                  ~

Yesterdays, never tell me where they run to
Only the callow days that breathed with you
Utter those resplendent whispers to my ear

Why did you let her go?' It hushes me, still
Each silver moment since has been an echo
Reverberating midst passion's sweet improv
Every memory is filled with an aching divine

My faculties still recall your beguiling aroma
Your flavor, even now, speaks to my senses

Soft, the moonlit eves, we swam in a dream
Open, the hearts we shared with a rare love
Unconcerned with the courses of its delirium
Lost to the realms those passions took us to
Many years have passed, but I can still hear
All our promises like petals - a life potpourri
They're faded now between the pages of life
Each one, a wilted bloom of love's memories.

Premium Member Sweet Summer Breeze

Each year the world spins older
And winter winds sing colder ...
Oh I can name the minutes 'til its done

Dark and dreary binds me
          Still the spring-tide winds me
Up to feel the breath of summer sun

       Summer finds - sunshine
       Kissing your skin
       Summer finds - you're mine
       Let - love - be-gin
       Summer finds - our minds
       Soft-spinning in ...
       The breeze ...
       The sweet summer breeze

I know that there's a reason
          Each lifetime has its season
Morning chases off the darkest night

Tho' May can fill the hollows
          The sun of summer follows
That's when I'll be holding you so tight

       Summer finds - sunshine
       Kissing your skin
       Summer finds - you're mine
       Let - love - be-gin
       Summer finds - our minds
       Soft-spinning in ...
       The breeze ...
       The sweet summer breeze

Baby, don't let the chill of those long winter nights
Blow all the embers away (far away)
Baby, soon summer breezes will warm you so right
And turn those long nights ...
To sweet - warm - lov-in' - days

       (solo)

Oh sometimes there's a storm
          That interrupts the warm ...
And paints a fleeting shadow on the sea

But then those breezes blow
          To let this scoundrel know
                    That soon the summer mistral
Will bring - my - love - to - me

       Summer finds - sunshine
       Kissing your skin
       Summer finds - you're mine
       Let - love - be-gin
       Summer finds - our minds
       Soft-spinning in ...
       The breeze ...
       The sweet summer breeze

       (repeat refrain)

That sweet, sweet summer breeze.

Blinded by the first morning beam
Intense infatuation of adolescent love
Triggered emotions. His beguiling charm
Tightened its hold. But a flaw in the scenario
Entangled the script, and the seducer, less his veneer
Retreated into oblivion, leaving a broken heart in disarray.

The Female In Her

The female who
               inhabited her
               that night bare
               outside and inside
               the truths of the male
               that entered without shame ...
               She was allowed to walk
               to the human wall,
               with the tongue
               thirsty for love ...
               Received the balm
               from that other mouth
               with torpor ...
               Thr lover flowed
               all holy sap
               that she received with joy
and made him come ... and came ...
               Her pleasure so expanded
that her wound has sutured ...
               The pleasure so scheduled
               finally confirmed ...
If there is joy and pleasure
               in love ... never again
               She wanted to live away
               of this lov

My dear child,as through life you go
mark thee well,this motto
if,lov of others, you wish to know
be first,to let your love flow

Inspired by the motto of Prior Leem-Michel Priory,Hampshire in 1500's.

His motto reads ' Remember if you wish to be loved-you must love

The Pretence of Money

The Pretence Of Money

Money buy's
all you want
Fancy dresses
with matching shoes
Flashy cars
for all to see
A cosy home
to lazy in.
A lov-er
of your dreams
A bunch of friends
to celebrate with
The stories told
are so sweet
And adventures taken
are a treat

Your are convinced
of ha-ppi-ness
But Something within
is gone astay
With all the possessions
all the crowds
Still the soul
feels so foul
Eternal joy
has no price
Something you
just re-a-lised

The misery
is masked
With a smile
in it's place
And tears fall
behind closed doors
The loud laughs
covers the pain
And items bought
heals the sorrow
The bonds made
are falsely hollow
So voices within
questions tomorrow

How lucky you are,
people say
So count your blessing's
as you pray
The bed you made
is were lay
A comfort worth it
so you stay
With an empty soul
you act brave
A truth untold
for-ever a slave
So money's pretence
becomes your grave

I Don'T Love You

I DON'T LOVE YOU (I JUST LIKE YOU)

You keep staring
From the corner of your eyes.
You look at me,
While I’m looking away.
When I look back,
You shudder and retreat.
Both of us know
What you are doing.

You drop hints about your love for me.
Come close, egg me into proposing you.
But you can’t make me fall in love.
‘Cause it’s clear that I don’t love you.

I just like you child-like smile,
You innocent gaze,
Your caught-in-the-act
And then embarrassed phase.
The movement of your hands,
Stealing sights a few,
Giving a side glance,
I just like you.

Your friends,
They know all about this.
They are helping you
Bridge the gap between us.
Trying to get us
Into talking,
Trying to develop
The love that they can’t.

I might try to test the water.
Go close, then hold myself back.
No you can’t make me fall in love.
‘Cause I know that I don’t love you.

I just like your black spects,
Your glad days,
Your showing off
And then shocked face.
The sound of your voice,
The deep red hue
On your swollen cheeks,
I just like you.

No! This is not possible.
Not letting my guard down.
I’m preoccupied with my goals.
Love is the last thing on my mind.

You could climb the stepping stones to my heart,
Only to find a deserted mountain peak.
No you can’t make me fall in love.
It’s sorted out that I don’t love you.

I just like your child-like smiles,
Your innocent gaze,
Your caught-in-the-act
And then embarrassed phase.
Your leather jacket,
Your brown hair too,
Your tied plait,
I just lov---- like you.
