 Chopin Nocturnes

Listen....autumn rain is gently falling
Within enchanted hour of twilight sky.
In my heart, Chopin is softly calling
Lovely piano notes that make me cry.
As Luna slowly rises in the east
Her soft lambent glow lightly veiled in shrouds,
Taming the spirit of both man and beast
By roaming mesmerizing misty clouds.
My spirit soars within this peaceful scene
Enthralled by every note of Chopin's tune.
Beguiled in nature's calm, I feel serene
As stars appear and mingle with the moon.

This music and enchanted night reveal
New hope my mourning heart will one day heal.

Tribute To the Story of An Hour By Kate Chopin

Tribute to The Story of An Hour by Kate Chopin

A subtle blank stare filled her eyes
As she , Margery Bollard ,locked them with whom she took her vows
A photograph of him against the floral wallpaper
Haunted her soul
She fainted and collapsed onto her living room floor
Within half an hour
She drank a glass of water and mingled it with tears
Cold and heavy tears
Aged her by fifty years

She climbed up the stairs to her master bedroom with which she shared with her husband, Daniel Bollard
Their boat sailed to lover’s lane

A speck of light drew her eyes towards the small squared window
She pulled her large arm chair by the window and
Sank in its warmth

Now
Under her breath, a sharp whisper fled her clenched lips
Filled her heart with horrid rage
A widow out of place
Sweet freedom show your face
Joy, joy, joy I embrace
Fill my heart with everlasting blood
Young, without child
Have me live yonder miles

Her heart swelled and broke
A moment of grief pursued
Her ears rung with song
Let freedom come

Her teeth chattered
And her hands trembled
As if on a mission of world domination

From outside her bedroom window she saw blue skies and green trees
Rain took the skies
And owned it’s rights
Tart was the fruit
And bitter was its rind
Radiant rays of sunshine cleared the sky

I shall cry no more
No more hits to the ground
Sweet freedom , roar

The sound of foot soldiers on command
And swinging doors dared her to get out of place

Margery, Margery, I’m home
Soldier Bollard ran up to the master bedroom
Haven’t seen you in months , said Daniel
Haven’t heard from you in a year, said Margery

Wasn’t there a major attack on your post?

Few survived, I’m one left behind
You look sick, Marge
Have you slept?
Your hair is unkept and wild
The stove is empty

This is not my wife

Margery nearly died, angry and out of breath

She collects herself and screams from the top of her lungs
I’m a woman
More than a mother and an obedient slave

Before Daniel could respond and react
Margery collapsed yet again
This time within a heartbeat, she was cold and without pulse

Love soft music on a warm summer's night
A Piano Sonata by that Chopin dude
Nothing can turn my crank more than Fredéric
Sure puts this guy in a romantic mood

Surprised with my knowledge of the classics?
Fred and I go a very long way back
Grew up together, he was my very first buddy
Actually stole my sweet girlie, fancy that

Helped him write some mazurkas and études
Never gave me credit, whatta bum
Attempted to expose him but no one listened
Of course no one listened, that's dumb

Whatta big snot, this so called music genius
Thought the world revolved around him
Got some news, this is going to shatter his image
He was nothing but a country bumpkin

I know, I know, that's not well known fact
He paid people to keep it hush hush
So now you all know the rest of this story
Old Freddie turned out to be a lush

Sorry bout this, all you fans of the classics
This was all just in fun I declare
Was never a good friend of old Freddie boy
Still maintain, I never got my share

Who Played Chopin? I Did!

Who played Chopin on piano?
Fantasie-Impromptu much blithe.
Was so fast like when the winds blow.
Runs, magically came to life.

The Christmas party gave great joy.
Who played Chopin on piano?
For every little girl and boy.
There even sang a soprano.

The piano was intaglio.
Ornamented on the surface.
Who played Chopin on piano?
Making carved figures seem to race.

Pianos are such lovely things.
Melodious as the white snow.
The many strings are made to ring.
Who played Chopin on piano?

A Hundred Poems - Ode To Etudes Op 25 No 12 In C Minor - Chopin

Passion
     whither is thy heavenly gift
 Beg
I doth for pastures of romance
Love thee -- angel followeth me too
 Kindness
     compassion for all thy life
 Understanding
     wisdom from burning fire
 Heaven
thou, dream I giveth prayer to thee
 Love
is thy reason for living life
 and desire for love
 escapes thy flesh
 afire angelic wings
 kissing devil's lips
 a Christ-passion
 for all high and base!

The Muse of Chopin

Your Muse was Poland,
indelible stigma of time –
the altar of Heaven, thoughts of people
and desires contained in them.

Relaxing melody,
affects, ennobles thoughts.
Frederic, your music –
pulsates of Poland’s heart.

In your music, Poland’s history is short:
There is her triumph, her joy.
In the pillory of partitions, she is sad.
You are independent mainstay of freedom.

Your eternal music is with us,
entire world is proud of it, elated -
there is Poland of long ago and her future,
superb one and always moving our hearts.

Apollo seeks worship.
What shall you write
to honor love. That ye
Sickened may heal.
That songs shall speak
With lyrics that are truest
to there music.
Honor ye oh God
With harmony and melody.
Honor ye father truest
To perfection.
Ye Apollo's am God
And the sounds of
reheasted people have
made Compositions
there priority and duty.
Honor ye Apollo as
God!
With flute, chello, violen,
drums,. Trumpets, frenchhorns
Opportunity and expression
Honor thee.
That love, the truest love
can bring the coldest of hearts
to be kind.
Honor ye Apollo that grooves
In melonic rhythm can make
Lyric to be voiced.
Honor ye oh Apollo
That from forever the notes
Shall be instruction to create.
Honor ye Apollo.
The God of. Music!

O reverie,such enchantment a
well spring,from the mountain,
now,a sad river.My darling I
wanted what I have not ,to be
a bridgegroom,a handsome
lad, with your ring.Now out
of sight,merrymaking,and what
she likes..hark the Messenger…
they carry heavenly crosses and
…the leaves are falling.

Chopin To Sand

To breathe is constricting
to walk is now strained
My passion is boundless
My power has waned

  The music demands
that I keep up the pace
so much to do,
when I look at your face

  I see hope rekindle
I feel I can try
to put down this opus,
this work,
ere I die.
