Best Revolve Around Poems

Peering beyond reach of human capacity
I revolve around the sun in a solar orbit,
Looking deep in space for origins of bygone
Going way beyond anyone has ever gone,
Exploring unknown world of astronomy
Searching light from first stars and galaxies
Traversing back in time where it all began,
Forming our universe after the Big-Bang.

Some 13.6 billion light-years my eyes reach,
Studying evolution, formation of galaxies,
Vast, colorful, mysterious shapes and sizes,
Eying origins of life and planetary systems
Probing, discovering, unfathomable infinity,
For one light-year equals six trillion miles~
A feat, only for the confidence of audacity.

I capture images spectacular to every sight,
Viewing light that is invisible to human eye
Locating nebulae, gas planets, dust clouds,
Collision of galaxies where stars are born,
Traversing back in time where it all began,
Probing galactic universe~ terra incognita.

No longer a phantasy, I am real as can be,
An eye of science and a mind of curiosity,
Intellectual tenacity and proof of ingenuity,
In acumen and wisdom of Astrophysicists,
I am the bold vision of infrared astronomy,
I am the flight vying hypnotic destination
Buoying on wings of scholarly inspiration.

Much is yet undone, for I have just begun,
Orbiting diligently until my work is done,
Until dreams become reality of my mission.

For insight into creation, I am the ray of hope~
I am the James Webb Space Telescope.

Repulsive Slumber

Down the basement,
not a single color of envy,
flat-lines, are standing still all around.
The stillness is suffocating,
everything coming my way.
Different from,
the morals,
of my old organize ways.

"Still Round The Corner There May Wait,
A New Road Or A Secret Gate." ~~J.R.R. Tolkien~~

In certainty!
Someone will help me dismantle this knowledge!!

A movement so loud that bleeds,
irritating metal in the open wide.
Time standing still
pushing,
tossing the dice.

Sleep walking in a slow pace,
paralyzed and lost in a smoky haze.
So blurred, my perception slips.

The concept is so untouchable,
Finding peace, I find the thrills,
I conquered.
Screaming! I wake up,
Tangible evidence, released.
Rough, pillows, invade me.

I follow my guts,
I finally found the right feelings...

Exhaling one final breath, I freeze it!
Avoiding the demons!

Impossible, slumberous visions,
entering the atmosphere ,
thickened, loud voices, ~ "WANT TO BE HEARD!"
Sliding into my slumber,
locked in one solid dream.

My slumber,
I lay so quietly,
Voiceless, still I feel.
So repulsive, still redeemable.

My slumber,
dry like black soap.
Stillborn, yet still breathing!
Stillborn, yet still moving!

Reaching for the ceiling,
and I try hard not to dream.
An empty pyramid, winding up to a new start.
Imperceptible pencils in my slumber, beneath me.

Now I am in wonder,
breaking my mind with this,
from all the solidness.

Only I can revolve around this light.
Taking hard cold metal,
stabbing it behind me.
My repulsive slumber.....
an ongoing punishment with dark fantasies.

Premium Member Eyes that Stop Time

The Serpentine road winds endlessly,
Adrenaline rushes in my body, passion fills my mind
Even if the road ends, the best is still ahead.
Everything paused when I first saw your eyes,
My heart races when we meet gazes
I admire poetry with adulation — only with you.

Amber shades glisten in enchanting waves,
Your familiar gaze makes me fall for you
Butterflies flutter in my stomach exhilarated.
As I scribble your name on pieces of paper
When I meet other girls my mind returns to you
My nightmares revolve around the fear of losing you.

The stars glimmer in an ecstatic glow above us
I find you shining in the gleam of our twilight
Seasons may end and shift but I am still me-
When our lips unite, I feel as if the galaxy is exploding
You say you love me most, and I can't control my feelings.

The beating of your heart is so melodic
A tune that sends vibrations down my spine
Inside of you, is me, I am finally home.

What If

What if the world wasn't ours
What if we saw everyone's scars
What if we saw all the secrets they hide
Behind all of their carefully thought out lies
What if we saw the flaws they try so hard to keep inside
After that what would we decided
Would we conceal the truth we now hold
Or would we take a risk and choose to be bold
Would we judge for who they are
Or would we treat them like a star
If we saw behind their wall
We would all surely fall
If we saw what they always thought
We would see how their life is in a knot
What if we finally saw that the world doesn't revolve around us
Or would that just cause a huge never ending fuss
What if the world wasn’t ours
Just think... what if we saw everyone’s scars

Premium Member Last Walk

I am running the last mile in my life,
The age and tired feet have made my run to a limping walk,
still, I walk and walk to the beacon of hope,
Never let the pessimism take over the last straw of my hope.

Sometimes I fall, to get up and keep going again,
Sometimes tired I stand to watch the cycle of life revolve around
my eyes,
Sometimes I feel loved, sometimes I feel ignored,
Sometimes I feel the time has passed by me, still I see my soul's
destination in front of me.

In the journey of life my soul is searching for love and peace,
The feeling of love where I will lose the existence of mine,
The sense of peace and tranquility where I would not hear my
melancholy songs again,
I will walk miles looking for until I fall and can't get up again.

I meet so many souls on my way with troubled mind,
confused about the goals and destinations of their life,
Some say I am old, I don't want to live,
They will have to walk with me enjoying the virtues and glory of
their life.

In the Distance

Tonight I can write the saddest of lines
writing for example, the night is of stars
and the stars are of opals and shimmer in the distance

The night winds revolve around the sky, it sings of resistance

Tonight I will write the saddest of songs
I loved her and she loved me too sometimes

Through nights like this one, I held her in my hands
as I kissed her

Again and again under the timelapse skies

She loved me and sometimes I too loved her
how could I have not loved her deep still eyes

Tonight I can cry the saddest of poems
to think that I dont have her and to feel that I have lost her
To hear the immense night, still more timelapse with out her
and the verses fall, into my soul, like pain for the pleasure

What does it matter if my hands couldn't keep her
in this starry night timelapse, she is gone forever,
no more is sure

This is all

In the distance

Some one is singing
in the distance

Some one is crying
some one is dying
Without her in the distance

Oh, it's just me
and my sight tries to find her
My heart looks for her
My ears hear for her

And now
I no longer love her

But oh how I loved her
and my voice tried to find the wind
to touch her hearing... in the timelapse sky

Because nights like this one
are like the nights I held her in my hands
but
This will be the last pain she makes me suffer
and the last verse I write for her...In the distance

Premium Member Our Souls Embrace

Sweet kisses find compliant lips,
fueling hope with tempting sips.
But when happiness is at stake,
you're not so sure if love will take.

Life holds a core of bitter truth,
revealed when time stops shielding youth.
For hearts break in the scheme of things,
vulnerable to what fate brings.

Tears of sadness flow to my eyes
at the thought of final goodbyes.
For love, binds our hearts together
anchored by trust's timeless tether.

Hell, is anywhere you are not,
most people dream of what we've got.
For despite doubts and silly games,
desire still ignites passion's flames.

Our wishes revolve around two,
together, we'll make them come true.
For, whenever our souls embrace,
smiles erupt, and fear hides its face.

Premium Member Final Burnout

Where were you when time stood still?
When the world was no longer there?
Nothing was left, only ill will.
Little left to matter, no one to care.

Is this where it will come to an end?
If we have reached the point of no return.
People are only enemies, no concept of friend.
We have caused humanity to crash and burn.

When did anger turn so quickly into hate?
And compassion is seen as being weak?
We may find out that it is already too late.
We have lost our voice for no one would speak.

There is too much emphasis on money and power.
And the calculated devious ways to get our due.
We manipulate time down to the last hour.
And make statements not caring if they are true.

Before we have caused a final burnout.
Could we take a step back to see?
That we have no idea what it is all about.
For the world does not revolve around "me".

Midnight Fantasy

As I relax between the earth and the moon
My feet resting upon a star
I enjoy my midnight fantasy
In the realm where dreams are formed

Adorned in stately nightwear
Eyelids closed in slumber deep
I sit watching someone's comet go by
It's tail lightly touching my cheek

The earth and moon revolve around Me
In these moments so serene
Sunlight casting ghostly shadows
of me relaxing in between
Disappearing briefly
As the earth and moon pass by

But when the morning comes
And daylight pulls me from my sleep
I will retain this midnight fantasy
Because it's one I wish to keep

Reflective Surface

Slowly, the hours drag along
As I sit in quiet contemplation
On the horizon sits the dawn
Waiting with measured patience

My thoughts revolve around you
Almost as if I were a satellite
And just like sun, you don't seem to have a clue
That your warm rays bring me to life

And just like the moon
Whose domain is the ocean
Under the command of you
Is the tide of my emotion

It's my entire being that aches
For you to just want me
You don't know how much restraint it takes
To hold it all in and conduct myself calmly
I'm almost too affected by you
But I'll never speak the words as proof
So please do not ask

You feel that painting exists
Still upon the canvas
But it has lost its luster
When it keeps it growing
Inside yourself
Your heart beats faster
As the painting develops
Into a masterpiece
Of dimensions evolved
Into pieces of life
Shown by the colors upon
The white canvas
Showing where dips an sways
Revolve around the world’s
Only repertoire of truth
Thrust upon life’s grace
Where I see the painting
In my mind’s eye still
Such a grueling chore
Where the paint sends beauty
And laying upon the canvas
A picture of abstract
Proportions to random
Acts of nothingness
Still plays its tune upon
My desires to blend the colors
And bleed the picture
Into what art
Surely means to me

Nature's Rage

This is a long extended night,
   The stars all hibernate,
The blustery gusts revolve around
   The dreams which suffocate.

Now the torrents lash my door,
And now they slam the shade,
'Be couched right here, and do not move',
   The whispers promptly bade.

Out there I glanced, the wild tree pranced,
   She swayed her tipsy stem,
All drenched and dark, the leafy arc
   Seems like her death-gown's hem.

Is that mere downpour, or a sign,
   An omen of the time?
The thunders clash with louder splash,
   Upon the lakebed slime.

My window pane is stabbed by rain,
   One thousand spears en masse,
They prick the eaves, pummel the leaves
To the level of the grass.

The flickering lamp will die at once,
It does not cease to pour,
A marble sculpture drowns beneath
   The water on the floor.

That which gives life can take it too,
Lo there it heaves its head,
The shrine's bemused, the priest presumed
   A curse on holy bread.

It has to cease within no time,
   The devil's thunder roars,
The gale allays his evil play
   Withdraws his wondrous force.

Premium Member You Always Give

Joy unspeakable
That peaceful feeling that you are giving me Lord
The calmness you provide
The knowing that you will make right everything
The right feeling that only you can destine
You gave God
Because I had asked You Father
Thank you God
You are the Father who hears
And answers
You who sees
And gives
You who always grants requests, petitions
To your children
You who always keeps your Word
And brings them to completion
We just need to trust You
That You will fulfill
God , help us trust in You
And plan everything on You
Make our lives revolve around You
You who are the Center of the Universe
Who commands the earth, the air
The very breath that we have
Our very being
Center You for us Lord
Help us keep straight
Our eyes fix on You
You –The Magnificent, The Excellent, The Majestic, The Transcendent
The Eternal, The Ideal, the Absolute, The Ultimate One.

An Ideal World

In that ideal world which I will never see,
would I find the rules revolve around me?
No I think that they are best equal for all,
with none at any other's beck and call.

For as long as there are slaves and underdogs
so will strife remain to break down those cogs
that otherwise could run a smooth society,
with everyone getting home in time for tea.

While the few continue to abuse their power,
the losses for others mount hour by hour,
imagine for a moment if all had equal rights,
would there be any cause for brutal fights?

Look around and it is clear to see that pain
is generated by those that ever plan to gain
a bigger slice of the resources that we all need,
with many wars started just to satisfy their greed.

No communism in politics was ever shown to shine,
the need for change is purely within our minds,
as force in any guise destroys without care
and that is no way for us to learn how to share....

Ghanaian culture diversity

On the coast of gold(Ghana) where ethnic cultures intertwines like glittering and colourful 'bonwire' kente
A vibrant tapestry of diversity divine.
Starting from the South where the powerful Ashanti real heritage
Tracing to the Fante coastal tales of the sea
Across the Nzema fishing net cast upon the tides
To the Ewe's rhythmic abadza
And the atumpan of the Ashanti's that echoes
And rejoices to the dance adowa beating the soil.

Oh Ghana's culture, beacon of our pride
A tool for democratic thrive
The history and festivals like aboakyir, Samba and Kundum
stirs our spirit as the gleaming star of the east forces the earth to revolve around it
Ghanaian culture beauty blooms as democracy prevails within us
For Warrior King's culture, a tool we wield to build a generation graced with autonomy indeed.
The Black Volta spreads walks majestically as autonomy and democracy spreads it's wings
The symphony of highlife and Sankofa the mythical bird of the acient trumpet proverbs of those days

For it is not just the taste of our abunuabunu or the gold that adorn our neck that makes us take our stance
But Remember diversity of our culture
Warrior King's in diversity
In defence shall we fight and perish to bring the eagle full of might
Our culture unite
Our culture our voice
Our culture transforms and clear every blurrish sight
Let us all come together and celebrate Ghanaian culture the Genesis and revelation of democracy.
