Best Ease Up Poems
I don't wear a cape around
My neck, breaking the speed of sound
Or capture bad guys in a web
My powers have never fled
From my heart that's where they stay
Secretly until the day
I see injustice come along
Others are treated so wrong
My super powers become stronger
When I can't take it any longer
Hearing stories of bullying
My special skills kick right in
Set loose, no holding them back
My love alert goes on attack
Not stopping for anything
It won't ease up until I bring
All this hatred to a low
I give one huge final blow
Across the land until there is
No more hate or prejudice
Until then, I'm on alert
Making sure there is no hurt
I will be here till the end
All my powers I will send
Into the hearts of those so weak
Mild mannered, shy and meek
That get pushed around each day
I'll make sure it goes away
This promise will be kept for sure
Any kind of hatred I abhor
My New Years resolution is not to make any more New Years resolutions!
I've made 'em in the past but they died on the craggy shoals of the Aleutians!
I'd swear to ease up on the vittles but I caught those scales lyin' to me.
I tried to curb my cussin' by usin' terms like gosh, darn and golly gee!
I resolved to be more courteous to other drivers and not flex my middle digit,
And be more patient with my kids when they wanted to squirm and fidget!
I vowed to take my dentist's advice and floss my choppers each and every day.
I flossed religiously but lost my religion leavin' my teeth prone to decay!
I promised myself that I'd exercise regularly in order to keep fit and trim,
But preferred lollin' in my LazyBoy with a beer sans goin' to the gym!
'Tis obvious when it comes to keepin' resolutions I ain't got much fortitude,
So I reckon I'll take my chances and not lock-in on any inane platitude!

Dear snake charmer, i see you brought your lucky charm
Go ahead and tame the poison in my bloodstream
Quell the anger in my snare, do the impossible and tame time
Make the audience clap for me, or you
Who cares anyway? as long as we steal every ounce of their attention
I just wanna play a little, fool around without sinking my fangs into your warm skin
I forgot how to kiss so all i'm left with is a hiss
Toy with my body but make sure i don't wrap myself around you
For the last time i hugged a charmer, i stole the life out of his eyes
Play me a song with your flute but ease up on the volume
I wanna hear your heartbeat as it echoes in the air
Say a little prayer for me, maybe you can cleanse me of the sins of my father
The one with the lethal tongue that lied to the children of eden
So how about you play that song for me

If this is going to work
It's time to change
How you shift
You'll be smooth as lubed
Changing gears
If you ease up on the pedal
Find your cadence
Then roll with it
***
Like footprints in the sand
Leaving tattoos from the start
Walking hand in hand
Gripping tightly, my heart
I won't ease up
My fingers clinch tighter
Though you're growing tough
I am a fighter
My child, you will stay
For all of my days
And when my brown hair is gray
Memories will replay
You will plant your seeds
For your dreams to flourish
And when your first born breathes
At ease, you will nourish
At that moment, I will rest
As you take on my role
The beginning of your quest
My purpose will unfold
But you can be certain
When I look at your face
There will be no aged curtain
Yet a veil of lace
Hello winter, you're a little late.
Have a seat; I'll make some tea
to warm your icy face.
Could you ease up a bit this season?
See that old man with paper eyes
and dance less bones...
He can't wield the spade anymore...
He's a couple of carrots and an old blue tic
beyond alone.
A long time ago you smeared black ice
under layers of God snow...
caught him off guard.
...slid him into hell
severed what he loved:
Toboggan rides
candle-lit eyes
white gowns and vows aflutter.
Now, every snowflake is the same.
A devil's dagger to his mind.
White picket fence and bassinets
buried beneath the blackest ice.
Well, I can see by your silent, ice-blue eyes.
that you haven't changed a lick.
A prick is a prick is a Prick...
So go ahead, lay it on good and thick.
I'll sling the spade and pick for him,
Thaw his heart with small flower talk.
Melt your soul with fists of salt.
I'll make the old man an earth-strong cup of green tea...
So he can smell the sprigs of spring.
The night of the fallen, the fall in the deep
I wake up exploring my thoughts in my sleep
I shake up believing it all was a game
Taking me under an ocean of rain
You stand there beside me to ease up the pain
Without you it's all just adventure to gain
A proud face- the star leading me on my path
Shining, to give me the strength of your light
In order are finally all priorities set
Happiness, joy from the world to get
Go, fight, become whoever you want,
Your dreams are all yet to be found...
As you walk in from a long day at work
I grab you and kiss you and raise you off your feet
And i start to indulge in your lips while walking
Because i can’t resist the taste that's ever so sweet
I carry you all the way to the bedroom
I continuing kissing while laying you on the bed
I grab the remote and start playing some soft music
And continue kissing your lips, while you rub my head
I slowly remove your clothes from your body
And start kissing all the way down to your navel
I go to the fridge and grab some ice cubes, you act surprise
I quickly smiled and said baby i saw it on cable
You started smiling and started undressing me
I then used the cube to make a circle around your nipple
You got so excited and started kissing me all over
In my stomach i swear i could feel a sensual ripple
I then lay you on your back and stare deep in your eyes
While i slowly insert into an area that was so wet
We then started making passionate love
All i could feel was water running, I’m filled with sweat
You then ease up and lay me on my back
And like a stripper you slid down on my pole
You started gyrating and twisting non stop
As if you were trying to take my mind, body and soul
I lift up off the bed and stood on my two feet
While you were there, no feet touching the ground
You started screaming and shouting when i started
Then you started crying for me to put you down
I stop put you down and turn you right around
With a feeling like my strength has been renewed
You quickly jump up onto the bed and smiled to me
And said baby i love you but this is to be continued

It was about twelve noon when they asked me to count backwards
Only the potion they used on me just seemed to push me onwards
I got down eighty seven when I heard these voices
"No one has ever gotten this far", "We better give him more C's
I opened my eyes to see seven faces peering down!
I lost consciousness at eighty six, then went void of all sound
I seemed to flip over as I floated up into the ceiling
But not before I saw a candy bar on top that railing
The scene changed to a dark gray, I was really floating
There was an entrance to a castle was before me, looming
I was heading for it when I saw their blurry faces
They were on both sides, moving in their spaces
I tried to make them out, but I went into the tunnel
It was so warm and safe, only for a very short while
A tiny pin of light was just ahead, I regained my sight
I recalled entering the light was sure death. Was I right?
It grew evermore brilliant, I couldn't close my eyes
I heard a voice say " I want to live" for three times
It was a miracle in disguise, as I felt this pull ease up
There was something there, and it wasn't any ghost! Shut up!
I started to float back out of the tunnel, in somewhat relief
Could see the beings at the tunnels entrance, as I retreat?
I was a stones throw away from them when I was jolted to life
I woke in a hospital bed, looking at a doctor dressed all in white
Please help me forget
The stubborn nostalgia of a long'-gone ardor
What magical pill have me to get-
To ease up this cussed disorder?
Our sweet long-gone ardor of the days
Was as sweet as perfume of roses
And as enjoyable as ice cream in the summer days
Or need I list to you its amorous doses?
Under that canopied tree, above with intoning birds
You were tearful as you implanted the potent "I love you"
The sincerity of your face evinced the words
And my nerves they numbed like dawn dew
Don't you remember the wintry evening chill?
When you quivered against the biting weather?
Didn't my only parka cover you for a thrill?
I in cold, you in fervor but we still bantered our blather
Oh! And the Chaka tour jog!
Fool! I wanted to forget the glitzy moment
When you slipped and got stuck in the bog
Like a baby I lifted you to arms, my sheer atonement
In that silent arbor at the bell-flower garden
You nudged and I turned to your blue eyes
And there, secret ties of love were harden
With tender kisses and vows laced with cries
Can't forget those endearments close to that river
We cuddled as we vowed the fidelity of our bond
For the joy of armor we promised to be one's giver
And for our future success our dreams were fond
Uh-uh! You were a cheeky teaser baby
The day you challenged me to make a frosty dessert
And for recipe you could beguile me, maybe!
But didn't I unearth your tricks that made you assert
Oh baby there were much we did
But need I list these your scraps that are olden?
Out of your mind these fond memories are rid
Even by their ecstasies you're never embolden
Now let me beg for that magical spell
To forget like you and settle at last
For in my own bearings I wish to dwell
Please help me too to forget our past.
Prices rising: the reality of this plunging economy,
thriftiness and frugality are greatly demanded
in order to survive, and having less to spend
is a deterrent to those once-easily-obtainable luxuries;
I have become very frugal, to buy more for less,
and waste of food is not allowed to incur scarcity...
I squandered my money on items laying in unopened boxes,
never displayed: I could have saved those dollars,
and not put on a grim outlook as dispirited as this;
so embittered and hard-to-get-used-to, and yet hopeful that
the New York's Stock Market will improve, by the bell's sound,
bringing stability to the Nation and the optimist's mind...
The extended warranty on my Honda has run out,
and repairs must wait...back on jammed buses and trains,
standing up and putting up with noisy and naughty kids;
my savings account is running dry and worries amount,
repression or recession are bad news for an honest working man:
no planned vacations, and no expensive gifts for that matter...
Here, in the United States, Mega Millions and Lotto promise to make people millionaires,
but every winner has deprived himself of many needed things
before striking it rich, and with tons of money: how will one handle it wisely?
For now, this fate remains unchanged...following the same routine:
getting up and going to work, just being normal and making ends meet;
being thankful to have a job to ease up this grim outlook: not awfully dull and daffy...

Wings spreading out far and wide
Angels always on our side
When things get too rough and crazy
And we start to feel hazy
There will be someone right there
Even if we're unaware
They protect us when we find
Life is leaving us behind
Maybe it's a stranger who's
Smile lifts you when your blue
Or talking in a friendly way
To help brighten up your day
A soft pat upon your back
Will help to ease up the slack
Even for a few minutes
Makes you strong so you can beat this
A friend on the other line
Making sure your doing fine
Will lift up your dreary spirit
Saying talk so I can hear it
A card coming int he mail
Is a trick that will not fail
To put a brightness in your eyes
Sent from an angel in disguise
Little things can mean a lot
Let them flow straight from the heart
And you will see how it makes
A difference in someones day
So don't keep it way inside
Use your wings of love to find
Someone who can use a lift
With this very special gift
I'm practically a ghost,
seldom seen.
I'm mounted on some traffic lights,
so ease up on the gas pedal!
You never notice me
unless your GPS is in use,
but I see you coming.
I never sleep on the job.
I see everything
day or night
rain or shine
I'm a road photographer.
I wonder why vehicles
never smile
when I take their pictures.
Perhaps they're angry
for their drivers as they know
a mailed citation letter
is a sure thing?
I'm a proud revenue cash cow.
I do not discriminate.
Rich or poor,
young or old,
I will penalize if
you exceed my speed limit!
Slow down road warriors,
or I'll bite a chunk
off your bank account!

Two roads lead to the apple orchard.
And I cannot continue to two.
Indeed, the gaze is in that period.
I am the visionary, long I pursue.
And start to move, might be up in the queue.
The young people hit the paved road.
They are getting deeper and deeper in the future.
The other approach is warily conveyed.
And kept for older men, women, and a two-wheeler.
Even timeworn them, almost unaltered.
I moved alone through the trees and a wisp of cloud.
Another pattern has a genius approach.
That flies the same as a bird.
Yet realizing how progress has encroached.
How that we should alter the avowed.
People are worried almost the shift.
Our atmosphere is changing, darkened.
We are entering a period of mutation in work-life drift.
Digital existence shrunk the relationship deeds.
This actual violent crime has widened.
The speed will blur the limit between man and tools.
So many futile plans I've contrive have clear up.
Two roads diverged in a wood, not sure if I follow the fools.
I will be watching if things improve or will ease up.
How easily we learn to hold hope and faith has clear up.
Two roads lead to the apple orchard.
And I cannot continue to two.
Indeed, the gaze is in that period.
I am the visionary, long I pursue.
And start to move, might be up in the queue.
It’s better for you to forget me,
Forget that we ever were,
For since the day you met me,
You have known nothing than pain.
It’s better for you to forget me,
Forget the bad and also the good,
Forget all that leave traces of me,
I won’t blame you; it’s not your fault.
It’s better for you to forget me,
Am sure it’ll ease up your misery,
When you do please don’t look back,
Please forget that you ever had a past.
