My Last Nerve
No sleep

One revision after
another

Publisher
demands-too
demanding

TIRED

My last nail broke

My last pen ran out
of ink

My last pad - my
last sheet!

My keyboard sucks

My monitor's dim

Can't see for
yawning

Words,

words,

words in my head

I'm done I said

My last nerve!

Going to
bed...

Love In My Every Nerve
Tonight we went out in the dark
just us two in the park
we kissed under the moonlight
Held our bodies tight
I felt love
your love in my every nerve.

You whispered to me
Gryffy I love thee
Your love is true
Loving you is all I will do
I felt love
Your love...

Nervana - You Got the Nerve
*warning: sexual theme*

My mind and heart of gold...
Never once...growing mold as we both grow old
Nervana sells out
I'm without a doubt
That I will love you till I die
That I will love you as long as I live with no smudge of lie
Finger me with your...

Soft Heart--Raw Nerve
SOFT HEART – RAW NERVE

suspecting my position is unsound
accepting sinking feelings I
may drown

heartbeat limp and malleable
gentle and mellifluous yet
scarcely stable

smarting anguish of frayed nerve
raw, synthetic hyper alert
tests reserve

escaping at last to spaces I go
pacified nerve and compliant
heart flow

(‘mellifluous’ = pleasing to the ear)

Premium Member Nerve Racking
Surgery is always nerve racking deal
Under the anesthesia and knife
Putting another in control
Life laid into their hands
Upon their skill depend
Human emotions
Over load mind
Anxiety
Afraid
Fear
Trust
Settle
Peace control
God is in charge
Heaven is my home
Thank you God for comfort
A sweet peace now speaks to me
Now a ...

My Last Nerve

you are not going make me sad
That was my last nerve, That was my last nerve

There is only so much that I can do
I am only one person and...

First Day On Your Last Nerve
The books are off the shelf
Teachers are heading to the nearest coffee machine
Noises echo the elongated hallways
Time has betrayed you
Loud thuds of lockers slamming abruptly
Could it be?
School is currently back in session
The dreadful feeling of the first day
Routine is once...

NERVE

Nearer moonlight than us
Nerves of steel skyrocket

Nationwide heroes rise
Nascent aeronautics

Neil Armstrong holds world’s hand

naked eye sees heaven

You'Ve Got Alot of Nerve
After shutting off the bedroom
lights by closing my eyes; I see
sparks of fireworks in my mind
thinking synaptically.

It's not in anyway a day
to celebrate nor holiday,
so making me more to
think feeding with fuel

thoughts forgotten, now done
brought up from depths not
sought; for caution when
stepping on...

I’m tempted to backhand the ones who call
		us sixty-somethings old or elderly.
How dare they use such terms describing me?

Holding Your Nerve
Well, knock me right down with a feather
It's true that some faith in whatever
And holding one's nerve under fire
Can result in the things we require
Being sent to us served on a plate
By God, chance or synchronous fate

So, cross fingers or whisper a prayer
Take small...

Nerve Gas
Razed garden hung
Icicle vines crept mortar
Fingers of the dead

And the sun died
Cataract eyed sinking
This limitless implosion

Craven mustard then spread
Barbed
Waspish sting and evisceration

Slinking down the brick
I felt incorrigible
Violence

The lone oranges dangle
The only fruit
Are...
