so look at us, the princess and her fool
this painted jester - just a silly clown
we frolic nonchalant and coolly cruel
     the joker, begging for his...

Affluent and formal
pink lilies deck the tables;
we await the
sweet, affected
laughter of our friends.
Bedecked in bouffant hair-do's
perfumes, ermines, jewels
brocades and buckled shoes,
we dazzle, yes! We dazzle
with our mirrors, and our decals,
our precious art, and plaster,
exotic candelabras,

but I can't wait to make my
exit to wander in the gardens
and let the scented...

Duchess, Kate Middleton

Fiddled with The Royal Son

Fate uncoiled a jovial consequence...

A nation awaits with loyal suspense!!

Premium Member Elegy For a Duchess
Who would believe your slim elegant body would win my affection,
when you gracelessly step on toes? Your soft doe skin of cream

spotted brown, floppy ears I threaten to turn into gloves as a joke.
Through many chain jangle calls for walks where you race and lunge

and bark fighting for the right to be...

I sat next to the Duchess at tea.
It was worse than I thought would be.
A bee sat on her nose
The Duchess turn'd verbose
When it stung her right there but not me.

The Duchess of Paradise
She's highly sophisticated and full of undefiled wisdom
Yet a crowned Duchess in a paradise kingdom
Quite a beautiful angel flying with black wings
Covered in gold jewelry and precious things
She dresses like the women of ancient Egyptian class
Her wealth is generous and her money grows like grass
She loves orange scented candles with dark room flame
She...

The Duchess Tale
The Duchess of Plouck spends her day in pursuit of sartorial splendor,
In order to help her employ deceitful ways well suited for her gender.

For she and her Duke had swore out a pact founded on mutual suspicion,
And any thoughts of a double-cross served only as a minor imposition.

She had her spies...

She's pouring from a pot of tea
as we relax on the quiet porch
Honeysuckle vines encircle the posts,
   and webs of daddy long-legs
      glisten in the afternoon light.
She nonchalantly chatters, telling me her stories...
           ...

The Evil Duchess
The evil duchess of New York
Ate not but fancy pies of pork.
She scraped her knife, she scraped her fork;
She should have learned to use a cork,
Because a time ago in Maine,
She stuffed her face too full one night.
She gave her prince a jolting fright,
Left others writhing in delight,
To finally see her highness slain....

My Duchess
She once asked me why I had never painted her, pale dress and lips rose red, framed by misty sunlight green
For a multitude of others had tripped and floated in my studio, spinning, laughing and posing like they were young again
So many, and yet so few that were real, pretending that I was the one,...

Dampened earth announces its worth
with rotting leaves, moss on trees.
Dew’s panache from morning’s wash
mystic glow with sighing sough.

Senses heightened and enlightened.
Hare bides hole, fidgeting mole;
musky muskrats, batting bats;
sweet sugar canes, berry stains.

Nature feeds our feral needs.
Nature clears our eyes and ears.
Nature hones sensitive nose.
Nature touches - grand duchess....

Duchess has Den, Lind's Empathetic Yen
Laughing with Casey gave "rise" to a fall,
Giving "urgery" to surgery,
We pray the setback is soon annul!
Sometimes when mishaps occur,
Causes appreciation in full,
When things stop working,
Face the horns of the bull,
Carpe Diem! Step back & reflect,
Refute descent, resaddle!
Read, think, thank, pray, sing,
May the Big One bless you ->"Troubles Skedaddle!"...

These, cacophony that beggars descriptions

Disorder from indecent breed incubating,

Confusion of morals, the imposition of strange culture,

Filthily dressed to undress my mind,

Our teacher teaching theories of writs and wits

These promiscuous pastors parading piety with nudity

Lewd licentious and libidinous species luring laurels with drama,

These traditional priests tutoring the innocent as the skilled orthodox...

The Duchess of Bermuda
The Duchess of Bermuda
was on her silken bed
trying to pull through a needle
some lovely golden thread.

The needle pricked her finger.
She fainted to the floor.
The noise it was so loud
the servants came running to her door.

When she wouldn’t answer,
they all became upset.
Someone stepped on her puppy.
Now they had to call the vet!

The vet was out to...

The Duchess of Disgraces
Britain didn’t hate you Meghan
you were welcomed here
you performed your own beheading
we didn’t interfere

And you ain’t even black
so nobody was racist
just shut your flipping trap
you Duchess of Disgraces

Your husband is a ginger
he’s had it worse than you
yet you’re the biggest whinger
that’s what Woke will...
