I was happy to have my poem mentioned by celebrity hair
and makeup artist Wonderlandhairandmakeup-Alice Theobald, yesterday
on Instagram!
IF I CAN CAST A SPELL
If I could cast a magical spell
I would have a world,
Where all is well.
It would be erased of all distress,
A world of love and peace,
Such joy and happiness.
A friendly world,
Full of smiling faces,
No hatred!!!
It would be a wonderful place,
To be there for each other,
After all these difficult times,
To be loved and respected,
Would be just fine!
BE THERE FOR EACH OTHER.
Little Daisy Poetry by Daisy Meadows- book and ebook now available on Amazon!!
As I Recall, is a collection of humorous and heartfelt short stories and poetry sharing moments from a life full of laughter and love. I have long wanted to record memories of my childhood for family and friends. But, I was so busy with life, I didn't take the time. I'm older now, and have even more to share. And, I'm a grandfather who feels a desperate need to preserve memories of his life for another generation. Early in the process, I discovered more than a need to leave something for the family. I found a new voice that was filled with colorful and descriptive passages to deliver my messages. The voice has an understanding of the human spirit base upon experiences as a son, brother, friend, husband, father and teacher.
I hope you find this book entertaining, compassionate and as much fun to read as it was to write. Maybe it will inspire you to write a book of your own.

This is the introduction from my book. It is available online from numerous bookstores in soft cover, hardback and ebook formats. Look it up and read sample stories to find out if the introduction is adequate. RAY
God is the cardinal creator
He is the generous giver
He can rise a dead to life, being the grantor
He can create a thing that existed never
He gave what you have
He knows whatever you know
Your deeds drive Him to decide what to give
As you deserve, He does sow
From you, He has nothing to get
He may test you before giving
To test your devotion, test He may set
To adjudge your faith and to ordain your living
Divine dream driven to sacrifice his dearest son
Candid command relates, not to a materialistic thing
One that can’t be a supplant or substitute being beyond season
Rather very well one, from his own being
Being the one and only son,
who was born of the Spirit, by the will of God
for a centenarian father, with a divine reason
as Abraham always adored Allah, for the overall good
Yet his faith on God as the Judge of the universe, was not weaken
Nor he took it as the biggest bitter pill to swallow
His trust over Allah was not shaken
Bewildering but bemused Abraham chose his dream to follow
His wife too accepted the sacrifice, with pleasure
She knows him as a man of noble character and an ‘apostle of Allah’
He was obedient to Allah and upright by nature
He never knows then, he too shall stay in history as messiah
Farewell kiss in the forehead of son, she gave
Son too set forward amusingly unto the altar
Execution was about to happen but Allah intervened to save
To proclaim the faith of Abraham as an ever shining star
This a terrific trial to test the deepness of devotion
Act of Abraham is an exemplary example of selfless surrender
Upholds the unity and understanding of a family, with a mention
Obedience to God opens gates of riches, grace, kindness and wonder!
His firm faith is famed as the holy ‘Muslim festival of sacrifice’
Eid-ul-Adha ever confirms that God unfailingly rewards those who do right
Faithful obedience to God like Hazrat Abraham, is suffice!
Even in dark and dungeon, God shall give you then, hope and sight!!

Each form is a form of His form
Both form and formless are His norm
He chooses form as well formless, to get you to reform
He yields to a form even when a form gets deform
With such creation of forms, He does perform
With such ease, one may design Him in free-form
With various forms, He upholds a message to inform
With all such forms, His form is uniform
He is the only One to have the omniform
Though He is also of multiform
To realize Him, all religions are platform
Fact can be realized with a brainstorm
He cares for each being, even smaller than a tiny worm
To drive you towards formless, He takes form like cruciform
He is the form of formless, ultimately one may conform
From form to formless is the ultimate, one may transform!
NOTES: the state or quality of having every form. — omniform, adj.
Characterized by an unconventional or variable form: their own freeform teaching methods.
Cruciform = Shaped like a cross; cruciate.

in some situations we might feel like our faces don't fit
some times we might feel like we want to quit
but I encourage you to hold on tight
and in our Lord delight
all things are possible if we believe
his blessing are there for us to receive
he makes ways where there seems to be no way
he is there to help us every day
he makes us all unique
when its him we seek
he takes ordinary people
and does extraordinary things
nothing is too big or small
whatever your hearts desire
he can give you them all Amen,

Always thinking of the right words to say
It would have been clearer if I said it my way
Even a move is a topic for thought
Always unsure if they get it or not…
Every small gesture is a means to an end
Each little truth is a point to defend
When something is different they see it as strange
It’s more than enough to make you deranged!
Always regarding the usual as norm
Always preferring when someone conforms
Thinking it’s better if they’re all the same
Each like the other except for their name..
Ain’t that a shame?
***From the poetry eBook, IN LOVING YOU: A Journey of Love and Self Discovery
The whole path to home was filled with incense It has indulged my every sense
It has hit my senses to rose It was not the fragrance of the rose
It was not the smell of lavender Nor the scintillating smell of sandal powder!
On the way I found no flower Rather not found any blower!
It remained firmly along the way, As you had just walked away!
Ultimately I saw you, as splendor Objectively, I adore your body odor!

Glittering was the evening Sun’s face Glided down unto the level of my surface
Wobbled were the waves of the ocean Rays reflected by the waves, for a reason
Water level was on the declining trend Enticing beauty of the scene was grand
Decline of water was at a high pace I could gaze the clear view of the space
Eventually exterminated was the sea, In a short time you may take for a tea!
Sacredly sailing was the setting Sun Though the whole drama indeed, is a fun,
As the emptied water was packed in a bottle And as if I drunk the sea, in a magic battle!

The Sun shines as gold, down the west Full moon is on the move, to rise in the east
When one gets to set,
The other begins to get
Birds are settling, into the nest Courteous caress of the breeze, is the best!
Sky is colorfully painted Many themes, this has hinted!
Stars are peeping up to glow Passage of time, added to their flow!
Strained soul sets to solace Stirred senses, suggests the romance!
I desire here, forever to stay As the mind fails, words to say!
When the lap of my love is lent as berth This place becomes a paradise on earth!

A drought ridden land
And miles and miles yet to go
Into uncertainty
A dream lost in desert sands
All tracks of existance wiped out
--------------------------------------------
Ein ausgedörrtes Land
Und noch Meile für Meile zu gehen
Hinein ins Ungewisse
Ein Traum verloren im Wüstensand
Ausgeöscht alle Spuren des Seins
--------------------------------------------
Una tierra secada
Y milla por milla para ir
Hacia lo desconocido
Sueño perdido en la arena del desierto
Todas las trazas de ser borradas
Note: Ludwig Leichhardt (1813-1848) was a German explorer, zoologist, botanist and
geologist. In 1842 he came to Australia to study its mostly unknown nature. He wrote a
diary on his first expedition (1844/45), titled "Journal of an Overland Expedition in
Australia 1844-1845. This ebook is available from the Australian Explorers Journals page.
His second expedition in 1848 failed and he started again on a third expedition in 1848 to
find a cross-country route from the cattle station McPherson (Queensland) to Perth
(Western Australia). He and other expedition members were lost in the desert. Two rescue
expeditions in 1858 ans 1869 ended unsuccessful. Only in 2006 a small copper plate was
found by an Aboriginal with Leichhardt's name engraved fixed to remains of a half burnt
rifle which hung in a Baobab tree near the Simpson Desert. The tree was merked with the
letter "L"
Some persons wanted Him to be killed
Others planned to tie Him up or to expel
Plans of polytheists of Ka’bah, He was revealed
He moved to Medina, with a mission to propel
Besiegers followed Him, to track
Tracking led them unto a cave
Searched with vengeance, to unleash a brutal attack
It was God’s unyielding kindness that came to save
Surprising to see was a spider’s web, engulfing the entrance
Cave’s entrance was also covered by an acacia tree
And a pigeon with eggs over her nest, in penance
All happened at once, as per Allah’s decree
Cave gave impression, as if never was visited by anyone
And also that none could have ever entered inside
Thus trackers driven to disregard the holy cave and gone
Though the Holy Prophet Muhammad stayed with aide
From the imminent danger, He was just a wall away
With Him withstood was the will of the ultimate
Later led to His landmark migration, on Allah’s way
From Mecca to Medina, with an assignment to actuate
Blessings put Him as the Prophet of God, universally
His move to Medina marks the beginning of Islamic calendar
He was blessed to found the Islam religion, immortally
In the Islamic theology, there is none to stand with Him at par
He is the ever ‘Glorified one’
Being the ‘chosen one’ He got God’s intimacy
With ‘words of the God’ He compiled the Holy Qur’an
In the everyday Islamic life, He is the living legacy
Fate of any person shall surely change
Like an ordinary merchant becoming ‘Apostle of the God’
Absolutely beyond an imaginable range
All happened as God gave His nod!
The mentioned miracles are not magic
They confirm how abundant was His blessing!
None can contest this, using logic
As His mission too succeeded beyond guessing!
This confirms, everything stays at God’s will
Anything can happen if God is pleased to destine
God is beyond scientific drill
Also with logic, you can’t discover the divine
Rather belief and faith promotes you to reach
Steady surrender to Him shows the path
Life of Prophet Muhammad, leads to teach
Of course! This is a time tested truth!

I am a whisper
I am a warning
I am the Man in the Moon
I am a secret
I am a sinner
I am an ominous tune
I am a flicker
I am a failure
I am an unrealized dream
I am a poet
I am a patient
I am a suppressed scream
I am a burden
I am a bystander
I am a felonious battle
I am quiver
I am quandary
I am a curt death rattle
I am a mirage
I am a mantis
I am a silent imposition
I am a shadow
I am a shortcoming
I am a glaring omission
