Ooh, good one Gershon! A rat would make a better president than a sour trumpet. Pence is laying low for some reason; but after crunching his numbers before the election; I think he'd be a better president and I'm not a Republican.

Couldn't agree with you more … In 2016 I was actually hoping that right after the election Trump was going to say: "Ha, ha, people. I just wanted to see if I could win. I'm not interested in the job in the least. So I'm handing the baton to Mike here." In fact, I actually thought that he was going to do it... Oh, well...We'll see what happens in 2020, I guess. I also plan to stay out of his way, not wanting to be grabbed, assaulted or insulted. I am pretty particular about who I friend.

I presume you mean 'out of Mr. Trump's way,' as you have nothing to worry about with Mr. Pence, who will not be alone in a room with another woman, other than an immediate family member. (This is an old Biblical injunction, which all Orthodox Jews still follow today, but which very, very few Christians follow anymore...kind of like tithing one's income. ~ gw

Ha, ha. Concerning Mr. Trump, I think that the best place to be is "out of sight, out of mind." 'Course that's where Trump is, actually---out of (his) mind. ~ gw

LOL Truly, Pence is a man who knows how to avoid ruffling the president's feathers. There are times when I wish I knew what he was thinking. Clever observation, Gershon. Of course, since Pence's name was on the ballot with Trump's, he can't be fired. Nice work!
