Pain Caused By Irresponsible Fathers

She carried her for nine months.
Had pains and cravings through out.
But they never bothered her.
They were rubbed off by the excitement of knowing she is able to carry full term.
She was happy.

The father decided to abondon them.
She started to feel the pains she ignored before.
Drinking became a habit.
Hatred became her bestfriend.

She pulled herself together.
Found a new man,
Fell pregnant,
"Its a boy"
They were happy.
But the anger and pain were still there.
She eased them by beating her up for stupid little mistakes.

She started to treat them unequally.
To her; the boy was an egg
While the girl was just a donkey.
She was now 10years old,
Used to being forced to wake up at 4am.
"Wake up and get the child ready for school"
She goes back to sleep as soon as she sees her first born up
A 10years old bathing a 7year old child.
She was paying for the sins of her father.

She is now a street kid...

Carnage Caused By Vanity

Above the clouds are buffalo aplenty
Shot by whites as Native Americans cried
The tribes made use of all portions of their prey
European settlers only sought their hides

Palin bragged of killing moose as a young child
Did this tough meat truly feed her family
Perhaps their heads were displayed o’er a fireplace
And Palin’s explanation -- chicanery

A dozen ducks once roamed a wooded forest
First babes, then mother, lost their lives to sportsmen
It makes you wonder who could eat so many
More likely targets for those with a killing yen

Early man killed only to survive the wild
Natural order brings hunters into play
There’s no “sport” in killing for other reasons
Souls of those needlessly killed rise above the fray

Staring down in sadness as others are shot
Where is the logic and the humanity
In amassing trophies while chugging down beer
Who can stop this carnage caused by vanity

A Goodbye Caused By Discrimination

Goodbye friend indeed
For I wish not to say this
Class has given the verdict
Coins have won the battle
Thus they say
Inferior is my clan
They say I am a gold digger
They called me a scavenger
They say rag is my skin
I tell you
I wish not to be an eminent of pauper
Fingers are not equal
All fruits don't ripen the same time
Oh fate!
Partiality is your name.

Premium Member Prayer Midst Corona Virus-Caused Pandemic

Cognizant of COVID 19 and its harsh impact
on global welfare it has seriously attacked
midst health threats with economic sabotage as grievous fact…
we pray: Oh, God, enable us so we can with Your peace, rightfully react.

Gripped by this novel pandemic
causing us to fear, worry, and panic
leading hearts to become pathetic or pessimistic…
we ask: Oh God, intensify our hope as we trust You to heal* the sick.

Trusting Your supreme hand over global changes and every country
believing Your omniscience upon signs of times in world history
acknowledging Your perfect will against this current misery…
we trust You oh, God, to keep us shielded inside Your compassion’s victory.

Exposed to separation-angst of those fellows within “lockdown”
witnessing community quarantine for affected city and town
experiencing difficulties brought by this virus with so-called crown…
we plead: Oh, God, uphold our faith; cheer us midst our frown.

Informed, warned and educated to stay calm above this grim reality
vanquishing fake news, but spreading kindness, marked by sincerity
intensifying hygienic practice for safety beyond selfish purity…
we cling to You, oh, God Who is control of the situation by Your sovereignty.

*2Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

My Honesty Caused a Mess

If I had lied like everyone else who achieved their goal,
I could have spared myself an useless headache,
and it seems late to realize that my honesty caused a mess!
There was a table for two sweethearts
in the finest restaurant, my first date supposed to have been perfect
with all the enthusiasm and the sorrounding athmophere:
a boutique of roses and scented candles!

The girl's name was Amenda with big eyes of sapphire,
the boy's name was Andrew a little outspoken but funny;
everything went smoothly, the food was superb and the waiter
with an Italian accent was humorous and helpful,
but happened next is something nobody would believe.

Amenda had too much wine and started to talk non-sense
asking me, " What kind of work do you do?"
I promptly replied, " I am a chief ! " and boasting with pride,
silly words flowed from my mouth, " You should see me
in my uniform...everybody loves it! " Amenda with angry eyes
yelled, " Everybody...including the dumb blonde
and the red headed who order food just to see you? "
I jolted as if in a powerful earthquake, " How do you know that? "
But she with a malignant glance exploded, " I saw them
flirting with you while they waited for their order! "

" Oh, pretty boy, you brought me here to listen to your aspiration,
I must be stupid enough to believe everything you say? "
I stood up, pushing back my seat and swore, " I never intented to lie,
Amanda...I am sorry for getting you upset, and if my honest caused a mess,
I apologize with all sincerity. " Ah, you even mention the word sincerity:
here's you reward, fool! " And splashing a glass of wine all over my sharp suit,
she left...while the crowd started to laugh, thinking it was a movie scene.

Here's my deepest reflection on telling little, white lies,
" Guys, on your first date...don't say what you actually do for a living,
invent a profession that brings in tons of money, like a surgeon or attorney;
go ahead and have fun, and the more excited you get her,
the more she'll believe you...who wants to be a loser on his first date? "

Premium Member Midst Technology-Caused Confusion, I Trust God

I praise God for modern telecommunications’ inventions
Making mankind benefit so well
But I feel bad, when in their vexing, “gobsmack” malfunctions
I become dysfunctional; thus, my exasperation-nerves swell!

I thank God for computer experts
For their good contributions, indeed numerous
Yet I got nervous when their genius alerts
Warn me of glitches’ “bamboozles” due to internet-driven virus!

I seek God for His enlightening wisdom
When confused with social media's bewildering entanglements
I’m sad though for those who abuse information-freedom
As they deny and neglect consequences of their engagements!

I pray to God to guard me from being deceitfully puzzled
With varied scams’ alluring appeal and financially enticing
By global transactions “gobsmacking” netizens to be wealth-dazzled
Using fake identities; yet others’ privacy --- compromising and exposing!

I trust God for His control midst “hacking” ventures
Of ill intentions, never amusing, to wreck information sites
Such are shocking “bamboozling” gestures
Dominated by selfishness-blights and greediness' heights!

I rely with faith as I rejoice* in God Who knows what’s best
Despite “gobsmack, bamboozle and confusion”-attacks…
To Him do I yield my questions for His great answers to the fullest
Since His omniscience subdues my doubts with His truth’s packs!

*1Chronicles 16:10 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.

That Bizarre Behavior Caused a Sudden Death

Blame the parents
for rising their kids
with a foul language...
sins have a wage!

Only respect and morality
make good citizens of society,
but many like to poke fun
at anyone who can't run.

By looking at them one realizes
they came from unstable families:
their mother was a drunker,
and their father an abuser.

One of them wearing a Yankee cap
yells at the limping old lady out of shape,
" Fat cow, how many quarts of milk have gulped tonight?
You didn't wipe off that white mustache! Are you going to fart? "

And the elderly lady replied to that insult
" Watch your language, punk...I can fight! "
" Look at you! You walk like a turtle! "
she challenged her thinking she was feeble.

" Don't threaten me and get me mad, young lady!"
she brazed her legs expecting her
 to suddenly fling and attack her;
" I used to play baseball...I'll knock you down easily! "

Taking a grim look at her, the slender and cynical girl
continued to abuse the obese lady by giving her hell,
" Taste this, it's going to hurt! " she yelled by punching the teenager hard
and once down, the motionless, breathless and bloody girl didn't get up.

Everybody panicked, shaking her trying to revive her,
" No pulse! No heartbeat! No breath! She's dead! "
The ambulance came five minutes after to take one to the morgue
and the other to the nearest hospital with a bleeding tongue.

It's very rare for a bizarre behavior to cause a sudden death,
and unfortunately one life was lost because that teen felt tough;
it's a warning to other youngsters, " Avoid such a confrontation
with people you think are too old to fight, always use precaution!"

The Rod That Caused My Heart To Break

The rod you choose
The jokes you made
The insults you gave
Where only the bruise of my pass
The pain you inflicted
The tears you saw
The secrets you hid
Are the shadows that keeps knocking at my door
The fear you instilled
The lies you told
Are the demons that torments my soul
The cane you use to cause my wounds
Are the stains that are splash against your window pane
The scars I carry
The heart that is broken
Are the tale that I cannot bury
The life I live
The streets I walk
Are the burdens that the mind carry
The strain of it all
Make me want to fall
I think its time
I  made that call.

The Pain You Caused Me

As I lay here bed
listening to rain
hitting window
All I can think about
Is the pain
you've left me holding
you say wanted us to be together forever
was that lie
when you kiss my lips
you say it was kissing a piece heaven
was that a lie as well
when we made love for the first time
you cried
I held you to make all you tears go away
but now as I lay here in bed
with tears flowing from my eyes
that you caused
can you make them go away
because right now
I feel like the pieces of my broken heart
can never be together again
because of the pain
you caused me ...

Caused

Caused by the grief of loss,
Her soul wept with exhaustion!
Caused by her myriad of thoughts,
Her head hung in desperation!
Caused by the anger from within,
Her body shook with frustration!
Caused by the beast she once knew,
Her heart shied away from adoration!

The Pain They Caused

Every day she's getting cut down,
getting called fat, ugly, and stupid.

she goes home and wonders what she did to deserve this,
why she deserves to be put in this pain.

her mom doesn't listen and her dad beats her,
all she wants is to be loved

but deep down she knows that will never happen,
so she goes to the kitchen and finds a knife.

she puts it to her skin, red starts to cover everything,
as she takes her last breath, she say's she is sorry for not being what you wanted
her to be.

Loneliness Caused By Over-Crowding

Surrounded my millions of others,
and yet, still so alone.
Preachers call them my sister and brothers.
But, for me what have they done?

Other than judge and pick?
Steal my self respect,
with their thieving eyes.
My eyelids stick,
To what my soul would reflect.
As my heart rots, swarmed by flies.

I'll turn invisible, gouging my "soul windows",
Going deaf from words of the wiser.
Splitting the spine of myself and the world.
Hiding from your shunning vulture selves.
As my second half suddenly widows.
And my thoughts go through the dicer.
My hopes once straight, go curled.
I laugh as Satan eats Santa's elves.

How can you expect me to be sympathetic,
When you follow suit of the hatred.
Crying yourselves to sleep for reasons,
Reasons of which I'm empathetic.
as you put your moments to bed.
Thoughts polluting though the seasons.

I'll disappear. Be alone.
Be happy, in solitude.
Removed from the social backbone.
in solid state.

And live ...
In peace.

Uprooted and Windswept In the Storm You Caused

Uprooted and windswept in the storm you caused
I was aghast and asunder like a sinking boat
the last straw was placed and I drowned
it was your slight that I simply could not fight
you tossed your royal, handsome head
your eyes smirked at me in your new find
no doubt she was so pretty and fine.

You did not ever once think
that it was me and my canvas that you painted with love ink
making me so warm and hot right from the icy skating rink
you tossed me like a painting that has no buyers
and crossed red with the broad brush of your fliers
the butterflies that we had together at the mention of names
you had forgotten mine but I store and treasure yours all the same.

I began being yours and are and will be till I breathe,
as you find me a stickler and in irritation fume and seethe
I am a winner and I know it all, you are my trophy
and that has been won ,and it is in me and with me
do you think you are clear enough and that hard do you see
one mention of your name brings me to tears
as I am surrounded by your avoidance and so many fears.

Honey ,come to me and hold me our souls are entwined
you are a gem and a precious one at that, I do know
there was never a man who was so gentle and caring
and holding me in sway as if life was a movie and you its director
I have been here and there trying to moor
my planks all floating all over swimming against currents,-please pick them up
I am living a life and I want to let yo know it well,as if I was dead.

I await........for your....next message .....my only bright point left in this life!

Will it
will it not

I seethe
I coagulate
I dream
I anticipate
I am yours..till you are entirely entirely and completely sate.

Save My Soul From Death Caused By You

i can feel you
all around me
safety is leaveing
my heart is bleeding
cant you see me
crying black tears
cant you hear me
screaming over here
never denying suicide
thougts entering my sad head
cant you try and
catch me
my life is falling
smashing to the ground
save
my
soul
