Best Contain Poems
a deep aria of cobalt hue
encompasses us in the sky-
our fate started so long ago;
a place where forever lasts forever,
where stardust spreads over
my barren shoulders and he
kisses me like youth
below the grey glaze
shadow of the moon,
he lifts me –
HIGHER-
and
HIGHER
for the constellations
cry when we are near
my nudity,
worn like silk,
his touch,
soft as chiffon
earth can't contain our love-
black holes fear us,
they tremble
when we
KISS
lightning strikes
my tears, he wipes-
for the sky is none but ours
if you craved the morn,
i’d swipe the sun-
if you long for space
i’d give you the entire universe
for you are mine and we are one
MY LOVE-
when you touch me there...
i come undone

Constitution Does Contain
About many things we all may preach
First one of them is Freedom of Speech
And instead of others trying to impress
We also will have Freedom of The Press.
Freedom of Religion is right to believe
Have spiritual feeling we want to receive
In church being few or part of a throng
Supporting our faith by singing a song.
There is having a right to bear an arm
Alright when others we will not harm
And top me it does not seem strange
People who do shoot on a firing range.
There are many more I may mention
Among the ranks having no dissension;
Bill of Rights is where freedoms remain
All of these Constitution does contain.

When my husband was in hospital, he was given an afternoon tea
Scones and cake and sandwiches, simply delicious as you can see
The final treat was to eat the scone served with jam and butter
On opening the butter packet these words made hum splutter
He saw ‘Caution Contains Milk’ was written on the label
Found this so amusing he kept the label on the table
I know people have allergies but this is taking it too far
Soon they’ll be telling me I need petrol to drive my car
Some people think the Brits are dull, I intend to dispel this rumour
Think I may post on my poems ‘ this may contain some humour’

Sue constantly gobbles her food
Then belches, it sounds rather rude
Next thing she starts farting
Foul stench is departing
From parties folk now Sue exclude
I’m having a party tonight
Sue pleaded to have an invite
I put black charcoal powder
In her portion of chowder
Sue’s buttocks stayed clenched very tight!
Sue purchased some charcoal biscuit
The charcoal really did its bit...
At a dinner party
She’s no longer farty
And chooses where she wants to sit!

Words contain power and vibration
The positive one's bring elation
So spread happy words everyday
Take care what you think, write and say
Then your soul will shine bright
Your heart will feel light
And all in your world will be right

My covid mask’s far from beguiling,
Behind mine I’m happy and smiling,
I’ll put my mask on,
Till covid risk’s gone -
Can’t somebody work on new styling!

A key
that fits the opening in my core,
to contain your love,
your blessing,
Is all I ask today.

I hate visiting Uncle Dwain
His farting just drives me insane
When he drops a bomb
I just glare at mom
Cos in my chair I must remain
He say kids are seen but not heard
I sit and daren’t utter a word
Don’t care what he thinks
I know his butt stinks
And think he smells like an old turd

Imagine if today were the anniversary of the day
A phantom, some angel came down here to say
Or more to compel us to change our ways
Stop selling rotten apples from your tray.
To the nuthouse for the laughing stock
After they're bound in a block of wood
Ten paces back, soft apples stuffed with rock
Men's faces cackled as good shots were got.
That apple of God's eye
That in a pool of blood does lie
Humans'll shoot a messenger from upon high
Much quicker than they'll stop to question why.
If you believe all you read in some damned book
To men God apparently foresook
When some banned apple got took
Inside all of you is a seed if you happen to look.
If you nurture and grow, like a parent show
Fill me with Love we'll reach for above
Nature will flow if we leave it alone
An apple's just a tree, wrapped up in a glove.

Becauseless.
This, is
our Love...
I fear I’m failing
this feeling.
This body isn’t
bearing this baring
without tearing,
without crumbling.
But I gladly ruins
this, for you,
for us...
for this.

C-ontain contagion of poison,
R-epel rabidity of virus;
I-solate the positive person,
S-top the threat so serious.
T-ry to contain contagion
I-n each and every country;
N-eatly bring it to oblivion,
E-liminate the mystery:
J-ust contain contagion
O-f the monster's morbidity;
Y-ou should control the infection,

A-s they combat the dirt;
N-egate the contamination,

U-pend the eerie epidemic,
R-epulse the alarming affliction;
A-bate the parlous pandemic,
Y-ou must contain contagion.

My heart can’t contain you
And all that is new
I suffer this pain though
I allowed it to grow
I reach in the shadows
But can’t find the paddles
I feel I would drown
But you peered around
I’m not lost, I’m found
Your strength is profound
It holds me together
And loves me forever
My life it needs truth
To be shown what is due
And loving and true
I’m consumed now by you

My worms first bit me,
And I was hungry:
the demand for food levitated.
As the hand agreed with the protest.
Then my teeth willingly greeted everything that came to his way: Junks,Creams,Appetizers, crabs,Meals and drinks.
Consuming on did i care.
And i was closely filled:
Fed with rubbish-junks.
And now the real food is here,
My stomach is not ready to open. My mouth was willing,
But the hands were reluctant.
The meal is beckoning to my eyes, And my throat cursed so much.
But how can i eat, though the meal is here:
already filled with junks.
How can i contain this?
Seeing now that my stomach is filled.
I was hungry as if i will not eat, And now i've eaten and cannot eat.
Even,till now i'm hungry.
Though i'm not hungry.
'Do not be desperate for anything in life, for you'll be filled with junks and when the real meal comes you won't be able to eat any longer'.

It's hard to zero in on nothingness;
That word, spun by my thoughts, does not compute.
Was born to see and feel a 'somethingness';
My senses all are mired within that root-
And empty, zero, naught- are not acute.
For nothingness, I think of cosmic space
Beyond known stars and planets- what I'd face!
So difficult to think about a void
Without some sides or borders that embrace.
The more I think- the more thoughts get destroyed!
