Best Enemies Poems

Come into my house,
Sit anywhere you like.

No, not at my table,
No, not on my chair.
Come into my house,
Sit anywhere.

I invited you,
I opened up my home.
Oh, I changed my mind,
It is a vaulted tome.
Sit anywhere.

Come into my house,
You really are not welcome.
You are a phantom guest,
And a sadly, unwanted pest,
Yet still...
Sit anywhere.

It is a perfect place,
You should have been more proud,
Just to be invited,
And permitted, in the crowd.
Sit anywhere.

With rules and hidden spaces.
And a common thought out plan,
You do not fit, so do not sit,
“Sit anywhere”.

Premium Member Enemies We Were Never Born

No, my loving friend,

Enemies we were never born but we were made

By all those evil men who had the most to gain

Thus I implore you ready to be each other to embrace

Forgetting to which religion we belong and to what race!

Betrayal

The one I would've taken a bullet for
Was the one behind the trigger

But here's the thing about betrayal
It never comes from your enemies

And what's even sadder is
I don't blame you for hurting me
I blame myself for thinking you wouldn't

I trusted you
But I know your words and promises meant nothing
Because your actions spoke the truth

I told you what hurts me the most...

And you did it perfectly

Enemies Defined

Valiant we stand over enemies defined
The lives we laid down weigh heavy on our minds

Years of defiance, hatred and pain
The countless dead like drops of rain

Death and destruction, toil and despair
Fear from above as bombs fall through the air

War is defined as living in hell
to settle misgivings to which were compelled

Casualties of war, refugees in flight
Mothers embrace children as they cry in the night

War is a festering disease with nary a cure
Peace is a blessing we all can endure

let hatred end and peace reign supreme
before the world as we know it becomes only a dream

Premium Member Don'T Rejoice When Your Enemies Falls - Proverbs 24: 17

Jesus made it clear to love one another
but sometimes this can be very hard
only when the holy spirit enables you
to love your enemies like no other

We need also not to rejoice
when we see these enemies fall
be sure never to wish for bad
things too that they won't stall

Remember the words of the Lord Jesus
to love our enemies doing them good
if they have a need you must meet it
no matter how you feel even in a mood

Forgiveness is an act you must do
as Peter asked Jesus how often do I
forgive one that offends me so
seventy times seven was His reply

Remember God's great word of command
love God fully with all of your heart
and your neighbour as yourself
this honours God in no small part

("Do not rejoice when your enemy falls,
and let not your heart be glad when he stumbles,")

Proverbs 24: 17 (esv)

Enemies of the Peace

Enemies of the peace
Are not consecrating the life
Tampering with the nature
Crucifying the childhood
On the sidewalks
Burying the chastity
In the brothels
Killing the light
Before coming the dark

Enemies of the peace
Adoring the wars
Kissing the poverty
Dreaming with the famines
Clapping for catastrophes
Destroying everything
Schools
Hospitals
Synagogues
Churches
Mosques
Temples

Enemies of the peace
They want to uproot feelings
To extinguish the flaming longing
In the hearts
And burn the growing yearning
In depths of humans

Enemies of the peace
Robbing the dreams
Jailing the tears
Deforming the colors
Crushing the flowers
Turning off the hope

Enemies of the peace
Not knowing the love
Not appreciating the values
Not believing in the peace .....................

Premium Member Land And Waterborne Enemies

Pests are literally destructive to nature and human survival. More than ten thousand species have survived various catastrophes for more than a thousand years. Dinosaurs may have lived and ruled for a long time, but died from scorching meteors. And yet, cockroaches belonging to the kingdom of pests are still strong and dominating up to now. You can observe that from the wings itself speaks invincibilty. Cockroaches are just one of the land based-pests that can be found everywhere.

Water predators are of different types. Skinny as they are, but agile and electrifying. Scaly as they are, but feasting on human flesh and bones.
Who would ever think that future wars can only emanate from human wars or wars of the world? Rather from the silent creatures around and within the habitat of man.

Land and water predators versus human supremacy over all other entities.

Love Your Enemies

Love your enemies
With my eyes closed I could still see clearly even when they tried to hide the truth from me
I did not need my eyes to see the lies they were telling me
I did not eat the food they cooked but I could taste the bitterness from looking in their eyes,
They looked like they were bleeding internally I had no bandages to stop the bleeding
They spoke to me, tiptoeing around my heart with words that demonstrated the arrogance in their minds
He lays a table before me in the midst of my enemies’ 4some reason I felt like that dude David when he wrote those psalms
In their eyes I was a fool and blind to their candy coated approach
Before the devil’s hands lies Gold and earthly Riches, shaking their hands required profound meditation
They spoke in tongues but were oblivious to my multilingualism
They spoke in parables unaware that my mind instinctively decodes and deciphers
I do not know if it was a curse or a blessing but my mind somehow breaks everything down to its core
They had a lot to say but were unaware that I could hear everything that they were not saying
When I spoke their feelings were throbbing and their minds in pain for the truth is like a sharp knife coach
Cutting through skin with ease like light passing through a thin glass
Like Thor’s hammer my words broke their shields I was not at war but they yielded hanging white flags on their heads
They begged for compassion and forgiveness the guilt they felt was their hell of burning sulphuric flames
These flames do not burn the skin but burns the inner being the spirit
They could not tell any lies or hide the truth
I came to them in a form a white dove emitting light and said “peace be upon you for inner peace extinguishes any flame”

Enemies At Peace (Worst Poem Ever)

A shark and a dolphin were seen
with a very small space in-between.
They were both in their stride
as they swam side-by-side
it was a highly unlikely scene!

Premium Member Loving Your Enemies

God says to love your enemies that are perverse,
And bless them that hate you and wish you the worst.
If you offer your love instead, God will hear your humble cry,
As he prepares a mansion for you in the sky.

God sends the sun to rise on the evil as well as good.
He sends the rain on the perfect and the misunderstood.
Let your light shine before men, showing a pure heart since birth,
And glorify your Father in heaven on this cruel earth.

Friends and Enemies

Your success is your friend’s distress
Your friend’s distress gives you self-praise
Your enemy is the closest watcher
Your friend in the distant watcher
Your enemies conceal their rivalry
Your friends reveal their rivalry
Your friends compete with you
Your enemies deplete you
Your enemy wears a mask
Your friend masks your wear
Your enemy’s enemy is you friend
Your friend’s friend may be your enemy

The Lord above is righteous in his love,
he shines his light on the good, and
through his gate- they will walk.
