Worshipping aroma to no surprise,

Velvet red roses stand
cheek to cheek
with daisy faces, ringed
in petal fringes,
sweetly scented
by creamy bubbles 
of double jonquil popcorn blooms
beside a starburst
yellow chrysanthemum,
and long leaves
