ONLY EVER WITH YOU

O N L Y E V E R W I T H Y O U Only ever with you, I love to have and hold into the circle of your arms, I'll unfold; into your blue eyes' greeting shine, my gold; only ever with you, I yearn to grow old... Only ever with you I can write rhymes as such for you bring my muse from dust to dash, to hush Only ever with you my being wants to attach as first step already taken to our primrose path Only ever with you, tips dance linger to cherry lips Slow summer hands will roam vast to wonderland Whence pearl white peel smooches chocolate skin only ever with you, heartbeats climbs a boiling point Stars and moon may leave the dark skies yet, one look at the gleam of your blue eyes day and night, I see the rising sunrise. Only ever with you, I will dive to lows or heights for only ever with you, I'll plunge to infinity. Prayers plea asking blessings from Divinity to tie two hearts and two souls in sole unity. Mindless to whatever is there in humanity Only ever with you... _______________________________________________ POEM OF THE DAY -- February 27, 2015 ©O. E. Guillermo 5:32 pm, February 26, 2015

ETERNAL RECURRENCE

ETERNAL RECURRENCE*

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“I am certain that I have been here as I am now a thousand times before and
I hope to return a thousand times after.” GOETHE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1.

Once upon a time,
The Lord of spiritual consciousness was sitting peacefully on His blissful throne
Ceaselessly contemplating upon His equilibrium
T’ was the era of no moon, no sun, no stars, no earth, no oceans, no rivers
Just a motionless, timeless and deathless entity it was happy with His existence

2.

Suddenly the thought of sacred motion was felt deep down in his essence
Seeking the chaos to be stirred from its core outwardly
Consequently separating the light from the darkness and all the other elements
That constitute the Cosmos
Thus giving birth immediately to old mighty time

3.

When Time: This wizard of celestial art found himself alive
His expert hands stretched in advance, wanting to create
For that the plastic energy he took, that was everywhere around
And skillfully and patiently the Cosmos carved according to the Logos
Creating thus, the nebulae, the galaxies, the stars and all the other planets

4.

Then God looked at times creation and marveled with its beauty
But as there was no life to be seen in all of this creation
The thought of desire was born in God to inhabit every place
For that out of himself he cut myriads blazing souls
Which like shooting stars he sent downwards to animate nature,

5.

In this way, to manifestation’s cosmic sphere, the souls were beamed
Radiating their luminosity to reality’s lower planes
Bringing with them the sacred principles to denser forms of life
As they were passing from the spiritual, the mental and the astral
And finally materializing, themselves on the physical solid plane
Where life began on earth, with God’s will and grace!

6.

Each soul an ambassador was and is of God’s will and grace
A ray of divinity, a guardian of the Holy Law
Each with a specific mission: to learn or rather to remember
How to find the way of return throughout space and time
And with the divine, again, to be seen in perfect equilibrium

7.

The day I was born, as every man alive,
I found my immortal self bound to the wheel of time
That around eternity’s circumference took me, in very heavy chains
Asking to follow obediently the unswerving path of fate:
This endless trip of return where the only constant thing is change

8.

Since then I have died once and many times after
But death's dark palaces to hold me were unable
As my soul’s perpetual desire to follow my destiny
Brought me back to this ephemeral world of fleeting dreams
With a new body, new hopes, new goals but always with the
Same desire

9.

Thus I journeyed back and forth the plains of oblivion
Choosing the best conditions I could, according to my karma
Trying to find endlessly the golden middle way
That unmistakably between the extremes is only to be found
But since from the river of forgetfulness each time I was drinking
I was obliged, unfortunately, to start over again

10.

So, I was born once a king and another was I born a beggar
And in turns I was born a coward, a hero, a holy man, a vicious man,
A Christian, a Muslim, an atheist, an idolater a strong man and a woman
And healthy and sick I was born and intelligent and witless
And was I born to love so much the things I once detested
And to hate passionately the things I once held dear

11.

And I was born once to laugh and another just to cry
And I drunk successively from joy’s cup and that of sorrow’s
And was born to make friends out of my enemies
And enemies out of my brothers
And was born to realize the impossible dreams and fail the very easy
And I was born to slay and to be slain alternatively for thousands of years

12.

Thus I lived continuously the extremes of both good and evil
Striving to find endlessly the balance in my soul
Through the wisdom that was endowed upon me by the Great Spirit
That like a beacon, luminous, to guide me waits
To my supreme destiny that GOD for me has traced

13.

So, as was passing from life unto death, from darkness unto light
With a speed determined by me, I don’t put on GOD the blame,
All my lessons have I learned through trial and error
Up to the very last reincarnation, in body’s mortal temple

14.

Now free, AT LAST, from all earthly desires and every karmic blame
Radiating with holiness and glowing with grace
My immortal soul, HER divine wings unfolds and soars upwards the heavens
White light blazing in perfect equilibrium
And pure now to her glorious creator returns and with
HIM UNITES!

Remembered In Thy Full Bloom,Collaboration by Robert J Lindley, Teppo Gren and Michael P Clark

Remembered In Thy Full Bloom
A Collaboration By,
Robert Lindley, Teppo Gren
and Michael P Clarke.

Thou art remembered in thy full bloom,
a rose grown within my garden of life.
Thou art lost to me and this my doom,
Gone the tender love of my precious wife.

Ill wind had blown, poisoned arrows of fate,
love lost, ever I cry, we reunite.
Tho', should such be only at Heaven's gate,
illuminated, in true love's precious flight.

Thine effect so lives in my lonesome cast
as I meander in my ruthless path,
in darkened dust of my ill-fated past,
dying to break free from this endless wrath.

Yet memories sighs they recall our love,
when we did caress love's fiery desires.
In wondrous passions our hearts flew above,
Thou art memories ghost, kindling love's fires.

Pray I, your dream-winds soft and fair tonight,
eager heart leaps to melt in beauty's glows.
With yellow-moon kisses, all could be right,
our love's truth, written in destiny's scrolls.

As lonely spirits found love's true accord,
thy gentle soul caressed my heart with joy.
It was thy gracious beauty I adored,
for endless days thy soft caress enjoy.

Thou comest beloved, love for to bring,
thy wondrous beauty, darkness doth dispel.
In divinity thy heart it doth sing,
one moment of joy my heart did foretell.

Within each heart's spirit, desire to come
pray future treasures that announce their glow.
Thy touch, paradise in love's kingdom,
may we with grace, beg our romance to grow.

The light of life returned from dust to dust
be it not my destiny to abide,
and side with mortal ways in life unjust,
with a forlorn dream to be by my side.

Now back to the terror of my dark night,
once more into the pits of hell I fall.
Despair and sorrow darken God's bright light,
Deaths promised joys shall come, I hear death call.

Pray true, warmth and true color to the rose,
return pure gleam that sent my heart to thee.
Wherein all time, forever thee I chose,
thou art ripest flower, I thy lone bee.

Rejoice in death to treasure thine embrace
as end is nigh, with courage to depart.
A halo uncovers thy beauty's grace
to cast celestial light, and mend my heart.

And now doth come my end, I see death's light,
death doth touch my heart, now eternal love.
My beloved, I see thee shining bright,
I now praise death as I ascend above.

As my life's last shadow so swiftly falls,
pray I, this aching soul hears thy dear voice.
Ancient echoes whisper love words, thy calls,
now dear wife, I fly forth, your love my choice.

In heaven‘s garden thy rose blooms in trine,
as love’s eternal bond in sacred love
is cast beyond the faith of God’s design,
and prayers of truth are whispered up above.

and Michael P Clarke.

Notes:

This poem was written to try and find the sadness of a man lost in deep despair. His only escape are those small moments when his memories sigh his beloved to him. He is ready to welcome death so he can be with and hold his beloved again. Death will be a release.

I want to thank Micheal and Teppo, for the great pleasure it has been to
engage in this three way collaboration! Both for giving me such exquisite verses to write to and with...
I know this poem is long and took us a long time to complete, but to me it is well worth it .
As I could not be happier or any more proud of what our combined efforts have thus created.
I hope this fine poem gifts and pleases those that read it.. For such is the reward that any poet should hope for.
Mike and Teppo, my good friends may God bless you both..

- This World Appeals To Me On Many Levels -

Dear mother nature you're supposed
to make the world a good place to be in
Today the sky had hues of orange

Life begins every day when the sun arises
Mixed with the fire's toast
drinking of daylight

Nature's wonderful respect for darkness
A moon shared the sky
And you will never feel disappointed

To be born again off you
with the sun setting
Dipping down golden over mountains
Like a soul lost awaiting to be found

A slim narrow smile pearly shines
Awaiting with anticipation
Night closing in as twilight holds a dream
The master's at work
the divinity of a deity
Whispers of a breeze through fir trees
Rusting branches sway dancing freely
Surely created a deep impression inside me

Life begins every day
when the sun takes center stage
A sharp cutting breath hits home
Diamond cutting thoughts invade
Sailing away into another world

The moon and the stars come out in full force
Sharing a daydream as the night closes in
Your eyes carry the sun peaking through the clouds
Destiny living and breathing the same air
Until bliss becomes your daily drink

LIFE IN ETERNITY

LIFE IN ETERNITY*

1.

The cheerful trumpet of miraculous life, imperatively sounded in
My mother’s life-giving womb,
Heralding with its melodic tune another animation: MINE!
And as my innocent infantile heart was provoked by
The challenging divine call,
Started beating tenderly in the rhythm of never-dying cosmos
Thus making me ALIVE!

2.

The promising sound was still ringing in my delicate ears, singing the
Marvelously hopeful song of life,
When a sound of a Second trumpet, similar to the first, filled with
Its melancholic tune my tiny world, announcing the
Coming of calamitous death thus condemning me to DIE!

3.

LIFE and DEATH beside me they stood facing each-other,
Tenderly holding my hands and claiming me as their child,
Life was the first to whisper into my ears promises so many:
She talked to me about joy, happiness, love and procreation,
About thousands of other things that she would like to offer,
Only a favor she asked in return- to be hers and only hers
Forever!

4.

When death heard what life said, didn’t make any sound
Only sardonically smiled at her first and then to me
Emphatically declared:
“The cup of joy you can never drink before you empty that
Of sorrow’s
And no matter what life tells you, in the end you will be
My very own.”

5.

That’s the way my trip in this ephemeral world began
With vigorous life leading and tracing the promising way
While death kept following her, just a few steps behind,
Patiently waiting to catch up with her pace
But,
As years were passing fast one after the other
Death was approaching her rapidly each and every day
So the fight they had begun so many years ago
Relentless war now becomes with life still the winner

6.

Yet the ill-fated day of my death came to my great surprise
As life’s iron grasp of my hand, had lost its strength and vigor
And that of death’s had gained much power and might,
In vain I cried for life’s help for she had lost the battle
So, the eager hands of death I felt around my skeleton waist
Violently squeezing me with all their force and main,
Ready to extinguish they are my very last spark of life
And as the shrilling wind of death, is howling throughout my body
I fall motionless, breathless, DEAD and over the ground remain

7.

Yet, I am still here, just hovering all over my inanimate body,
Surprised! Confused! Bewildered, nevertheless EXISTING!
With no hands, no arms, no legs, no head or any other organ,
Just pure thought, pure consciousness, pure light, in other words
A SOUL

8.

Now, to those of you who many tears of sorrow shed
For my sake
One thing I have to ask: Rejoice for I am truly alive
Dead was I certainly, when among you existed
Therefore, your grief for me should turn to great joy
If you do not want me to pity you and delay my flight

9.

Death, you are my savior, my friend my ally
Thank you for delivering me from agony and pain
From space, time, ignorance, ignominy, injustice
And most of all, I thank Thee for the eternal life

10

Impatient my soul now becomes, yearns to fly away
Far from human misery and every other worry
The only thought that exists deep down in my soul
Is to trace back its steps to its celestial home

11.

Now, I fly uninterruptedly, I am on my way
As the shining bright stars illumine my road
The road of accomplishment, attainment and glory
Ah, there at last I see the ever dazzling light
The gates of eternity to open for me wide
And God Himself to look at me with His ever blazing eyes
Calling to hurry forward and with Him unite

12

Instantly I disappear in a universe of sacred light
Joyful, happy, jubilant, ecstatic, ever-blissful
And become one with the ONE, immortal everlasting
Radiating with holiness, enraptured with grace
A ray of divinity encompassing the COSMOS

Oh, how grateful I am to you DEATH my LIBERATOR!

This Thing called Love - with Winged Warrior

Apprehensively I tramp with my lamp - through a path shrouded in gloom Silvery shafts of light entwine and fight through foliage as they creep Gnarled branches twist as I resist their sinister outstretched grabbing reach With a hushed bated breath I move in stealth - to allow the restless spirits sleep I have heard and have feared the ancient Mystical stories that are told Of a fabled cave of age where these immortal spirits abide A sacred and elated reverie this questing soul with them seeks To allow ‘The Oracles’ now - to show where my elusive love hides I have heard it expressed in a blessed rapturous appellation This glowing love from above that eludes this restless yearning child A bliss infused kiss that Celestial Beings have been heard to applaud A connection of perfection that would make Heaven look down and smile In my quest to find the nest of undying unconditional love I search alone to find my throne in the mighty caverns of the sphere May the spirits guide until I find my bride in barren breaths of cold And now I see in this mystic cavity an apparition does appear In a gentle voice I do rejoice and hold captive in their chambers My son are you the one seeking lasting love in our golden grotto I say yes and will you bless my jaded journey thus far I have made We’re beings of infinity descending divinity as above so below I fall to my knees as they say with ease - Feel the vibes of the stone Before you embark look within your heart - Love explodes there and beyond I shed a tear with a cavernous cheer and find where I have failed My soul anew now I'm due for my love to be Spiritually spawned

Within Passion's Dream - A Collaboration with Michael P Clarke

Within Passion's Dream
A Collaboration by
Pandita Sanchez & Michael P. Clarke (Vladislav Raven)

Within Passion's Dream I hold you close beside the Ocean of Love.
I behold God's heavenly stars and they hold not the beauty of your temple.
You are the glory in my every thought and dream,
let me taste of your divine lips and love shall flow.
Come dance with me through love's divinity;
oh beauty of my heaven your love does sing.
You are all my tomorrows wrapped in a beauteous dream,
come my beloved in the love we share Within Passion's Dream.

Within Passion’s Dream, you are eternally mine,
as we nestle in the ardent arms of an orange-adorned full moon.
Let me enrapture you with the warmth of my legs and breasts,
entwining you in my vines, drinking deeply from the goblet of love.
Electrified by your sensuous caresses that awaken all my senses,
my beloved, your essence seeps into the pores of my very soul.
Whirling in ecstasy from the sweetness of honeydew kisses,
we twinkle through a star-studded Milky Way Within Passion’s Dream.

Within Passion's Dream I am enraptured by our love,
your temple joining with mine in a passion primal in its bearing.
Let stardust caress us as in love's magic we dwell,
your lips on mine and divinity's song is sung.
I lose myself in the eyes of an angel's face,
swimming deep within memories vision.
One heart, one soul, paradise our aim,
I find your eternal beauty ever before me Within Passion's Dream.

Within Passion’s Dream, I behold the wonder that is you,
sprinkling sunbeams and moonbeams showering me with your love.
Bodies and souls merging, we waltz to melodies
of a celestial symphony divinely orchestrated.
Like juicy golden grapes on a ripened vine,
unabashedly spurting their syrupy sweet wine,
tender tendrils of our love do gently unfold and
our hearts chime in rhapsodic harmony Within Passion’s Dream.

The Wren

"A little bird told me..."
Of all the birds revered by the Celts, the Wren was considered the most sacred. In Ireland, it was called the Drui-en, or Druid bird; in Welsh the word Dryw signifies both a druid and a Wren. Why is it that the Druid is pictured as an apparently nondescript little bird and not as an obviously powerful bird like the eagle? An answer can be found in a story from the western highlands of Scotland. In a great assembly of all the birds of the air, it was decided that the sovereignty of the feathered tribe should be given to the bird who could fly the highest. The favourite was naturally the eagle, who immediately began his flight toward the sun - fully confident in his ability to win the title of King of the Birds. When he found himself soaring high above all his competitors, he proclaimed in a mighty voice his monarchy over all creatures who had wings. But suddenly, from out of his wings popped the wren, who had hidden under the eagle's feathers. He flew a few inches higher and chirped out loudly, "Birds, look up and behold your king!" This story shows the wren as a cunning bird, prepared to build on the achievements of others and to mock their pride by outwitting them at the final moment. The Druid was known as the 'cunning man' - the man who can become invisible like the wren, who can travel on the back of the noble eagle to reach his destination, saving himself energy in the process. Being small he is unobtrusive and being small he can enter worlds that bigger people cannot. Being proud makes one unwieldy; being small and humble enables one to slip through the eye of a needle or down the root of a tree. The Breton Celts go even further in according the wren a key role in their bird lore: they say that it was the wren who brought fire from heaven, but that as she flew back down to earth her wings began to burn and she had to pass her gift to the robin, whose plumage also burst into flames. The lark then came to the rescue, finally bringing the gift of fire to the world. The Druid's house is the wren's nest - a place of comfort and safety, for another important symbol in Druidry, is the egg. The Druid's Egg, made famous by Pliny's remarks, articulates the idea that in order to grow and change there is required periods of incubation - withdrawing from the world to allow the opportunity to reform in the womb of time. The wren's nest was said to be protected by lightning. Whoever tried to steal wren's eggs or baby wrens would find their house struck by lightning and their hands would shrivel up. On the Isle of Man, a story is told of a fairy-girl or mermaid who lured youths into the sea. One of them threw a spear at her and to avoid it she turned herself into a wren, but she was obliged to assume her own shape on each New Year's Day. On that day she was at the mercy of her hunters who, if they were able, could kill her. A wren's feather became a lucky charm to preserve sailors from drowning and no Manxman would go to sea without one. The tradition of wren hunting took place on New Year's Day until the Feast of the Wren was transferred to St. Stephen's Day on Dec 26th. With this tradition the wren has become a god or king rather than a mermaid - for the wren was hunted and killed in a ritualistic way, enacting the idea that the death of a god bestows strength on his killer, a variant of the belief that in the killing of the old king, his powers will be passed on to his successor. The wren symbolised wisdom and divinity. It is difficult to actually see a wren. At New Year the apprentice Druid would go out by himself into the countryside in search of hidden wisdom. If he found a wren he would take that as a sign that he would be blessed with inner knowledge in the coming year. Finding a creature small and elusive to the point of invisibility was a metaphor for finding the elusive divinity within all life

Today

     Embrace the miracle of Today's birth;
     the beginning of everything.

     Incapable of re-living
     or pre-living its ownership,
     our character bares definition
     by the gratitude displayed
for every moment in its presence.

     It is renewal,
     joyful in its divinity.

May we be strong enough to engage it,
     generous enough to share it
and wise enough not to waste its invitations...

Odyssey Of A Soul

What are you thinking of, germinal seed of dynamic animation - do you still understand all without explanation... the colors you dream in are the nuances of Infinite Love For the nonce, living soul - you will breathe in new lessons through our tender tethering as your seeking thirst is quenched through your skin; for osmosis seeps mortal knowledge not implanted at conception ~ With each new and different dawn the Enlightenment is cumulative a craving quest to reach and taste the purest fruits of highest divinity; our paths' toward perfection chosen - plan in place - flesh and blood free will intact - it will always be here - trust when and while you remember to forget to remember ~ recollections will renew when you flash across the sky in your meteoric rise donning your glorifying shine from stars of giving Light - In this limited lifetime, imperfect being, a warranty - briny tears will not be caught in your tin cup - with naught else to nourish you those delicate stepping stones led us to the sanctity of the l a s t lessons learned… _____________________ Susan Ashley June 8, 2018

In the bed they make

And when will the tides turn against confident indifference?!

When will humanity cease
To throw cats against curiosity’s silver coated dagger

Another played out song
Another dramatic lyric
Shifting embellished overtones
With deteriorating tact

They spit posthumous awakenings
As divinity laced smiles, wither under a convoluted moon
Shedding retina waterfalls
Misunderstood

Pretentious anger becomes Aphrodite mediocrity
Wisdom, they never “put out”

Crippled tears
Become self-important struts within olive tinted reckonings

Lambasted butterflies
Stirring hornets’ nest
Uninvited

They dream for better days
While double-knotting gang colored bandanas
On eagle’s achromatic foreheads

Another Woody Woodpecker band-aid pulled from condescending hypocrisies

…

And when will the tides turn against pilot light’s mal-intent?

When will the flinty sheep
Stop wondering how these charring, orange fires began

Forgetting the 115 octane gasoline can
They hold quietly in their hands

Heat Source Hunger

Wonder not
if my thoughts are thrilled and twisted
daily and deeply by the albums of your ways,
I succumb severely to the impulse of imminent interplay
so dumb with joy, grateful for the fusion of our fevers,
I've never let you leave my mind,
you haven't finished eating your portion of my heart,
there is so much more for you, still in my chest, on my eyes,

I am your rare happiness,
that bare beast of a woman's best distress,
trigger your storm sirens with a single drop of Goodbye,
serve you with the most sensational sadness,
replenish your youth with an admiration that won't die,
knowing that I am not a makeshift man, nor a loyalty within a lie,
that I'll punish your pulse with peppered pleasure
because I can, because I must,
pull your hair just to hear those breaths beg for big flares,
treat the smooth and sweet lascerations of love's lament
butterfly cut into the surface of a girl's search for sincerity,
we get intoxicated on performance of personality,
buzzed beautifully from believing in the addiction of adoration's affliction,

We know we can handle one another's hurt
as warriors bleed hard because they sell themselves the sacrafice,
that we can process history with humor by breaking the shame of blame,
synthesize epiphany with sympathy to nourish symphonies of Divinity
we realize that intensity is the regal implement of our tournament,

I like it when you tell me the tough truths,
that you want to be loved for more than one reason,
that being respected in segments isn't enough,
that he will never be me,
that words can outlast the disappointment of distance,
that the world overwhelms you when you most expect,
that sometimes you'd rather be a heart attack
before being a pretty song or a favorite memory,
I understand your need for absolute affection, absolute attention,
lets allow our love to be confusing, dazzling, on the verge of villainy,
it isn't steady as a sleeping heart beat
or ready for celebration like a " gee wiz " graduation,
it is our Love, and its undefinably volatile and lovely,

Your cosmos gives a question that feeds one answer,
that love is ours, safe in the arms Armageddon,
I remember the ember of our future
spazing on the hearth of fresh earth,
don't ever miss me Babe, just keep lovin me -

KNOW THYSELF

Know Thyself
(one of the two Delphic commands of Apollo)

For years before the narrow windows of my senses
                                                                       I stood,
Trying to pierce the nebulous world of outer reality,
                                                                   Hoping to find GOD,
One year was following the other but I was:
                                                                 Still wondering,
                                                                          Still inquiring,
                                                                               Still demanding.

I was lost in the tenebrous world of materiality’s
                                                                  Phenomena,
While the true essence of things, evasive
                                                           As ever,
Persistently escaped the grasp of my confused
                                                                  Perception,

Unable to see behind the impenetrable veil
                                                             Of Isis,
And disappointed with reason’s constant
                                                            Failure,
My impatient voice towards the starry heavens I lifted,
                                                                   Asking aloud:

              Where are Thee, oh LORD?

For I have been seeking for Thee so many years now,
But I have found Thee not!

I have kept my eyes wide-open in order to see,
As many colors of Thy creation as possible,
And not even for a moment have I shut them,
For fear I missed Thy resplendent light,
But I saw Thee not!

I have kept my ears wide-open in order to hear
As many sounds of Thy creation as possible,
And not even for a second have I covered them up
For fear I missed Thy sacred voice,
But I heard Thee not!

I have kept my hands extended in order to touch
As many things of Thy creation as possible
And not even for a minute have I held them back,
For fear I missed Thy spiritual touch
But I touched Thee not!

I have kept my nostrils wide-open in order to scent
As many perfumes of Thy creation as possible
And not even for an instant have I held my breath
For fear I missed Thy holy aroma
But I scent Thee not!

I have become a famed gourmet in order to taste
As many delicacies of Thy creation as possible
And not even for an hour have I withheld my appetite
For fear I missed Thy heavenly feast
But I tasted Thee not!

                           WHY?

Then, the thunderous voice of the Lord,
Coming deep down from the twilight of time,
Tearing the eternal heavens apart
Answered me and said:

Dear innocent child of Mine; hasn’t time taught you,
That I am neither to be seen by eyes
Nor to be heard by ears?
That I am not to be touched by hands
Nor to be scent by nostrils?
That I am not to be tasted by palates
But I am only to be felt by enraptured hearts?

Trembling and puzzled, in a shaky timid voice,
                                                          I dared ask:

How could this be done, oh Lord?
For I am so weak and ignorant, I do not know
                                                               The way

And the compassionate voice of the Lord answered me
                                                                    And said:

Don’t call yourself weak and ignorant for
I have endowed you with power and knowledge
                                                                     So great,
You have only to unearth this incalculable treasure
Hidden deep down in your soul and you will be
In touch with Me, with eternity, with the universal law,
With the light, with the truth and every single existence,
But first you have to listen carefully to what I command:

Close your eyes for they cannot see Me
And cover your ears for they cannot hear Me

Pull back your hands for they cannot touch Me
And hold your breath for it cannot scent Me

Shut your mouth for it cannot taste me
And stand completely still in order for you
To sense Me

At once I rushed to Obey His divine command, so:

I closed my eyes and saw no more
And covered my ears and heard no more

I pull back my hands and touched no more
And held my breath and scent no more

I shut my mouth and tasted no more
And stood dead still for a moment,
                                  Just for a moment alone!

And BEHOLD:

I felt His ethereal presence enveloping my heart
And I saw His celestial light caressing my mind
And I heard His heavenly voice calling to my spirit
And I touched His angelic essence with my elated thought
And I scent His seraphic aroma with my sacred, now, breath
And I tasted His rapturous divinity with my blissful soul.

Then, immendiatly, the gates of revelation opened their
                                                                               Passages wide
And in a magnificent lofty parade, in front of my soul’s
                                                                               Dazzled eyes
The mysteries of life, one by one, were unveiled to the last
                                                                   Thus making everything known.

And now my enraptured self, jubilant before the eternal truth,
                                                                          In ecstasy exclaims:

Thank you, oh Lord for showing me Thy blessed Essence,
Thank Thee, for I know Thee now!

And the Lord enigmatically smiled at me and with His
                                                           Divine thought tenderly declared:

No my loving child, you only know YOURSELF!

- This World Appeals To Me On Many Levels -

Dear mother nature you're supposed
to make the world a good place to be in
Today the sky had hues of orange

Life begins every day when the sun arises
Mixed with the fire's toast
drinking of daylight

Nature's wonderful respect for darkness
A moon shared the sky
And you will never feel disappointed

To be born again off you
with the sun setting
Dipping down golden over mountains
Like a soul lost awaiting to be found

A slim narrow smile pearly shines
Awaiting with anticipation
Night closing in as twilight holds a dream
The master's at work
the divinity of a deity
Whispers of a breeze through fir trees
Rusting branches sway dancing freely
Surely created a deep impression inside me

Life begins every day
when the sun takes center stage
A sharp cutting breath hits home
Diamond cutting thoughts invade
Sailing away into another world

The moon and the stars come out in full force
Sharing a daydream as the night closes in
Your eyes carry the sun peaking through the clouds
Destiny living and breathing the same air
Until bliss becomes your daily drink

In the Dark Night Sky

In the Dark Night Sky

In the Dark Night Sky, a “Pale Moon” now arises suddenly,
With clouds of ice sparkling in a frozen-cold ring around it;
While your bright, rosy-cheeked face appears as a paste-like
Image of a grinning and laughing White Dwarf so happy!

A Million-Times-Brighter-Hell-Hot Supernova emerges now,
With a colossal colored-array of jewels firmly fixed upon the
Trajectory of a brilliant star trailing and exploding its waves,
As it shakes its cosmic dust on all of your light-filled dreams!

Divinity travels through my veins like warm blood free-flowing;
And as one radiant supercharged beauty kisses God’s very face,
She finds His divine and infinite picture—His view of our Cosmos,
Where the souls of Mankind seek the final spirit of their being!

Wild Moon Dogs howl joyous echoes bouncing into an infinity,
As they choose to dance to an ancient song of peace and love.
This is the final message of the pale moon’s image cresting now
Lonely across the Dark Night Sky as it reflects God’s Starlight!

warning sorry a bit sexual

It is a sun splashed day; the air is silent with the sound of waves
from an ocean moving to the rhythm of crying gulls.
The sand underneath my feet is warm and soothing.
The crashing waters from a wind sculpted waterfall swims
into the arms of its mother sea.

It is a private beach at a spot in the world
were the Caribbean Sea and The Atlantic Ocean hug.
It is a strange sensation of hot then cold, that tease the senses.

The young woman with me is my lover of four years.
The golden rays of light from the bright morning star
lives in the flow of her platinum blond hair.
In her eyes I can see the bright clear blue ocean, warm,
but with a piercing love glare that sends shivers up my spine.

We are young, in love and safe
inside a perfect glossy postcard background.
Her red lips and light drenched skin glows
with the beauty of this perfect Jamaican day.

Without a thought I grab the back of her head,
jerking my lover's whole body towards me
locking her in the strength of my grasp
inviting her to quench my desire.

I bite her lips before engaging in a deep passionate kiss
and remove a barely there bikini from her statuesque figure.

She embraces me as I lift her in my arms
naked for all the Gods to observe.
I set her down under the refreshing flow of the rushing waterfall.
She attempts to pull at me, but I deny her.

I hold back both her arms and use my mouth
to suckle her all the time absorbing the beating waters
that kneads my flesh, like so much dough.

Suddenly I set my angel free. She pounces on me,
like a lioness in heat famished for the taste of flesh.

The world disappears and I find myself willingly trapped in a void.
Nature's voice conducts an orchestra of emotion.
We writhe in the ecstasy of touch.
With the strokes of a divinity fingers paint a portrait of rapture.
We dance now to the precise notes
of an escape into the arms of serenity.

In one fluid movement, our bodies become one.
There is no end to the divine flavors we share.
Cooling waters flame our sins.
We explode like a building
imploding gracefully to the roar of infinite sound.

Until eventually we pass out naked
locked in each others arms.
We find ourselves lying on the warmth
of the fine white sand beach when we awaken,
tattooed in the telling shades of a Jamaican suntan.

Dear Me

Dear Me,

I need you to be stronger
I need you to never be afraid

swallow your pride, and your flight will be softer
tell her you love her, even if it hurts

Grab onto your dream and live it
Do not be afraid of the sun's divinity

Be better,love more, hold on.

Dear Me,

Enjoy every stop of the ride.
For when the train finally stops...we die

Until we witness the angels dance after final day...
Dear Me, hide your fears away

Remembered In Thy Full Bloom A Collaboration By, Robert Lindley, Teppo Gren and Michael P Clarke

Thou art remembered in thy full bloom,
a rose grown within my garden of life.
Thou art lost to me and this my doom,
Gone the tender love of my precious wife.

Ill wind had blown, poisoned arrows of fate,
love lost, ever I cry, we reunite.
Tho', should such be only at Heaven's gate,
illuminated, in true love's precious flight.

Thine effect so lives in my lonesome cast
as I meander in my ruthless path,
in darkened dust of my ill-fated past,
dying to break free from this endless wrath.

Yet memories sighs they recall our love,
when we did caress love's fiery desires.
In wondrous passions our hearts flew above,
Thou art memories ghost, kindling love's fires.

Pray I, your dream-winds soft and fair tonight,
eager heart leaps to melt in beauty's glows.
With yellow-moon kisses, all could be right,
our love's truth, written in destiny's scrolls.

As lonely spirits found love's true accord,
thy gentle soul caressed my heart with joy.
It was thy gracious beauty I adored,
for endless days thy soft caress enjoy.

Thou comest beloved, love for to bring,
thy wondrous beauty, darkness doth dispel.
In divinity thy heart it doth sing,
one moment of joy my heart did foretell.

Within each heart's spirit, desire to come
pray future treasures that announce their glow.
Thy touch, paradise in love's kingdom,
may we with grace, beg our romance to grow.

The light of life returned from dust to dust
be it not my destiny to abide,
and side with mortal ways in life unjust,
with a forlorn dream to be by my side.

Now back to the terror of my dark night,
once more into the pits of hell I fall.
Despair and sorrow darken God's bright light,
Deaths promised joys shall come, I hear death call.

Pray true, warmth and true color to the rose,
return pure gleam that sent my heart to thee.
Wherein all time, forever thee I chose,
thou art ripest flower, I thy lone bee.

Rejoice in death to treasure thine embrace
as end is nigh, with courage to depart.
A halo uncovers thy beauty's grace
to cast celestial light, and mend my heart.

And now doth come my end, I see death's light,
death doth touch my heart, now eternal love.
My beloved, I see thee shining bright,
I now praise death as I ascend above.

As my life's last shadow so swiftly falls,
pray I, this aching soul hears thy dear voice.
Ancient echoes whisper love words, thy calls,
now dear wife, I fly forth, your love my choice.

In heaven‘s garden thy rose blooms in trine,
as love’s eternal bond in sacred love
is cast beyond the faith of God’s design,
and prayers of truth are whispered up above.

Notes:

This poem was written to try and find the sadness of a man lost in deep despair. His only escape are those small moments when his memories sigh his beloved to him. He is ready to welcome death so he can be with and hold his beloved again. Death will be a release.

It has been an honor and a great pleasure to collaborate with two excellent poets and fine gentlemen who write with the kind of depth of emotion which I love about poetry. Thank you Mike and Robert, for this collaboration and for all the support you have given me in Poetry Soup – you guys are true friends.

The Butterfly You Cannot See

Once a caterpillar between a dream and reality thought she could be beautiful
~so on she dreamed...
Creating a shell to protect
under the bright new moon

The Cocoon~

Inside she wept
Yet,
A fantastic fantasy of what she would some day be,
The very colors of life upon the the Earth as she struggled to crawl
A slow progression; every day she saw

in a mirrored shell

She dreamed her colors, she connected with divinity
as her memory recalled the sky so blue, the warm sunlight
To the very hope to one day fly
What color? her imagination touched God's heart

One day she emerged through the darkness, the seclusion,
The shell now out grown...she pushed her eloquent wings through
Standing upon a cracked open cocoon,
her wings tested the winds of kindness ~
~ ~
~ ~
Her first flight, she the Miss, fluttering about without direction or care, enjoying the Summer air~
   ~ ~
~
The flowers sent scent to comfort, to rest there, she;
in awe of her wings, the colors, they were just as she dreamed!

God Smiled~

I heard of a human tell of her beauty, then suddenenly became sad
Not for the glory upon, but the time as her flight would expire

Yet, tell me, what is time to a butterfly?

When time itself is calculated by man and the stars...
Yes, she and I know the majestics of God's creation that some take for granted

As the stars shine tonight
I think of the butterfly's flight
I know all is right
I know mans's calculations are right
But, somehow, it is not a sadness
but courage spilled upon the Earth
of the butterfly's rebirth from a worm

I, in all that I am can relate
I embrace, know her way
Once a worm as I, now my colors motivate my flight

Life is so short~

The Prayer Book Forgotten

Lord I came to you empty handed.
No prayer book today.
I ask myself what shall I pray to you
without the help of compositions
written by people much better than I?

I know you do not really care
what I recite from books,
especially when such prayers
are quickly read not meditated,
with distractions all around.
For my mind keeps wandering
on inconsequential things,
or very often concentrated
on frivolous supplications for me.

But now I am at loss.
What should I pray?
Let's see Lord if I can think.
For look, this world is evil.
Please forgive our hardheartedness.
Do not look upon our wrongs,
but rather receive our good.
In this respect O Lord,
I offer you your Son,
His tattered body on the cross,
His royal blood shed to the last drop.
I offer you His Soul and Divinity,
in atonement of our sins
and those of the whole world.
For we are all your children Lord,
and without your help we are mere failures.

There Lord, I can say no more.
Please accept my offering.
And may I hope next time
I won't forget my prayer book?
Or should I?

Plastic Flowers

Sitting so pretty in a vase
You lift your deceitful faces to the world.
I may arrange you how I wish
And I may rejoice that your thorns
Lack the sting of real thorns;
But betrayed, you always are
When I touch you.

Your delicately moulded petals are cold,
And you stand upright
Because you can do no other.
You lack the perfume
That is nature's inner attraction,
And you do not droop and wilt,
For you know not what it is to lack water.

In pretending to live
You are no flower.
Forever beautiful,
You live not at all.

Forget artifice, but dare to take a drink
From the bottomless well of life,
And you will find the wonder of your making,
The divinity of life, ripe for the picking.

Will You Let Me In

Whispers at dawn I awaken near your yawn Will you let me into your heart? Dreams of passion I need your compassion This will be our sensuous start Falling in love all we need is a shove Will you let me into your arms? Breakfast for two your love I will chew I’m drowning in your lucky charms Side by side our love will preside Will you let me into your essence? Through forever always together Within warming skies of iridescence In circles of infinity we are divinity Will you let me into your soul? Through timeless space I will embrace Our love sailing in a black hole. Aug.16.2017 Let Me Into Your Heart Sponsored by: Julie Rodeheaver

Reflections in the Mirror

Reflections in the Mirror

A mirror may reflect more than any mortal can really see,
Whilst revealing timely images past, present, and yet to be.

The real depth and true imagination of our human mind,
May affect what we see as either finite or infinite in kind.

Such varied images form a painter’s palette of dreams,
That poets may put words to beyond all human schemes.

Seeing and dreaming of such images give all poets a pause,
As though we are all now little kids adrift in the Land of Oz.

These images give poets a portal beyond all space and time,
To the realm of the metaphysical with much to set in rhyme.

This portal to the fifth dimension gives us all a taste of infinity,
And speaks to the images we see as a part of true cosmic divinity.

A mirror may reflect more than any mortal can ever expect to see,
Whilst revealing cosmic images of all past, present, and yet to be.

The task falls then to our poets to record the images seen over time,
And with Almighty God’s help—to set all in perfect cosmic rhyme!

Per Ardua Ad Astra

...inspired by 'Science-Fiction Cradlesong'
        by C.S. Lewis

Were we to try for heaven,
by dust and stars be riven
to lust for foreign places
where we might find strange faces,
the cost could be pre-emptive,
marginalize incentive.

In tubes of strengthened metal,
to demonstrate our mettle,
at speeds defying gravity,
(for honour or depravity?)
unknown manifestations
might try and test our patience.

Distances beyond our ken,
regions never seen by men,
from earth's fair confines to the skies,
is this judicious? ...is it wise?
Black as ink and unappealing,
drear is this infinite ceiling!

Perhaps we should be circumspect,
think twice before we genuflect,
raise space to a divinity,
but worship what we sense and see,
what price landscapes, dales and hills?
Space may aggravate our ills.

Note: Lewis died in 1963, 6 years before man landed on the moon.

Winter Divinity

First snow on tree tops,
Canadian pristine . . .
Nature's own beauty
Of spirit supreme.

Cascading waters
Of crystal clear birth
Instill serene pleasure
From heaven to earth.

As the lake mirrors mountains
And deep azure sky,
We commune together,
My God and I.
