Best Precarious Poems
I glanced to my left and I saw your face. You were a fading memory my brain could not erase. I thought I saw you once before, standing over by the door. It was a precarious love burning a hole in my heart, a heated moment tearing my thoughts apart. I felt like I knew you all of my life, an instantaneous love my mind could not debate. I could not decipher why I was so attracted to you. My precarious heart was shaken, that much is true. When I looked in your direction a fantasy filled my head, how we could be together, but you turned away instead. It was a precarious love, for the time being it felt like it was real, but dreams are made of rubble, not of steel.

Causative agent of disease
One of several variants to appease
Void of any discriminating abstractions
Interaction breeds human contagion
Distress inflamed in us by slow vaccination
Vaccine does diminish Covid effects
Antigen activity does reject
Chills that instill fear among us
Coughs that grip lungs, with expulsion dubious
Immunizations, please make haste
Never ending cautions are relentless
Ensuring man’s safety is quite precarious .

Public Figures live a life that is filled with angst
and paranoia, always wondering where
their enemies are, so they experience ambivalence
when venturing far,
Naysayers often crawl out from the woodworks,
taunting and acting like jerks,
The perks they get from notoriety is pale in
comparison to the anxiety overzealous people bring,
A precarious life is what they look forward to,
so their lives is based on being impromptu,
Often wondering who is trying to get through
their walls of high tech security and fear.........

Dreams, precarious in the night
Flashbacks of never a time
And the memory breaths,
A touch to liquefy bone
As fear takes residence within the mind
Pleasantry is frightened by the night
The darkness penetrates the iris
Blinding only the eyes
While the mind dissipates from reason
The wakening within the dream
Mutes even the blistering silence
What the mind depicts
Causes the stomach to writhe
The tightening tendrils force the eyes to open
And morning echoes the sin

Straddling is safe with grips each side secure,
but progress requires the flip flop position,
secured on one side or the other, not looking down or back.
It’s iffy to lift a foot implanted
with footholds secure in straddled camps.
To poise precarious with return annulled
to go binary with uncertainties, with flip or flop.
It’s yeah or neigh, not betwixt nor between,
for or against, not poised procrastinating
nor straddling serendipitous with free fall.
Like a climber, securing three firm grips before
letting one grip go, and reaching up for next handhold.
This keeps ambivalence under control,
stepping adroitly and securely,
without looking back or down,
making assertive progress one step at a time
on a three-legged stool.

and here we are
in our castle built from cards
one gust of wind and we go
down down down
grand illusions
mere delusions
curiosity getting the best of us
in spite of red flags waved
in the heat of the moment
warning signs cast aside
caution thrown to the wind

For all that it is worth was contained in a single droplet of thought
in symbiotic deliverance
shall pass perhaps unnoticed by a billion suns
or find it’s way in chaotic course
discover the enchanted spells of Icarus
And in form so complex present itself
Centuries coalesce into a single moment
the precariousness of miracles
only await for recognitions nascence
what other supplicants breath so endeavors
in exultation of a universe
And in form so beauteous reveal itself
It is but a living thing
so of molded intricacies ever described in geometries
to distinguish the passages of galaxies
the potential heartbeats of a billion witnesses
stand upon the precipice a precarious miracle it is
And in form so singular only perfection could have created it
For all that it is worth was contained in a single droplet of thought

Precarious Playing Her Stradivarius
She is in a position which was precarious
While fiddling on her fine Stradivarius
Marvelous sounds from it would emulate
To hear her again have hated to hesitate.
Crossed a bridge running over a creek
Much more magic music started to seek
Ascended high hills and through each dale
Around the whole world started to sail.
Falls contained crystal clear water within
On mountain top is where it would begin
Collecting water as it had travelled along
About this experience will write a song.
Song I sang and played often relished
Touched it up and became embellished
And final result was fabulous for me
Shared it with Soup as part of their Poetry.

If I left you this moment
there may be a chance
Monday morning would greet me
with nary a glance
but such is not my nature if
there exists the possibility of
pushing the limits of the limited
testing the finite calculated ability of . . .
~~~
So there she goes again
flying off the nearest ledge
thinking she can fly again
dancing on the razor’s edge
betting against the laws of nature.
PRECARIOUS REALITY
insistent
incoherence
deplaced
broken
as coloured
confetti
surmounted
pierces
the soul
with anguish
&
rehearses
nothing
THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE without grammatical symbols the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and respond thus making the form a two way interplay and often a unique interpretation by the enigma so derived
Other
I find myself in quite a precarious state.
Uncertain as to why I was so quick to acquiesce.
My heart flutters with excitement.
My body trembles inside with fear.
The thoughts race through my minds eye,
like an out of order stampede.
That of enlightened speech.
It is an unique ecstasy;
One of unsettled ease.
Set into motion, forced into play.
What was a seemingly nonchalant rendezvous,
sent me gallivanting forward.
A rather new and unfamiliar finesse.
It will surely be the beginning.
The beginning to the end.
The beginning to the end of yet another,
yet another fragmented moment.
A moment of eternity.
An eternity and all that it will ingest.
Precautious poem glad you enjoy;
Read next one about Trump Toy;
Perfect excuse;
Be born to lose,
With erotic tactics he did employ.
Trump Put Us in Precarious Position
Trump placed us in positions that are various;
Some had appeared as if they are precarious;
In does chorus,
I am notorious,
For songs and dances having been hilarious.
