob, Hank and Roy.
Elvis and Johnny,the real McCoys.
Been together so long now
with notes and rhythms they toy.
Harmonies that sound so sweet.
Foot stomping tunes spot on the beat.
Gotta be up on my feet.
Can't sit still on this seat.
