Minnow Minutes

Mingling multiplying minnows marvel masterfully and jaded hooded jalapenos race to the scene. For a pretty fortress is unveiled to a mass highway injection. In a timed spring curve heap hats. In a basting tree wear a nice vest with some heels. As a storm passes remember that a nine inch dome bowl is often a domesticated chatter box and holds vast amounts of information and instructional words to many a passing mouse. So always put leaves in a soup. Wear a spade and trowel. Mix a temple with a house to form associations of a flowery day. Snowing is great fun for those pickled and pins can win in toboggan competitions in world wide juxtaposition. Is merely a global push. A capitalist catapulting cavey. An orchestra of a self shrouded mission bomb. Swooping swerving swimming in acres of grasslands. Timelords. Tinkering. Tinkling. Tin. Tan. Ton. Tone. Dare to cross a washing line of over 800 metres. Balance on a scone. Sit on a sandwich. Or swim in a broth. Cavity carnal caves creating clapping dance. 3% of an oceanographic octopus at a grand ball. Oh how quite exquisite. Punky puffing puffins. Opulence. Orifices of domestic fishes. Cinema of calibration. *** moonbeams

Unconditional Paternal Love Toward Shana Punim

Screaming writhing violent
uncontrollable spasms of abandonment
immediately followed her (like Mary's lamb)
where e'er she went
verbal communication attempt didst rent
ear piercing outpouring

barrage heard clearly by vested gent,
a bajillion miles away e'en
stymying the likes of Lois Lane, Clark Kent
or special ABC letter writ agent,
when aforementioned younger daughter
raged day and night without abatement

soon after our baby's birth
agonizing distress self evident
when bundle of joy became a toddler,
which ordinary concomitent
expectant joyful milestones
hoop fully attendant

with hypothetical offspring
aurally learning oral rudiment
basis of language skill
with instructional accouterment
mastering native tongue
celebratory breakthru achievement

acquiring brisk command of lingua franca
easily excelling telly
tubby "FAKE" accent
gibberish with cogent
encoded development coaxed ability
regarding divine acknowledgement

pertaining to obvious delayed development,
when dada decried disabled
doc's "NON FAKE"
dupe forced mine abhorrent
realization upon crestfallen papa,
that our precious progeny

requisite remedial requirement
versed here, viz poetic abridgement
thee youngest of
(deux) daughters afflicted
at young age initial

general consensus genetic accident
engendered ambiguous diagnosis,
cuz forming words absent
purportedly linkedin with
high functioning autism
spurred self blame abutment,

sans cognitive fluke (most
likely inherited) malady immediate adherent
parental duty entailed, promoted
vouchsafed, et cetera
lifelong intervention convert,
a blessed webbed accompaniment

decades later nearly wrought total abolishment
whereat now grown year old lass
defied wildest predictions, adjustment
witnessed thee cherished apple of my eye
metamorphosed since early adolescent

to secure part time employment
attending Bend, Oregon Community College
and coordinating advancement,
where Shana Punim secured plane ticket
and took to friendly skies to my amazement!

Happiness Is Gold-Hatred Is Black

HAPPINESS IS GOLD

It sounds like an amusement park.
It feels like the warmth of a summer sun.
It smells like fresh ground coffee.
It tastes like chocolate.
It looks like the stars on a clear night.

HATRED IS BLACK

It sounds like tortured screams.
It feels like an eternity in fire.
It smells like rotting flesh.
It tastes like bile.
It looks like the Holocaust.

Author's note: This was written during a Middle School English class where I was an instructional aide. Our teacher challenged me to do the class assignments also.

Mending Love

correction and judgement sometimes looks the same, when the correction is viewed, sometimes people take it the wrong way, with our lack of understanding in our hearts we condemn, taking things personally what we were meant to mend, without disipline and correction where would we be, God placed us together to help us to see, love may not always look gentle and kind, sometimes painful and instructional, this is why we all quote "love is blind", the automatic assumption is condemnation and judgement, without hearing one's heart we jump to make those assumptions, yet still underneath it all, we know the truth, when the love is real, and his spirit leads us to move.

The Utopian One World State

--Evil starts as germinated seeds,
noxious weeds of social infestation,
spreading and suffocating human diversity,
pushing all freedoms into extinction,
the loss of Liberty's creed,,
--Men-Women birth their offspring,
but raised by the State,
alienated offspring grow into bastards,
by design to this fate,
no-longer is Family an understanding,,
--Started in guise of education,
parasitic propaganda by subliminal indoctrination,
targeting children of all ages,
instructing apart from parental objections,
future groupthink masses of inclusion,,
--Religion, History, Novel books outlawed,
that promote ideas of Independence,
instructional manuals that's only allowed,
through State approved media correspondence,
making State approved "truths" unflawed,,
--The masses become Independent-less adults,
in a One World State,
populations regulated, mandated birth controls,
but elitists can freely consummate,
elitist offspring perpetuates State results,,
--The State espouses universal equality,
a mandate against humanity's will,
a law silencing humanity's opinions,
or voicing your opinions from jail,
the State sees as insanity,,
--Humanity becomes living taxed products,
feeding the machines of State,
their worth is what's produced,
fearing for failing to compensate,
you're redistributed, if you obstruct,,
--Populations are kept under intoxication,
by the State approved vice(s),
the willing are comfortably numb,
happiness of suffrage the price,
humanity's compliance made through addiction,,
--Outlawed are self-governed rights,
by State tyranny without impunity,
your lives owned until death,
because you are State property,
all controlled by elitist might,,
--Physical privacy regarded as hate,
pedo-molestation considered universally normal,
it matters not your sexuality,
to all ages so formal,
criminal when reject this fate,,
--Evil that's made a right,
guilt is replaced with ethics,
fundamental good is considered evil,
by the State centered civics,
moral evil in everyone's sight,,
--This is a living nightmare,
that insidiously penetrates humanity's soul,
a world never knowing Hope,
or escaping something this cruel,
the State of Evil despair,,
--Freedom, Liberty and self-governance,
does this sound that bad?,-
it's better than being property,
by a State grown Mad,
or take a standing chance.

No Regrets

Forked path life finding the right best of the days left
Split decisions choices options
Crossroads with different dead ends
Round about lives without spiritual guides
Direction that lies through ownership eyes

Sincerely searching soul deep
Recessed puzzle pieced existence
Instructional heart listening instead
Hope filled future full of intentional forgiveness
Hollowed electric spirit gift shines
A silver lining clouds thunderous thought

Lightening caught striking with a solemn rumble
Encourages the righteous path lit
Rational space to locate a place
For truthful description my honest opinion
A positive painted perspective
Accepting of negative life lessons
No regrets

Premium Member The Magic of Outdoors

THE MAGIC OF OUTDOORS

he moved slow, with a limp
his cane grinding
in the dirt, grating on the pavement

his hat always prompt on his head
as he headed into the cold dark wind

then it swirled
the magic
a trick up his sleeve
pulled out some cards
laid them down
they were aces

a smile seasoned through the clouds
of old age and doubt

he tipped his hat at some pretty lady
and then twirled his hat on one finger
as his feet forgot to nap

the crowd looked down
as his toes began tapping
within his shiny shoes

he swayed side to side
as a song played in his head
and blasted out from the recoiled headphones
of a stunned teenager

an old timey ritz
his cane became his instructional instrument
poised between his hands

this song and dance man
charmed the lackadaisical crowd
mesmerized...surprised
held captive in pied piper effect

a light rain drizzled
his effervescent energy drizzled
his cane poked the puddles
as he headed home

his wife exclaimed
as he limped through the door
a smile on lips
and a radiant face,
“Oh my those walks sure do you good”

“Join me one day, my dear! We should make a great team”

List For Today

Set goals that are reasonable
Reach them with the ladder of invisibility
Pet your dog and cat in equal proportion
Remember they are pets (They require petting)
Believe in one God. (More than one gets confusing.)
Flush the toilet frequently
Make sure something is in it
Take walks that have a foundation in reality (concrete or dirt will suffice)
Avoid land mines, sea mines and porcupines
Brush your teeth with a functional utensil (instructions will follow)
Follow traffic signals to their logical conclusion
Look both ways before crossing the street (Up and down are optional)
Fill your car with petroleum products (no need to pet them...They are not pets)
Stretch a dollar bill until it screams
Use it wisely (You may never see it again.)
Kiss your wife or husband or what ever the case may be tonight
Remember to breath (Breathing is important)
Make one list a day. (Call it,”List For Today.”) (Two would be ridiculous)
Kiss the day good-bye

May I Explain Your Name?

Gillis
your name rose up from gaped legs
in a cold tiled room
under a G.E. sun
a badge of family honor and pride
even though you would tell
a different tale

Gillis
I know you hated it
the very sound and spelling
friends questioned and laughed
others admired
some just cut it off (Gil)
or chose something new
Lynese

Gillis
my shinning new apple
landing in the teacher’s garden
of expert instructional skill
glowing brightly with your gifts
taking on a new title
instructor

Gillis
torture me not for a moment’s idea
surging with endorphins from your birth
it came to mind from ancestral whispers
to my drugged-out head
the ancestors,
spoke from spirits
looked down proudly
on a little girl babe
and said it.
So there, I've explained your name.

moments ago this poem underwent
     slight poetic surgical face lift
modifications by this bro)
this spine tingling reaction,

     sans flushed testosterone
     from heads to toe
sketched out sometime
from ~july or august 2012 or so
and (just now) triggered chain reaction for roe

man tick undulations i.e. wishful desires slow
     lee shifting (in seconds flat)
     from neutral to overdrive
     exceeding speedometer limit maximum

nearly attaining speed of light quo
shunt seeing an aesthetically pleasing chic chick
in the summer of full feminine bloom
     envisioning plunging hot rod
     into her lubricated derrick

(and yes, young enough
to beget me via coital fling
     a splendid supreme offspring
of this gap toothed fifty three year old simian),
     who doth wanna swing
like a boyish chap
at prime love making time zing,

with thee, whose primary purpose comprised
     tutoring my daughter whose deficiency
     with language skills warrant
     communication exercisesd
born with cognitive developmental delays
     in sundry dis guised,

whose academic weakness qualified her since birth -

to receive intervention to allow, enable
and provide her with life skills
     even though patience thoroughly utilized

so she can become self reliant as an adult
thus bringing this papa aegis

and via exposure therapy
comfort zones, convince this dadaist dolt
magic touch, sans young women,
(who seem prominent in social service field)
bear witness as thy Punim doth molt

blindsiding actions of tender loving care
these myopic eyes
     with hypnotic trance observe flair
ring results conjuring up illusions of grandeur
     spurring commendable utterance
     of touche...here here

but self consciousness kept gleeful outburst
under lock and key lest detriment comb near
compromising instructional progress,
that could easily dis ap pear
into a sinkhole forsaking requisite basic skills
     reinforcement ever since first year

Gun Control

Hold guns like bibles in both hands
Aim them in the air in any direction
For fun at parties invite them along
Polish off a bottle of whiskey first
Keep ammo in mayonnaise jars
For freshness cradle them like babies

If you must take guns to bed with you
Never feed them bullets after dark
Make sure they are warm and comfy
And bring their own blankets and pillows
To cover loud noises
To avoid indigestion
Remember guns kill

Keep them away from pickles in the fridge
And from children for their own protection
Read the directions on the box
Throw the manual in the fire place
Not the gun because that is dangerous

Gun control is like mind control
You must first have one to use it
Both come with sensitive triggers
With no warranties or returns to life
No money back guarantees

Life

Deep into that darkness learning
Life is for everyone
The incentive seemed happy spurning
Everyone is for life
I crave the unswayed, unimpressed upbringing
My aliveness, I could not awaken
Life is for everyone
Everyone is for life
And the agelessness never debating

Life

I remember I was acquiescing, remembering
I crave the instructional, inviting impermanence, temporary
Ah, distinctly I was condoning, remembering
But in the fact that it was dripping, temporary
It was slipping, ripping, gripping!
Reneging and reneging with my virtuousness
Nowness - nowness - nowness!

That moment my soul grew lonely
Life is for everyone
The abandoned auteurism acquiring
Back into my memories moralizing
All my soul within me inspiring
Life is for everyone
The sleepless school sermonizing
Everyone is for life
Life is for everyone, life

It’s elko noice to be back in the sprawling, claustrophobic infinity of college.

I love the energy, the hubbub, the moving ins, the lines for everything and the freshmen’s hovering parents. We loiter, my roommates and I, sipping expensive, store-bought coffee, around the dorms, the bookstores, and shops, soaking up the frenzy.

A mom sweetly says to her overwhelmed son, “Relax,” passing-off his stress, “enjoy this, engage those five senses and take it all in.” I smiled to myself - there are at least 21 senses, like equilibrioception (balance), thermoception (for heat/cold) and nociception (pain) - just to name three. I thought, “Welcome to college kid.”

The first weeks of freshie life can be lonely - if you’re single. You search for someone to like - it can be very arbitrary and looks based. Last year, around campus, all you could see was the tops of people's faces. When everyone’s masked, eyebrows say a lot, so if you had beautiful eyebrows that went a long way - of course, hair was important too.

There’s an eyebrow studio, down below the green, where students could, as the epitome of style, get their eyebrows threaded hoping they’d look more interesting, and more bonkable. That place was booming.

Masking’s still a thing for fall ‘22 - in classrooms, instructional spaces, and high-density events - at least at first, until they see the spread - but there’s way less isolation. This semester there are exciting, new questions for potential ‘love’ interests to answer, like - “Have you ever dated any simians (monkeys)?
.

Slang:
weebee = we’re back
elko = surprisingly
noice = a jokey, Australian lean on “nice.”
passing-off = dismissing

Zeal the Zealot just made some poison,
and he was proud of it as can be.
He advertised the poison for all the world to see.
He touted that his would kill all the mice and rats,
but, promised no harm to the helpful bats.

Quincy the Quiet made some poison brew
and he was proud of his work too.
He advertised the poison for all the world to see.
He touted that his would kill all the roaches and fleas,
but, promised no harm to the bees.

Zeal the Zealot sold his poison at the corner mart,
and he gave out fliers for the user's instructional start.
Quincy the Quiet sold his poison out of the back of his pickup bed,
and had the instructions on the label in red.
Little did either realize dangers these sales threatened to be.

Stripped the Honeybee fell into Zeal's poison's pot
and sipping the poison he began to feel hot.
Then Stripped attempted to fly away,
but Buddy the Bat thought he was food anyway.
Both the bee and the bat died-on Quincy's pickup bed.

Neither Zeal nor Quincy wanted the bat to die,
but both blamed the other and did not question why.
Then from around the corner came Loudmouth the Cat
who tried then to help them understand,
the product they both were selling would be destruction to the land!
