Premium Member Night Sky

Goddess of love doth shine bright in the skies
As one planet blushes red among the stars
The moon, surrounded by twinkling fireflies
Looms ever so large to a distant Mars

Venus, adorned in her beautiful glow
Outshines Jupiter in the Milky Way
The dark realm of Pluto is too faint to show
But has five moons in orbital array

Diamonds in the sky show off their glisters
As my thoughts to the heavens take flight
A cluster of stars called the seven sisters
Twinkle brightly in an enchanted night

Myths of the night sky are never too far
I gaze in awe and wish upon a star

The Halo Effect

If there is one thing I remember
It is what life told
Just open your eyes
All that glisters may not be gold
So who is to blame and whose fault I hold
The halo effect, the one in disguise
Manifesting deception in front of thy eyes
Treat one different because of their look
Why read? Judge the cover of the book?
But you do read others because they don’t have the look
If you understand, how long has it took?
The halo effect, we magnify a trait
Condone the flaws, we magnify a trait
Attractiveness, is this what you mean?
All this talk, my perception a feign?
What I see, aint what it seem?
Huh, thanks for this, as well as that.
The halo effect, my mind was hacked.

Premium Member Always Love Your Sister-

A brother’s love for his sister;
a brother's love ALWAYS protects you... a sister's love ALWAYS follows you
Must be in placed always;
It’s never tarnished, never blisters;
A brother must along with father;
ALWAYS…
Protect His,
Sister.
For God has loan her to him ( to you)
It’s a spiritual duty,
Cause sisters must keep;
Until she’s grown-up,
And a man sweeps her off her feet;
And always, always never let the sun go down;
Without saying I am SORRY;
Siblings together, spirit blood ties;
Loaned from God for a little while,
ALWAYS, ALWAYS.
Along with Father God, Mom and Or Dad...
Admonish, Protect and Love;
In sickness and fever blisters,
never ever dissed her,
she’s God daughter she-glisters,
Holy angels kissed her,
never shall you missed her,
Assist her, consider her feelings, never dismissed her,
Enlister,
Don't resist her,
be clear to her don’t be a tongue twister,
Do not hate her
Embrace her
never unsister,
Love ALWAYS YOUR SISTER
Siblings together, spirit blood ties
Loaned from God for a little brief while
ALWAYS, ALWAYS,
Along with Father God, Mom and Or Dad
Admonish, Protect and Love;
Until Jesus or her husband comes…
You her brother are 5th in line to protect her
For God has said she is your part
Both you and her share a heart
Never dislike nor hate your sibling
Always protect and love your sister
Don't resist her,
Do not hate her
ALWAYS Embrace her
never unsister,
Love ALWAYS, ALWAYS LOVE YOUR SISTER

Honest Friends

HONEST FRIENDS

(Shakespearean Sonnet)
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . .

Yes, some there are whose words ring bright and true -
A lover,  brother, children,  even foe;
But honest friends are rare and precious too -
Their words can clear the darkness with their glow:

Who clap, then warn you that you’re over-proud,
And always tell you when you’re in the wrong -
Your smile is nice but, lord, your laugh’s too loud -
Who whisper clear in midst of madding throng.

The wisdom-word of friends is always worth
The seeking far beyond all seeming-gold
That glisters in the shadows of this earth
Where all is asked but nothing can be told.

Bright mirrors are the friends who speak the truth,
Outshining gaudy riches, fame, or youth.

Premium Member Ode To the Bard: In His Own Words

A tale told by an idiot? Methinks
thou dost protest too much. In brevity,
the soul of wit, yet I shall be a fool,
for there are scarce more things in heaven, earth
than are dreamt of in your philosophy
and as the night the day, thou canst not then
be false to any man, nor die but once.
We are such stuff as dreams are made on, and
our little life is rounded with a sleep.
To sleep! Perchance to dream a little dream -
and lo! what light through yonder window breaks?
The fault lies not within the stars, but in
ourselves; we know what we are, but know not
what we may be, and yet, what’s in a name?
The course of true love never did run smooth...
If music be the food of love, play on,
for all that glisters is not gold, and you,
dear sir, have loved both wisely, well indeed.
Rest easy, bard, for well thou wore the crown.

Broken Reflection

I had a dream too
That someday I will be king
And be the change I want to see
I had a dream
That someday, some how
I will find a way …where there is a will
There is always a way

But shall we continue to hope
When faith starts to bleed
When truth is said in a whisper
How can I continue to read?
When the media has to choose
What to write on the paper

I feel like I’ve been told a lie
From the day I was born
Answers buried with the dust
And forgotten as the past
Now darkness imprisons me
With power to rival the sun
Like the absolute hunger
that has swallowed the world
Enacting a story of life that is not mine

I had a dream
That someday I will be king
And be the change I want to see
I had a dream too
That someday, some how
I will find a way …where there is a will
There is always a way

But if all that glisters is not gold
What is the truth that has not been told?
And if tomorrow is a gift un-promised
Then I am trapped in myself
My body has become a cell
Held by these invisible chains heavier than led
But I have to climb throw the walls of doubt
That surrounds my mind
To see clear this broken reflection

Beach Sunday

Sunday morning tempted me out to the beach
As the sun tumbled down its' white warmth
Splashing glisters of light on the near flat water;
Paparazzi pools of a million flashbulbs.

The morning of the last day of the weekend
Tipping point between relaxation and drudgery
Hours of indulgence line up for their embrace;
Hip pockets of foreboding at their climax.

Early morning dog-walkers greet huskily
Willingly trapped in the endless cycle of pet love
A petrol blue Labrador bunkers about;
Unleaded freedom amongst the beach grass.

Turning, the old train line left-frames the scene
Coarse grass yields to sand and sea
Near distant the old village shop and pub;
Blytonesque imagery from my childhood.

Returning home to my lazy Sunday brunch
Coherent and intelligible thought pervades
Deliberations on tomorrows' toil dissipate
As I resolve to live in todays' jigsaw piece.

Premium Member Medusa My Love

Temple temptress, how I long for your lips,
your milky white skin and sweet-scented hair.
But alas, Athena has cursed you,
for Poseidon's rape and sordid affair.

Don't push me away, Medusa, my love,
you're mortal, unlike your Gorgon sisters.
And though inside you're filled with guilt and shame,
when you flash your scales, your green skin glisters.

If I but glimpse your face, I'll turn to stone,
but I see you through the lens of my heart.
And though slithering serpents crown your head,
it is not enough to force us to part.

Just say the word, and I'll kill Perseus,
like the Gods, he's cruel and merciless.

Two Worlds

TWO WORLDS
The earth full of plants, animals and water
Covers of skin on every human
Glisters of dew that shine in daylight
Nightlife of terror terrorizes the quiet ones
What is waiting is no answer to any

Be quiet or be shut!
Listen carefully to each other as heart beat to beat
Remembering there is a past, to the present and future
Gently move your fingers through those skins
Animals, plants, all leaving
These worlds are apart.
Now will time let go or come to pass.

These are forever intact and will forever remain stance.

::::Love Locked::::

.

                     Locked
                  Yes locked
               her tumescent
                    to mine

        I felt her rapid breathe
                        As
Mine dukes latched to her fundament
             pulling her vibrate
              'gainst mine wild

             Ourn torsos locked
              Her bulging eyne
        brimming with love's wet
                 whilst mine
           reaches hern depth

              Ourn bodies yaw
           loving each's sweat
        Ourn maws exclamating
                 Vehemently
                    "yesss"

          As mine lurch retreats
         Ourn together watches
           as the ebb from hern
                     glisters

Sex Trafficking

Why me?
                                              by Ria Cheng
                                                 Why me?
I ask myself as I feel the foreign tough of strangers on my skin
A touch that feels like pricks on a needle
                                                 Why me?
I ask myself as I feel shivers down my spine
As my hands grip tighter on the handle
                                                  Why me?
They tie me up and throw me in a corner
I scream but their fierce don't falter
                                   I struggle to run away
But there is no running from abuse
                               Their relentless smile glisters
I yell so that they can see
They don't know what they will do
                                     But no on listens
                                                   Why me?
I keep on fighting, but I know there is no flight
They have already won, to them I have no right.
I am a slave at their mercy, unable to speak.
I am bonded by fear, I will never be free.
                                                   Why me?
I feel the chains on my hands: I feel the chains on my heart.
I don't remember what it was like to be me.
When does it end? How did it start?
I feel the chains on my soul, slowly tearing me apart.
Someone somewhere is having the time of their life
                                                   Why me?
Someone somewhere doesn't know what abuse is
                                                So why me?
I feel the life being sucked out of me
I feel the fight in me drifting away
They say tomorrow will be better
But I can't afford to hold on today.

Winter Nocturne Dream

On this winter's night
                                                         beneath sallow skylight
                                                       amidst prismic snow mist
wading snow banks that sank like shallow quicksand
                                                     beneath it deadened land
Falling snow gleaning grows taller than my height
stretching into snowfields, glowing bright as summer daylight

                                           Yearning winter days photographed
                                              when snow painted cedars cast
                                       black shadows against incandescent snow

Timidly crossing glassen iced paths over frozen flowered meadows
snowflakes falling like flower tree pedals
windblown snow crystals pelt and prickle

                                                    Apparition whirlwinds whisper
glowing snow dust stirs and glisters
                                                   shattering ice crystals melting
                                                     glimmering streams pelting
                                            celebrative seasonal window scenes
                                                reflect and filter pearl moonbeams
through this winter's placid past is seen
                                                        winter nocturne dream

Do You Remember 16-03-2017

Do you remember growing up in a broken home
A neon past where depression roams
Where happiness is nothing more but whispers in the storm
and your sapphire eyes couldn't pierce my weakest form.

Do you remember a thousand glisters on the lonely sea
Where beauty and love were fabled to be,
there the sun of your world slowly throttled and died,
A broken mind that I myself have glorified.

Now yield to me each night in bliss,
All you do; is burn rivers on your wrist
and at night cry yourself to sleep,
For I am there, I'm the Devil that creeps.

I'll never leave you alone...

So if you die tonight, let it be known you were not alone,
I was that murderous voice that sapped this dying faun.
-It was not witchcraft why you have gone.

"Temptation clad in silver
Like the portrait above the lake
A scar; a sole eroded river
Leaves everything for this gull to take"

Kissed From Head To Toe

Miracle of grace
That I love and chase
For a hug, a touch
To reach and to clutch
In a deep embrace!

O’ you parched eye
Thirsty, never shy,
O’ sea of waves
That keep coming by!

I love you so much!

Of rays of the sun,
Of the drops of rain,
A rainbow made
For pleasure and pain
That glisters below
To the narrow lane,
I myself bestow
Down to your feet!
For my human soul
For my noble feat.

Yearning for your hand
Can you lift my chin?
Can you set ablaze?
Fires on my skin?
Flowers of my vase
Not to die within.

Lift me from this pond
Hold me close and tight
My magic wand
Of sinew and might

I am so weak.

Lift me up again!
Let me feel your face
To my burning cheek
Oh, my eyes are burned
Burned up to my heart.

Teach me to inhale!
I am short of breath
Come my captain, sail
Deeper in my depth.

Tear my clothes apart

Careful at my bosom
Mumble, do not bite
O’ bite it all over
Pinch me long and hard!

What kind of breezes tickle in your lips?
Teach me, can you please,
Teach me how to kiss?
But your tender lips seem to not have been
Never to this scene
Of the joyful bliss.

Tatter, if not tattered
Yet are all my clothes
Broken am I, shattered
Spread opened of course
Spread am I and scattered
Like a bubbled froth.

Baby, hold me close!

I’m a tender shoot,
O’ my furious storm
O’ my grandiose ocean
Hold me like a foam.

Pull, and push me farther,
Push and pull me more,
Pop me like a bubble
Pierce me to my core!

Kissed I’ve been and bitten
Bitten to and fro
From nipple to nipple
And from head to toe
Yet not chewed or eaten
By teeth or by jaw.
