Premium Member Fascinated By Flea Market Flippers

I am watching a flipper show
Where pairs of two
Run around
A Flea market
Making deals
Competing with the other pair

The entire show Intrigues me
Delights me
Excites me

I want power tools
And goggles now
Which is ridiculous
When you realize I am afraid of a glue gun.

I really wanted a chainsaw
For my birthday once
I got it too
Sadly my wing span
Was not long enough
To pull the cord

I had an electric
Mower at the same time
But of course I ran over
Her power cord making her rather useless

Here I sit in my Lazy-girl, watching others with fascination.

Premium Member Fascinated With Forensic Science

Forensic science fascinates me
in a curiously, unnatural way.
I cannot get enough of it.
The blood droplets, the hair follicle,
the fingernail that proved someone was
where they were not supposed to be.

Sometimes wondering why this has such an
all encompassing overwhelming hold
on me, I think it is the brilliance behind
the scenes that has amazed and intrigued
me into watching every forensic TV show
I can get my eyes on.

That and the fact that these people have
gone to such great lengths to help solve crimes.
I think it is their expertise and genius that has kept
me fully engaged and enthralled.

Fascinated

Fascinated
Am I
By your walk
The way
You talk the way we communicate
Which stimulates
My mind and my hunger to
Be around you.

Your eyes grab hold of
My deepest fantasy
And makes it reality
Your body screams in volumes
And sends errotic fumes
In my array of
Scent
Sight
Thoughts
And emotions.

My feelings are fierce
As a locomotive
Choooo Choooo
Damn I'm in love with you.
I can't stop admiring
I ain't even lying
You about to push me over the top
You got me
Stuttering and muttering
Sweet nothings
All while you sit in your
Calm surroundings
Making all this even more true.

Fascinated Am I By You.

Fascinated With Piglets

Young and old with one glance,
A child of children with secrets,
A secret of yesterday’s romance,
 Produced from wild eyed couplets,

But given the slightest chance,
Would live without regrets,
Parented with a glance,
Fascinated with piglets,

How we love to dance,
Before we take our first steps,
Ants tickling in our pants,
Quickly before home to our pets,

We walk our baby trance,
Followed by puppets,
Then sleep on harmless plants,
Then wake with our forgets.

My Flower Fascinated

I left that red rose on her dressing desk
But found in the evening as untouched but dried
Tho' I reminded not to forget among her other task
Unable to control emotions, my soul too cried

I just asked her what did happen
She could realize now the blunder
She said sorry and began to reopen
Mind, as busy chores led her remain blinder

Both of us felt the pain
Since silence ruled our home
Next two days too went in vain
Rose was let to remain as same

Rose was in same solid soft state
It looked with same pride and beauty
Both of us wished the pain to abate
As the rose smiled at us, like naughty

Surprisingly she took the flower as fascinated
Lifted it lightly like a treasure
Upon her blonde tresses, it culminated
Later she shielded it safe, to treasure!

Thus an end ended with a new beginning
Lovers failed are there
With lack of understanding and balancing
But love failed is never!

Fascinated With Will Rogers and Mark Twain

Fascinated With Will Rogers and Mark Twain

Which one is a must?
Should we collect and discuss
Gather in disgust.

I am becoming quite fascinated with Will Rogers,
Mark Twain, Ogden Nash and also Robert Frost.
Combine all of those together and you will end
up finding me.

Premium Member Fascinated By My Birds

Tweet pop weet whistle sleet slew tweet
I spend hours trying to write down a songbird’s notes
Robins, cardinals, wrens, sparrow, and thrush.
But I cannot capture their lyrics in our known alphabet.

I finally realized it is because they have beaks, not mouths.
They make sounds we are incapable of imitating.
Blue jay and crow are easy to mimic. Screech and caw.
Woodpecker is a jackhammer. Tatta Tatta Tatta Tatta Tatta.

But the songbirds’ lyrics cannot be captured.
Not with our current language, it is not sufficient.
This is possibly why I am enamored and thrilled to listen.
Spending hours trying to duplicate their musical score.

Brilliant red cardinals are the males, the pink ones females.
It is said they are spiritual messengers, and I have six of them.
Wrens and sparrows fly past at breakneck speed, like shadows.
Does the hummingbird make any noise at all? Mine moves like a bee.

I am totally fascinated by my song birds and their personalities.
I have a red winged blackbird that has an orange dash instead of red.
The blue jay is the most unwelcome. When he swoops down the others leave.
The black crow is the most evasive, with his loud angry, mean-sounding caw.

Premium Member Fascinated By Ologies

Phrenology and phenology fascinate me
Not sure why
But they both intrigue me
Helping my imagination
Conjure new possibilities
Delighting me and reminding me
of other “ologies”.
Geology, biology, zoology, psychology.
These “ologies” parade into my dendrite
field, introducing my brain
to active new possible ideas and we dance.
The “ologies” and I are using each other
and amusing each other.
Being a life-long learner is the only way
to stay alive on this plane if you ask me.

You Have Always Fascinated Me

You have always fascinated me
Your wide white wings and the magic wand

Every time you offer a fly
I give in, albeit you going to drop me from high
Every time you mesmerize ne
To dance with the stars
I give in, albeit knowing you going to stop the music in sometime
Every time you allure me to the wonderland
I give in, albeit you going to wake me up from the sleep
Every time you wipe my tears and console my pain
I give in, albeit you going to take my vulnerability granted some day
I give in and I give in
Like a child who runs to her mom every time she falls

You have always fascinated me
Your wide white wings and the magic wand

Premium Member I Am Fascinated By Her

she has that Rubenesque look some shy from
her silhouette is noticed and sighed over
she walks with a swish that entices onlookers

she is unaware of her form
it is simply a gown she wears
something that flows beautifully but without thought

her breathing would stop
if she realized the wonder she is bringing
to strangers who want to know more of her

Effervescently Fascinated

i am way too hyped to think
i see it and i am entranced
it is not an infomercial
it is not an advertisement
it is not even the wettest of dreams
it is the real thing....right in front of my eyes....live and in color
my heart begins to pound
my mouth falls to the doggone floor
i feel splinters in my bottom lip, but right now i am impervious to pain
i start with a fast walk
then i begin a light sprint
then i run Run RUn RUN with no regard for regards
i suddenly stop abruptly when i am there
the comfort and the consumption begins to ease all my stresses away
i look at the whole of the horizon
i feel as if i am home in this oblivious paradise
i am way to Lost In Love sense

Premium Member Fascinated By the Worst of the Worst

I am fascinated by the worst of the worst of the worst
Watching shows like Criminal Minds
Forensic Files
Stuff that keeps me awake all night
Re-living the horror I felt while I was
Sitting in front of the TV
watching a murder or apocalypse
Too fearful to watch a scary movie, yet watching
Pompeii being covered by bus-loads of lava,
Screaming and dying,
Watching gladiators being torn apart by lions,
Sitting in utter horror, knowing I will be up and down all night
Too terrified to sleep more than two hours at a time,
Waiting for the knife to plunge and the
End to come
Fascinated at the idea of being
Buried alive,
Scared to my bone marrow
And for what reason?
No clear idea,
Certainly
No sense
In doing this to
Myself, and yet
Here I am,
Waiting in terror
For the
Unknown
Them
To
Come
And
End
Me

Premium Member To Exist, To Live Or To Conquer

When you're born
You're at a junction
Paths derive from this junction
Suppose you're destined to one
You followed the path
On the way, many sceneries welcomed you
You're fascinated
And you took the chance
To fulfil your greeds or dreams
Maybe you waited , you received
Maybe you earned , you asked
Maybe you snatched, you demolished, you conquered
The path you follow
Whether long or short, straight or crooked
All are to the same final destination
Before you embark on the last station
You've to unload all your belongings
Which are from the previous world
After all what shall we do here now
To exist, to live or to conquer
The existing wars and epidemics just make us wonder

Fascinated

I’m fascinated
By stars,
Your photograph burns an image
Stripped jive and sashay portrait
Bare-boned and statuesque;
Jolting below the waist,
The cosmic crunch of desire,
And how I burn there,
Like trashcan or oil-drum fires
Radiating against the hobo rags,
Heating the stone-cold skin to tingling life.
Man, such feelings,
By stars
Fascinated.
Like, how your finger traces the line
Of your jaw below the lip,
Captured and still, the smile,
Monochromatic and enigmatic, knowing and
Knowing, enigma within splendour,
Black and white eyes smooth as silk and mercury;
I reach to touch and my hand strays
Trembling from the near contact,
And love solidifies, realises;
Man, such feelings
By stars
Fascinated.
