Environmental Problems
THE MODERN VEHICLES LIKE CAR, SHIP AND TRAIN,
BULLDOZERS, TRUCK AND CRANE,
AND ALL OTHER EXPERIMENTS THAT WENT IN VAIN,
ARE HARMING THE ENVIRONMENT
FOR THE SAKE OF DEVELOPMENT.

WE SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT,
WHEN THIS DEVELOPMENT WAS BROUGHT.
BUT STILL THERE IS TIME
TO STOP THIS UNFORGIVABLE CRIME.

GLACIERS ARE MELTING,
WHICH WILL LEAVE YOU...

Environmental Stewards
The sea rises as my mind is flooded with thought
The polar ice melts into the arms human desires
The atmosphere is caught on the verge by human technology
The earth is entangled in the threshold of environmental degradation
Development and prosperity leaves me at the mercy of climate...

Environmental Pollution
The release of the naked sword of marine oil spills
From the window and door of offshore platforms drilling rigs,
From the arena of natural oil sips to execute our living meals.

Petroleum hydrocarbon spreading its tentacle to the coastal shores,
Crops behold their departures
And sudden death is...

Environmental Girl
This morning when I call my girlfriend
She didn’t answer and I felt sad
Then she calls me in the evening
She had volunteer to clean a vacant yard

I told her how much miss talking to her today
And she smiles and said “such a big baby”
Then she...

Environmental
Rain falls to the feet of the earth
Like tear drops coursing cheeks,
Forest screams hopelessly
While we revel blissfully to an axe’s beat

Birds restlessly fly
In search of limited trees,
We selfishly carry on
While endangered species fall to their knees

Winds fear flight
Hoping not to be strangle by the...

High Priests and Priestesses of Environmental Conservation
My comrades and I hereby present our observations

In light of runaway climate change and glacier-melt
That among our brothers and sisters is so keenly felt

We see no other course but to revert to our former ways

So quickly, everything changed
Nothing feels the same
Our creation has been transformed
As nature is now different
Rivers are tainted with toxic rainbows
Skies are empty of flying birds
Toxic chemicals traveled miles across borders
An estimated 43,700 animals are dead
All in 5 miles from the chemical burn site
Why,...

A call to Earth
In shopping centres, bright and wide,
Where our dreams can fly and glide,
We wrap our hearts in things we've bought,
Forgetting stars, by city lights caught.

Yet, whispers of change might find their way,
As people stand up, by the ocean's spray.
Our Earth, they say, is worth more than...

Escaping Reality
I sat by the dewy morning grass,
as a robin drew scrawls in the air
with her melodious voice.
The sun's gaze prickled my skin,
as the breeze twirled between
evergreen leaves of a Willow tree.

Chilly water flowing beside my feet,
we raced each other in the rocky springs,
sitting...

Ode To Wee Greta
I'm sorry young lady your future has gone
Capitalism's done irreversible wrong
Not in my name, I shout from the roof top
I've been fighting the same fight,
Hoping one day it'll stop

Poison our food our water our air
Capitalism's the cause
Cause of despair
Profit before health
Is the capitalist way
Death creates...
