I Have Hidden Super Powers

I don't wear a cape around
My neck, breaking the speed of sound
Or capture bad guys in a web
My powers have never fled
From my heart that's where they stay
Secretly until the day
I see injustice come along
Others are treated so wrong
My super powers become stronger
When I can't take it any longer
Hearing stories of bullying
My special skills kick right in
Set loose, no holding them back
My love alert goes on attack
Not stopping for anything
It won't ease up until I bring
All this hatred to a low
I give one huge final blow
Across the land until there is
No more hate or prejudice
Until then, I'm on alert
Making sure there is no hurt
I will be here till the end
All my powers I will send
Into the hearts of those so weak
Mild mannered, shy and meek
That get pushed around each day
I'll make sure it goes away
This promise will be kept for sure
Any kind of hatred I abhor

Here I sit in the dark of night
Using my laptop for a little light
Our power has gone out,and it's quite an eerie site
In this town that's so dead,it kinda causes a little fright
I found and lit a small candle, though it doesn't pay
For it will probably burn out before my battery fades away
It's really kind of peaceful, that indeed I must say
Without all the noise that I hear in the light of day
Chirpping birds, and noisey neighbors, have all gone away
So I must once again familiarise myself with my place
Reassure myself without the dependent sence of eyes grace
The darkness comforts me,and brings me piece of mind
A comfort in the light of day, that I can never seem to find
Still we need the daylight,to see all the beautiful things
The sky,the earth in harmony, the beauty of that bird as it sings
So let this battery die,and let that candle flicker out
For it's in the darkness of your mind, you learn what love's about

Premium Member Her Powers

Into the darkness she envelopes the night
Seeking something special that eludes her eyes
Just as she thought it was lost and out of sight
Her hand catches on fire, there is no disguise
She starts to burn, her body covered in flames
She starts to remember bullies and their names
They will suffer under her powers tonight
Her pain will become their pain, she’ll make it right

The Powers of Flowers

There are wonderful properties in various types of flowers that enhance our lives.
A husband ponders over a bouquet of colored flowers to present to his wife.
Flowers have an aroma that infuses the air all around.
Their fragrance is carried on the wings of the wind without a sound.

Their colors are so vibrant and beautiful and a wonderful dose of eye candy.
Flowers are found in the mountains, valleys, and sometimes even where it's sandy.
A picture may be worth a thousand words but a bouquet of flowers says it all.
The benefits of flowers in the house enhance the atmosphere whether the bouquet is either great or small.

The Truth Of Love And Its Awesome Powers

Oft when dusk
crawls on in
its smells as
freshly rotten leaves
to some
its dark
its power is
a wonderful joy
as in those
hearts that
air spells
its
wickedness and
evils
sing....

But as shadows arrive
and their
powers
display
this heart
sends up
its wise
alert flags
and cries
man
the fort lad
for battles
will be waged....

As
twinkling star
spit down
rays of speeding
lights
some hearts
finds pleasure
and joy
for the darkness
it destroys
and the mind
sees
ravishing beauty
in the glowing
Heavens above...

Viewing such wonders
this soul
asks
our God
if the future
true love
shall be given
and then heart
says
sure it will
just be patient
and all
shall one day
shall come
hold fast
walk straight
and wait...

as I lay
seeing
galaxies dancing
in the sky
I imagine a
goddess
who will my
hand take

kiss me as a
lover and never
ever
leave me
our dawns
will see nothing
but love
and her beautiful
face
we live for each
other
and two hearts are
as one
bodies entwined
and love's
amazing, magical
and awesome
powers
absorbed...

Powers That Be

To the powers that be.
I've allowed you to view
my weakness like an
opportunity. Give school
children fatherless
babies, and preach their
nudity to the
congregation. Pagan
prostitute purchasing
pastor preaches to a
godless nation. Commit
adultery upon the body
of Christ and a ct
sinless. Thou shalt not
eat of the fruit of good
knowledge, lest thou be
skinless. Take a wrong
turn like Brenda and get
hit by a bullet train. Of
alcohol abuse, drug
addiction, and mental
strain. We don't live
under the same sun.
When you were
wealthy, my poverty
had already begun. You
got to university, I died
from hunger in Somalia.
Because of my skin, I've
become victim to
sickness, AIDS and
malaria. My protests
end in bloodshed
because of gunshots. If
we hungered not to
perish, we'd do nothing
to fill those empty pots.
String my wings with
the chords of your
swollen affection. Allow
your Jacobs to rule the
nation, they're the
masters of perfection.
Your nation of rapist
gay men has narrowed
the country's vision. You
sodomize my sisters in
your office,under cop
supervision. You molest
my brothers and torture
a nation. Kill my spirit
entirely, and resurrect
an evil nation.

All Powers Belong To You Almighty Allah

When I breathe and beat you know my nerve,
Whether am in trouble or in twisty curve,
Alpha to infinity you knows my pain,
Alas! All my endeavors yet null and vain,
Oh my Lord forgive my err and sin,
Am not more than petite thumb pin,

I am not more then eccentric smoke,
But Neither my pulse vanishes nor I get choke,
What am I? Mere a fickle soul and surreal thought,
Without your blessings, zilch and aught,
You made me concrete yet fragile,
Oh my Lord your mercifulness heaps and pile,

Wish I die while reading holy book kalam,
And meanwhile praising salat-o-salam,
And occult angel may welcome to main,
-abode, But I wish to die once again,
You give us faith and the best,
You the lord of two east’s and two west’s,

Sanctify my soul, make me free from evil,
And demonic thoughts of devil,
And I supplicate that You,
Allah ho, Allah Ho,
Nothing is invisible to you,
Oh My Lord, All powers belong to you!

Super Powers

A child in the shopping Mall, wearing Superman kit,
leaps up with one arm in the air and tries to fly a bit.
With dreams of being bulletproof and lifting heavy things,
and all the other powers being a superhero brings.
Such innocent exuberance he'll find, as time goes on
will be replaced with other things that he will wish upon.
As years go by, no wish to fly, such talents would not be missed
so here I state the humble gifts I'd have on such a list.
To put my socks on, standing up, not falling on the bed,
remember that the doorway's low when in my garden shed.
To bend and pick things off the floor without giving off a groan
put up and close the ironing board, and do it all alone
read what's in a tin of soup without using a microscope
when shopping, use self-service tills and not look such a dope.
Mix a pack of custard that don't look like tiling grout
and thread a needle first time without my tongue hanging out.
All necessary talents as quickly the time flies
and- hang on...I've mislaid my keys-
can I have x-ray eyes?

Super Powers

Alphabetics this world,
Every letter like a nation,
Vowels the superpowers,
No vowels,few words,
A and E more involved!

Healing Powers of Time

Time heals all wounds,
But seems to me - somehow,
It also shortens life a lot.

Leannes Powers

Leanne sniffed a sunflower
A bee stung her on her nose
It gave her a special power
Her arm turned into a hose
She gave everyone a shower
Now, at home a river flows
It could fill a water tower
And clean old men's dirty toes
Leanne became a hero
Gave water to café Nero
And she even charged zero
Leanne's power went away
So then all she did was lay
Taking up the whole of the day

Magickal Powers

Being a Witch is fantastic - there is power everywhere!
Don't get one mad or else - you'd better beware!
Some Witches use their powers for evil - while others do good.
Those who follow the Wiccan Rede - do things as they should.

Bad Witches may turn you into a toad.
Then watch someone who's driving - make you go SPLAT upon the road!
They may cause you total devastation - and you lose all your possessions and stuff.
Which means that for awhile life for you - will be extremely rough!

Good Witches use their magick powers for healing and such.
With spells, potions, and their charming touch.
They listen to your problems - with a very sensitive ear.
Once you get to know them - there's nothing to fear!

Chanting and rhyming comes easy to us - we may even write poetry!
Any way to help people - the light at the end of the tunnel to see.
Bringing positivity and laughter to others - makes our Spirit soar.
Strengthening our love and compassion - to places it hasn't been before!

We draw our Magickal Powers - from many a varied place.
The elements, nature, each other, and even outer space!
To first meet us you wouldn't know us - we hide our Spirituality well.
But there are times when we do - cast many a spell!

Nuclear Powers--Might May Not Be Right

Although you have acquired enough Might

But you do not have any moral Right

To render this humanity in a merciful Plight

As through your dreadful mental Flight

You have achieved the destructive Height

The situation now has become so Tight

That just with a provocation Slight

A ' Nuclear War' is very much in Sight

Think of the day after the ' Nuclear Night'

It would be full of Death, Sorrow and Fright

So now is the only time to Alight

From your towering plans to Fight

Think of the future, turn it Bright

Live with the nature, enjoy its Light

So keeping this reality in Foresight

To Trump and Kim, I lent an Insight

They decided to meet, with an Invite

And finally this time, without any Qualm

Each having Peace, written on his Palm

They are now meeting, this time in Vietnam

Hope they behave, quite cool and Calm

              MEETING SCENARIO

For the second time, they would now Meet

With a warm handshake, expected to Greet

Both will relish, the Vietnamese Treat

Ready to achieve, a historic Feat

While each carrying his strategic Folder

Trump walking tall, looking a bit Older

He puts his hands, on Kim's Shoulder

Peace is emanating, from every Boulder

                 HEATED ARGUMENTS

With each other now, they would Bump

Kim then saying, while attacking Trump:

Decide whose country , is a den of Vice

You were the inventors, of this Device

     And attacked Japan, intentionally Twice

Now trying to give us, so cunning Advice

When these facts, Kim may Apprise,

Trump will be taken, by great Surprise

Would claim that step, was really Wise

To halt the war, that was on the Rise

            SENSIBLE DISCUSSIONS

Look..... fully loaded is our Nuclear Cart

Pressing our buttons, can make them Dart

To alter the world's, geographical Chart

If destructive invention, is a scientific Part

It's effective prevention, is a humanistic Art

So never let this, foul game Start

Retreat happily, with a clearer Heart.

World would accept us, as very Smart.

Powers

(On May 1 1960, at the very depth of the
Cold War, CIA pilot Gary Powers was shot
down over the central USSR. Here we are
imagining his conversation with a charge
d'affaires of the US Embassy. Powers
is threatening to go public on CIA
mismanagement and to tell all to the
Russians - the Igors and the Borises.
Powers died soon afterwards in a
helicopter crash.)

What's Thompson's game? He's sent a charge here?
He should have come himself. So, Mister Jinks,
I'm going to assume you're with the firm.
Tell you what happened? Why don't you tell me?
Okay, I didn't trash the Thunderbird -
but I was kinda busy, get my drift?
My face was pulling g's to beat the band
and if you knew the vehicle, you'd know
the seat ejects like bats fly outta hell -
explosive bolts. I'm falling vertically,
and spinning like a top, and if I get
alignments wrong by half an inch,
the console cuts my legs off when I spring.
So what? So this. I had things on my mind.
You want your secrets kept? So train us right.
Foresee contingencies.
                                           The silver buck?
I chucked it. Threw it, as the chute came down,
but kept the pin. The Igors have it now.
Well fella, you got questions and to spare,
and I don't like the way they're shaping up.
Oh sure, you got your job to do. Me too,
remember? I'm the guy who got his ass
shot out the sky at sixty thousand feet!
I didn't buy the farm. Is that a sin?
Tell Langley I'm an Amish - what the hell?
I told them it's curare.
                                        Get real, pal!
They may be Borises, but I won't have
some guy get stiffed because he pricked his thumb.
They'd find out anyhow. You bet I have!
I got more beefs than Texas. Pin 'em back.
Nobody thought it through, this turkey-shoot,
or what we'd do, dumb Joes like little ol' me
when Igor got us. Unprofessional!
Now bust your ass, and get me outta here.
When I get back, I'm gonna tell the world
how Langley hangs its fly-guys out to dry.
We got a First Amendment. Let 'em try!
