I once had an office job sitting next to Miss Sunshine day in and day out. She and her 7th Day Adventist Jesus were always so positive and jolly about everything, it was hard not to smack her.

One day with syrupy sweet intonation she asked why I was so cynical and wasn't I an unhappy person.

I said, "Only a sociopath could be happy about the truth of things, but I'm just a realistic observer not hiding behind cheerful nonsense; there's no correlation to happy or unhappy. Look at you for instance. You are smiling and upbeat all the time. And I don't believe I've ever met an unhappier person."

She was stunned, momentarily silent, mouth hanging open. Then she burst into terrible wracking sobs of anguish.

Pragmatic Evolution: Love and Pain

Wandering wind unlock me
Through the ages I forgot to count in
For it never came to me
The longest time that forever seems to be right all the time.

Whispering wind caresses my soul
I hear knocking right outside the door
Then wind came in to my post
I suddenly feel ecstatic joy rushing to my core.

Flow me to the river of unknown
Just hold me and never let me go
Touch my hand and wrap me in
For your love will keep me warm, safe and sound within.

But…
As the wind came in
Dark and heavy with shattering as it came
I almost faint yet I try not to fall in.

I dream of this ecstatic feeling I can’t explain
Then why does it bring heavy dark clouds to mine
I dream of this with butterflies and dancing grass from the meadow
Then why does it came shattering everything that I care somehow.

Flow me to the river of unknown
Just hold me and never let me go
Touch my hand and wrap me in
For your love will keep me warm, safe and sound within.

Should I be thankful of this?
Should I curse myself dreaming of this?
Should I face this with boldness and strength?
Or, should I just fall to its trap and let these clouds burry me in forever?

Great choices I made
To just flow from its dark and heavy shattering coming
Yet from time to time
I ask myself, why in the world love came with pain and pain with love?

Flow me to the river of unknown
Just hold me and never let me go
Touch my hand and wrap me in
For your love will keep me warm, safe and sound within.

Proud poets parade playful wordy wit,
Their careful craft becomes just diddly s..t.
No matter how hard we may try
Can’t outdo IQ of AI.
Shall we hoist the white flag and run with it?!

Digital era deemed undignified,
As bright grey matter becomes atrophied.
Before the mindset goes awry,
We shall eschew diddly AI -
Its fatuous facade is dead inside!

The Pragmatic Sister and Seafood

All I want to know is
Do I have a distinctive voice?
Standing out in a crowd
Mic in hand, choice

Of song, how important
To hear and be heard
We must be privileged
Do you eat your scallop with beard?

This is reminding me of my ex
My brother says let him go
And I do vehemently
No emotions on show

Are you ready to meet him?
Your next potential ex
As the entropy reenters
No matter how clean shaven, hex

Upon all of us doomed
To end before we begin
Nothing to do in here
Accept, take it on the chin

Pragmatic World

The crater of pragmatic world.
Burden of having systolic soul.
Time has the enigma to manoeuvre
you leeward and wee-ward.
Space has the power to breed unbreakable emotion.
Justifying the irrational behaviour is like
contaminating bruised sanity.
Pacify the thought of rejuvenated aura.
Deep down lies the wounded heartbroken rhythmic solution.
We call it pragmatic world.
Its insignia of coliseum of benefactors.
That regards you to be dead poet.
Which generates the creatures that resembles.
The undetected, undiluted, unassailable, unaltered.
Realm of the cosmo.
They protrude the energies of love.
Love as in morphic of the globe.
It all flies back in till the core.
So the pragmatic souls.
Retrieve the greatest creations.
And their unremitting behaviour to keep ovulating...........LOVE

Tales of the Pragmatic Pretender

There is a high block,
A bending vanity,
As I splurge in the cellular
Dysfunction of the disapproved.

Assemble me, my parts swift up
Like a robotic tendency,
And I cast asleep
The sorrow of my disposition.

I am a channel,
A bolted up medium
And I can swallow little a ghoul more
Than the intake of my discharge.

Sip me down,
I, supple dilettante,
In the shrew confuse
Of remedy’s dawn.

Pragmatic

The tug of ellipses
measures our weight
in the vivid gyroscope
clustered by gases
noble cloaked in
the curtain

to benefit from the
necessary intrusion
of thought coercion
until no fool or genius
questions the majesty
around us

or the ineligibility
of humans to pass
themselves off as
dabbling masters of
gods behind dangled
talisman logic.

Exhibits uncommon common sense--

   Lives another day--
Careful not to give or to take offense

Pragmatic Worrier and Prevention of Good Intention

A pragmatic worrier may occur,
When in doubt and are not sure;
Often  waited;
Contemplated,
And never has been known cure.

Even though they had a good intention,
Appeared some program of prevention,
And attention stole,
Trying to control;
In ranks did discover much dissension.

Premium Member Once Pragmatic

Once in a smile
Clear feel can style
A thought worthwhile

Once in a dream
Fond craft did scheme
A poignant theme

Once in a swirl
Fine touch did twirl
A changing world

Once in a face
Sure charm did trace
A frugal grace

Once in a rhyme
Focus hurled chimes
In space and time

Once in a fit
Vision found wit
In a grand hit

Live well
Life tells

See fact
Gain tact

Dare gall
See all

End now
Start how

Wise fill
Grand thrills

Seek change
Trade strange

True way
Funds stay

Love heals
Vain will

Dare gain
No pain

Zest knows
Acts flow

In time
Fine rhymes

True voice
String choice

A tale in time conjures a plot:
Sanguine thrills soar from door to door,
Indulge fond chimes that tell a lot,
Norms work the oar with speed and more;
Grace a fine race to woo and win,
Align the will when action dwells;
Prize prompts the chase to match wits keen,
Opt to reveal purpose that tells;
Reach to excel in work and play,
Expect to be the very best.
Triumphs cast fond spell to fund grand ways,
Attract and see finesse and quest;
Live one sound take with bold fashion,
Etch brand and make with clear gumption.

The Pragmatic

All is fair in life
Be just, faithful, do hard work
Sell by words of hype.

Pragmatic

Talking of morality abuse
and implanting of false truth,
words stammer.

A fiery birth after
the mist. I intend to collect
the dark energy of beyond.

A pillow dance waits
for the inevitable death.
Only one eye will see the moon.

You bend back,
open the eyes thirstily.
Let Venus unwrap the breast-

and start swimming
in gunmetal sky for the final
journey of delinquent mind.

Pragmatic

Pragmatic

How you slowly carras’d my body only to leave me lonely.
How you loved me enough to find yourself when I found extra pieces of myself in you.
How pragmatic it is that contentment and sadness seem to go together after days of crying
How your kisses weren’t just a touch of nothingness but were the reason why souls were meant to be in the first place                                      How hours with you felt like lifetimes because I didn’t believe in forever when I met you but I believed in us being together in any lifetime.
How hating you is a distant bitter taste but loving you is the ecstasy to any addiction that has your name written on it.
How your scent still lingers on my clothing and I remember how safe we used to feel in each others arms.
How your smile was my favourite.
How i didn’t get lost in your eyes but found all the imperfections you failed to tell me but I loved you more for embracing them and showing me
How I could praise you all day and never get tired because you’re more than a boy, you’re the reason that imperfections were made to be embraced.
Pragmatic how you’re more than all I could ask for but am I all you could need because it didn't feel like it when I felt my heart sink deep enough to feel it in my stomach all because you looked at me and decided you weren't whole anymore.
