Capricorn

C autious and adaptable
A mazingly deep
P rosperity driven
R estless he can’t sleep
I ntelligent and forgiving
C ompassionate and down to earth
O rganized in times of need
R ebellious from birth
N ever giving up, in fact he takes the lead.

This would be a Capricorn indeed.

This was inspired by a comment from my friend Ivan Beresford. Thank you for the challenge.

Tropic of Capricorn

as if the great expanse collapsed
eclipsing hearthstones
amid the cordillera
where sun begins to beg
her true name

life stops alongside the eucalyptus
and the words warm
dripping honey to the south

shadows dance
and straight below we stand
just letting go
past particles
in the winds of time
in the tropic of us

we thrust our faith, our knowledge
our fortune and fortitudes
character, a dying breed
in need

moments held close
mouthed in mystery

we lick the solemm soul of the earth
before we soar
to destiny and destinations set free

I'm just a simple Highlander guy
With various writes I so love to try
     From nature to passion
          Fantasy is my true fashion
I thank the Soup to let me apply

Zodiac Orphan (Capricorn/Aquarius)

Balanced on a cusp precariously,
Trying to decide who I’d rather be,
   Capricorn is sure and steady,
Aquarius, thoughtful and ever ready,
Yet neither one is really me.

O pen and understanding, to lend an ear
R emotely direction impaired, but do not fear
N autically challenged, do not even go there!

Capricorn

C autious defines a part of my being
A mbitious and focused to the road I'm trudging
P atience, a lot of this I have gathered
R ealistic, practical, and loyal to commitment

R eveals a hidden wit and sensibility
N ote that, I may be jealous, but loves faithfully!

I Am Capricorn
I am sorry that I didn’t care for you
I am Capricorn
I am used to be play with
I am sorry I was not able to care for you
January is ending and close to February
Its about a couple of more months of cold weather before the April showers beginning
You didn’t wanted to receive my love
I am Capricorn
I am sorry that I didn’t care for you
We both knew are love wasn’t true it was just a word we will said in between are conversation
Now was it really worth it?
You had too many tea parties with your friends and wasn’t any left for me
Its’ cold winter with a lot of tears a lot of physical and verbal altercations between us
I am Capricorn
I am sorry that I didn’t care for you
I am Capricorn
And you are Cancer !

Some years ago, I saw a movie that was great.
This was back in the summer of ‘78.
“Capricorn One” was the title of this flick.
Here, NASA conducted an elaborate trick.
A journey to Mars was just a big fraud.
It was a well-made movie that we would applaud.
The film was quite popular in its day.
One of its stars was a football player named “OJ”.
Something is now difficult for thought digestion.
The picture has left me with a big question.
When I think about it, it makes me swoon.
Did we really send astronauts to the moon?

Capricorn Heritage

Cut into pieces,
Alone completely,
Passionate about respect,
Resourceful,
Intelligently viable,
Correct about truth and God,
On the money with dreams,
Rejunvanative health,
Not in love anymore.

Capricorn

Caring out an
Amazing dream
Prepared to lose it all
Ready to
Inspire the world its self
Caught in the hands
Of a
Rhyme
Never to lose hope

Anecdote To Be Read In the Age of Capricorn

As we move from the Piscean age into Aquarius
Will mankind accomplish universal brotherhood?
Come together as one, world peace
Within 2000 years, projected, unsure?

Divided, agitated and furious, internally
As citizens, help us, humanity
Macro-level, intellect, reason
Deeper truth, love and prosperity. Cotqueanity

Malice, frigidity, fixed sign, rigidity, stubbornness
Of thought patterns, these set to hinder
Already terrorism and conflict threaten the objective
Belts of the world at war, bombed as a cinder

Principles isolated from the heart, cease this
Negative outlook, give hope, give desire
Those who have gained learning in life utiise it
To accomplish something in life, tear down barbwire

Age of Capricorn coming, bring on the goat
Generations later, reading Age of Aquarius, anecdote

This Aries Loves Her Capricorn

was it last night I saw the stars realign,
where Aries and Capricorn became one
constellation-

where brilliance of glittering blue shined
like the renowned hope diamond had
shattered and scattered across the milky way,
only existing for love’s rediscovery-

I think it was.

was it this morning that I awoke from
a cosmic dream where two lovers redeemed
their love that had fallen from God’s grace-

I think it was.

for there is galaxy of reveries awaiting us,
my sweet-
where echoes of chimera revelations are
encompassed and held onto for safe keeping
so that one day we can embrace our true destiny.

is it you that makes my soul shine brighter a supernova?
                                           yes...
                               I think it is.
