Best Awakens Poems
With a loving heart,
filled with peace and harmony
In the afterbirth new life emerges
An eternal optimist in Spite of living
Starlight sparkles in this globe softly glistens
Everything seems to be perfectly normal
Gentle spirit refines where the thought is good
Dream you shine a warm sunbeam gift
We live for truth and justice sake
The numbered days and duration of happy feelings
A glimpses of human life takes shape
Golden delicious fruit of Eden
Happiness can not be conquered,
it must be openly received
A sun melting inside warm thoughts
Staring across the horizon clouds pearl white
My desires, my needs, my happiness
As fallen people with meaningless deeds
Dreamy cotton skies echo into one song
The ability to grasp facts of nature around us
Faraway mountains sailing yearns
Over the hills a warm thought in breeze blows
Starlight twinkles in the eyes of a dream
Coasting along on a deep blue sea wave kiss

The house sits silent.
All but for the creaks and groans
as the house settles on it’s aging foundation.
The arthritic sound of wood.
A faint hum from the refrigerator,
is the backdrop, to the passing of time
from the Grandfather clock in the hall.
A cat sits on the stairwell landing.
A silent witness to the night.
It’s green eyes glowing softly,
within the slash of moonlight.
The gentle sounds of sleep
come from the rooms above.
The slow steady drip of a faucet,
the only sound within the home.
A breeze sweeps through an open
French door, billowing, gauzy curtains.
Carrying with it the scents
of Honey suckle and Rose.
The wood rope swing that hangs
from the gnarled tree, is caught
up in the nighttime breath, to cast about.
The old rope squeaks it’s protest.
The wind in the leaves rustle out
their own soft song. Singing to sleep
the birds and small creatures of the day.
Welcoming the night hunters.
As the night passes and the sun begins to rise,
so too the house awakens.
The cat uncurls to stretch
and head out the open door.
the drip of the faucet,
is now a steady stream,
Washing off a face of sleep.
From the kitchen, comes the smell
of coffee freshly brewing.
So starts the new day.
The sun will ride this day's sky,
to set once again.
The house will settle anew,
welcoming the night time stage.

The Zero Au Jus Poetess Awakens
The poetess sat all day, waiting for a reply.
As if a great star would fall from the sky?
She learned her lesson all too well.
Not to wait for her iPad bell!
Remembering this is Poetry Soup, not Reply Soup.
Aha! I see she has her head out of a closed loop!

- Haiku X 48 - When Spring Awakens -
Frosted mountains thaws
Waterfalls strongly thunder
Waves of spring new life
A new beginning
Running through the meadowsweets
Can we wish for more

The first light of Spring washes away night
Penetrates Winter's forest of dead leaves
Staining each tree in a soft yellow light
Leaving my mind to enchantments conceived
Fading to dust is a sky of dusk gray
While sun rises with coats of flowing gold
Melting away clouds as they try to stay
Warming each flower so petals unfold
Welcoming soft mornings, birds on the wing
Quietly searching for their hungry feast
A path I will walk to hear them all sing
In awe of Nature, of which I am the least
To see Spring flowers, so captive in form
To wander in light, so precious so warm

Dawn awakens me with pursed lips
replicating yours still dancing in my dream
sunlight drapes my shoulders
as I envision you with that silky smile
hair cascading to and fro
in a look I long to know
I see pretty and eyes to behold
cheeks soft and sweet
and lips to bestow
and I feel you
I feel beauty
radiance reflecting your soul
it adorns me and warms me
rocks me gently
as winds lightly blow
it's kindness and kisses
giving the world a hello
it's sunshine through rainstorms
fires burning deep down below
desire in holding
your heart is aglow

When we look outside
we can see many things
Money ,material,luxury,
fashion,people, celebrities
We dream about what we see
We try to get the things we see
There will be competition and envious
to get the things and we aim high
and we forget about who we are.
When we look inside we just see
the opposite of what we see outside.
When we look into ourselves it is easy to find
who we are and what is our purpose of our life.
When we look inside we see the good and bad things,
right and wrong things clearly and able to distinguish.
We are in peace and love when we look inside,
when we look outside we do not have the time,.
because we are rushing to get the external things
When we are really awaken we try to look inside,
and lead a healthy peaceful and happy life.

Bears and bats awake out of winter's slumber
Birds are nesting, squirrels in the trees are feeding
Hills and valleys brighten with vibrant colors

Roses grace their stems,
Unfolding lovely petals;
Beautify the day.

Haiku
She wakes from a forgetful, trance-like state
Unconsciously rolls over
and feels an embryo inside
Forgetting her divine power and wisdom
Sophia calls to her
She walks out the door
Tripping over the obstacles in her path
Shedding tears for time lapsed
Embracing her divine feminine
She faces the blowing wind
Approaching a male rock
un-moveable
even in her magical presence
Growing stronger
She leaves the rock
Befriending another entranced maiden
She says
“You are not a slave”
Vision restored
Joyfully
She sings the immortal song of Isis
Endowing all those on her path with
The Christ Light
She sets other Goddesses free
Uncompromising in who she is
Her juices are flowing
She is glowing from within
She remembers
the baby growing inside
Her offer to the world
Conceived without conception
She is pregnant with
Passion
Purpose
Possibility
Amazing Grace!
A single woman
Giving birth to humanity’s savior
Psyche Enlightened
takes her rightful place
and consciously creates a new world order.

Janus opens the door after a long sleep
And looks through the gate of the past,
Now says farewell to all that’s been done
Until turning his head to the future,
And walks in one direction for all to follow.
Restart has begun and it’s now a new
Year, and Janus can once again sleep.
