Deeply dive into my Southern border. . again
again. . border around my existence ever so deeply

Somewhere over the Horizon
love is met gently

Images melt into one, opening the melody within- desires are found
found are the sensations leading to hills and tight spaces and soft images

Somewhere over the Horizon
fantasy meets reality

Kiss evenly along my Northern hemisphere taking the time to. . explore
explore. . delicate tips and melting lips and that Eastern border aching for a kiss

Somewhere over the Horizon
reality finds you and me

Trace the chills along my Western curves as pleasure whispers. . deep
deep. . into my Southern border once again, the melody you trace

Somewhere over the Horizon
we collide passionately

Just a little Scribble
~ Sweet Imagery ~

On the Horizon

On the Horizon

My limbs and leaves are trembling
My green days of shade and blue shadow near gone,
For on the near horizon lies
The first cold flail of fall.

To compensate, my Maker made
My edges to wondrously curl and color
Dipping and spiraling as butterflies,
‘Ere I am browned and blown
To the ground.

I remember when I raised my head
After dark winter’s bitter gales,
Stretching my arms and blossoming,
And being caressed in warm sun, adored.

From that gracious beginning adulation,
Rich maturity and pride were mine,
My limbs grew long and reached strong,
Higher and higher to the sky.

From days fast passing, I must then bid farewell
Grandly with gold, blazing red and orange
To let winter have its hibernate way
As I Leave this short life behind

And pray for one more.

Beyond the Horizon

Hearts Soaring

On Wings of Eagle

Dreams of Freedom

Promising Blue Skies

Premium Member One Day In a Life

If you could relive one day of your life..
time lost, now retrieved for just a short while.
To thrust old scheming machinations knife,
or return healing to a lover's smile.

Such a fretted frittering those lost days,
though ones you and I will remember most.
Passions reared high in servile dewy haze..
soft breathe warm against skin from dearest host.

Moment waits untended a dreamer's call,
something I can never give you again.
Bodice caught on nail of new lover's wall,
though we may choose to return now and then.

Tarried too long look'g to horizon's edge..
promised heart unharmed, now pulled from a ledge.

Over The Horizon, Dedicated To Andrea

Beyond normal sight and imagination
Tho' perhaps a dear new sensation.
Hidden rainbows kiss blue skies
shall we issue cries?
Love begs not
Lies
to thus blot
out what truth decries
as life's greedy little tries
to dismiss such new titillations.
Beyond normal sight and imagination.

Premium Member A Hummingbird in your Horizon

Roaming among a sea of stars,
like a feather adrift in the breeze,
I wandered into kismet's bazaar.
From all the exotic scents and colours,
I became hypnotised by your guise.
Gazing into your reverie eyes,
you blushed like a lilac sunset.
Our souls reflected like bismuth crystals,
as hues shimmered upon forgotten lips.

I desired to decorate your sultry sighs
in a garland of holy petals,
showering you in a fountain of confetti,
creating a trail of opulent pastels.

Yet, all shades fade away,
as so much that is precious
is stolen or lost forever,
so with this porcelain heart,
where in between every beat,
the tip of my tongue calls your name,
I will adore you from a distance -
for I am just a hummingbird
in your horizon.

Premium Member On My Horizon You Rise

Becoming my rays of hope on my horizon you rise
Bending to form a spectrum shining morning dew
Enchanting ardent vibes, painting panoramic skies

Dreaming of your splendor I inform my eager eyes
Pointing to vibrant vistas where singing birds flew
Becoming my rays of hope on my horizon you rise

Budding sunrise quivers gently hearing my cries
Dispersing darker clouds to enlist emerging blue
Enchanting ardent vibes, painting panoramic skies

Tracing glowing ascent I transcend to newer highs
Finding comfort in cosmic grandeur animating you
Becoming my rays of hope on my horizon you rise

Saying scenic goodbye amid twilight as my prize
Parting hastily coloring mosaic images you drew
Enchanting ardent vibes, painting panoramic skies

Collecting my heart I go where gentle winds blew
Yearning for your arrival till dawn breaks through
Becoming my rays of hope on my horizon you rise
Enchanting ardent vibes, painting panoramic skies

Premium Member One Waits Upon the Horizon

The purple race the tussock face
heather dwells in delinquent mist
fresh the morning waits to embrace
as the sun’s rays break to enlist.
For you are there my summer rose
against the wind your grace unfolds
nothing there is like nature chose
for the memory one remoulds.
Golden sunrise upon the morn
captures the diamond on the dew
nature revels in fragrances worn
scented hint of florescent hue.
The verdant valley doth display
when gentle breeze her hair to sway.

           ******************

last clean—distilled
     morning shards
           in the skyline’s teeth—
                   a city chewing innocence away.

        yet in steam,
    in blue-light bruises,
         a filament of verse hums.

the world scrolls
       into a grave of souls,
             kindness sold,
                  humanity dragging its shadow
                               through aisles of extinction.

                  but poetry—
          feral, unbought—
     rises in the throat
of the dying century.

I praise the fracture
             where truth leaks,
                      the wound that sings anyway.

let it be the last clean thing
       in a species
smearing its own shadow.

Premium Member Purple Horizon Proud

The sun rose bright red not a dark cloud in sight
Few whispy cotton clouds spread around blue sky
Redtail Hawk in sky left nest for morning flight
On those cold air currents he did swiftly fly

Door was opened by east north easterly wind
Letting out illness, death, want_then in comes health
The sun set covered in dense clouds_cold its shroud
Will it rise in morn purple horizon proud

Premium Member Nebulous Horizon

I gaze beyond the phasing face
of the nebulous horizon,
searching in clamorous silence
for a hypnotic glimpse
of your poetic sparks ~ lost,
placed within the kohl-dust
of dreariness dressed
in deceitful dancing diamonds,
like layered silver and gold,
seared by Zeus’s thunderous wrath,
leaving memories engraved
in satanic sapphires
across the tempestuous teal
soaked in surging tears
             unshed and unseen...

I’ve long been fighting
demons masked as the raven visage
of my bleeding silhouette,
preaching kindness whilst feeding
my soul with venomous verses ~
the poisoned truths of past turbulence.

But I refuse to drown in despair.
I will dance through the
dimmed spheres ~ eclipsed and torn ~
to reach the amorous arms
of compassion,
awaiting amidst splitting sorrow.

And when it rains,
my heart quivers,
haunted by inner thoughts;
my mind paints lines of love
in darkness and disarray,
for I fear never seeing
the saffron light on
the moon’s tender lips.

And in the midst of
p u s h i n g and p u l l i n g,
trapped in aching coldness,
afraid of losing the warm,
golden strands of roseate dusk,
I hide and fade like
love’s heat at twilight,
burying the poetic longing
within storms of melancholy,
waiting for another
cup of coffee at sunset ~
where your name ricochets
        like reveries of romance
and your voice reverberates
       like musical mists of monsoon,
carving an ambience
             of delicate desires
tying me to the ombre amber
s i n g i n g songs
             of solace, forevermore....

Seeking Redemption Beyond The Horizon

While my mind ventures to unravel the origins of human enmities
Craves to stumble upon a most sagacious and diplomatic solution,
We journey on even when decency is absent without good reason.
Vestiges of a dream imbedded in pages shred to miniscule pieces.

Where did the promises that we had sworn to and to abide by go?
Were eyes blinded by a debris of perverted lies creating paranoia?
Transgressions orchestrated for their politically motivated agenda,
Enact crimes against humanity inflating an already distended ego.

There is no end in sight only the sanctimonious blather of the vile
Or those egregious behavior of autocrats and anarchists seditious.
We must beg the Spirit of Justice to lead and champion our cause,
Liberating hearts from dank dungeons where love remain in exile.

Time is of the essence to end disparities for polarity still envelops,
Like the devil's claw suppressing every gasp of humanity's breath.
The indistinct laughter, a dire warning, heralds an ominous threat,
No escape route or fence to climb, just a row of hangman's ropes.

Optimism's visions blindfolded, subjugated by menacing shadows,
Yet slivers of ethereal light penetrates impregnable walls of doom.
Opportunity transcends hardship driving back the insidious gloom,
It is within our grasp to ignite joy and douse the flame of sorrows!

The Glow of Dawn's Horizon

Daybreak usually greets me when it ascends each day.
Yawning, I drowsily rise from the comfort of my bed
as the horizon glows with colors in resplendent array.

Dawn announces, "The warmth of Ra is on its way!"
Soon, over land and sea, aureate beams will spread.
Daybreak usually greets me when it ascends each day.

Sunrise shines on foxes in meadows where they play,
illuminating their coppery coats of orange and red
as the horizon glows with colors in resplendent array.

In shallows, sunlight dances with waves as they spray,
creating prisms in nuanced tones of variegated thread.
Daybreak usually greets me when it ascends each day.

It does not matter where I wander or aimlessly stray.
Mornings are idyllic once somber darkness is shed
as the horizon glows with colors in resplendent array.

How I'd dread a cause for the rooster's crowing delay.
What a folly if the moon continued her reign instead.
Daybreak usually greets me when it ascends each day,
as the horizon glows with colors in resplendent array.
