'Neath nocturnal bloom
the essence of self
dwindles in a pillowed horizon
twilight dies a whisper -
your voice in my ear…

the pale goddess rises
mothering angel’s tears
tending till dawn
a moon garden vigil
bearing witness to your visit

Tanka 2 About the Cherry Blossom and Life

on melting snow

first cherry blossom

withers too soon

mum ties pink ribbons

to the white casket

Or

on melting snow

first cherry blossom

withers too soon

mum  unties ribbons

from empty cot-bed

Premium Member In Realm of Love and Life

In realm of love when passions stirred
Song of romance fervent hearts heard
In tenor we knew, rhythms that woo,
Strummed by music our desires spurred.

Oh! how that realm blooms love so true
As tunes of warmth birds sing for you,
From woods that sway as soft winds blow
When moon scripts clues on skyline blue;

Of dreamy night that gleamed with glow,
Of stars that waltzed to stage our show,
When we vowed beneath lambent skies,
Sprouts  of  love~~  shall   forever  grow;

While glance of joy thrills cheery eyes
Where love-flame kindles, never dies,
And dreams cherished, long to revive,
Nights we rejoice, snug in love's prize.

On life’s hurdled streets where we drive
From wheels of hope strength we derive
While we climb steep high ways of life,
Hand in hand, we steer fate and thrive.

Rebirth glides -
a bee balm ballerina
with dainty airs
sails soft upon enchanted wisps
of Spirit’s blown kiss..
wandering a nectar network
weaving amid shaggy blooms gilt-tilled..

a dancer in gold dust
her slipper feet
of light and peace
bring blessings of fruition
to wild-garden's frilly lavender fillies

Premium Member If We Are All Just Dreaming and Life Has No Meaning

If we’re all just dreaming and life has no meaning
And tomorrow’s no better or worse
Than what we do now is pointless somehow
Including another new verse.
To this one uplifted
From one that was shifted
From down in the deep bottom bilge;
If life is a squander
Then why do we wander
In search of our fortunes and fills.
If love has no reason
And winter’s no season
And snow never falls from the sky;
If the past is pointless and memories dim
Why even open our eyes?
From this slumbering state
This giant mistake
Of human existence and emotions;
If we’re all just dreaming and life has no meaning
We should all go drown in the oceans.

Premium Member Light and Life

Gone are days of haze
When a safe space beckoned like grave
Where finality of pain leaves no trace

Light of life I felt
Bathing me with radiant warmth
That melted my ghostly fears

And then I thought, wow!
The Source is in touch right now
Or I, with It, when I bowed
To life as gift, and made one vow

Light and life is in the Word.

Premium Member Death and Life - Gustav Klimt - 1286

Life and Death in two separated clusters, Klimt draws conflicts.
The serenity of his cycle of life is bright in pure color, he depicts.
A modern dance of death, yet he offers pause in what is inevitably set.
Death savoring in anticipation, musing with the decision “Not yet”.

Idly, death looks on, a sinister smile upon the gruesome face.
He has no semblance of human form except a skull in place.
Bones clutch a scepter as he seems to have found something to amuse.
His robe of blue adorned by crosses, is he deciding which one to choose ?

The manifestation of death at a distance from the slumbering cycle of life.
A child to the young women, a muscular male and the old, fear no strife.
Beautiful rounded forms clad with gently patterned clothes,
Seemingly unperturbed by the grim reaper, everyone loathes.

There is an eternal confrontation between death and life.
Depictions of death usually show as dangerous as a knife.
Opposed to the life depicted in a passive sleep like state.
The purposeful asymmetrical balance is to differentiate.

Death lies in wait in his blue robe with many a gaping grave.
And yet hope of a reconciliation, seems that he will save.
Not the evil lurking death, tempting them from their bed,
Time to tell with the circle of life, will he allow them to live on instead?

Of Love and Life and Pain

Life, you're a little more long tonight
a blast through a soft fleeting light
too fast, too soon, gone out sight

Love, you're a little forlorn tonight
a chill, but still, grasping for light
once tight, but now shaken with fright

Forefather's warm these strains
unburden me of my visceral pain
dare to make life, alive again

Musings , Wishes and Life

The Fire burneth while our world turneth
yet the rose still holds it's red bloom

The mighty Oaks stand majestic and tall
while man's glory hardly rates a call

The cold Wind bloweth so surely we know
angels bleach the whiteness in the snow

The Forest lives to give beauty and art
wildlife and earthly souls stand far apart

The Sky singeth and the sweet earth reflects
Natures beauty opposite man's many defects

The Soul endures and stays the greatest test
that prove kindness and love serve us best

Glory and Gold, Or Love and Life

our days are now numbered
as we creep into the years
we are raging into the future
yet we haven't found the wheel to steer
concentrate we must
for this world is cold
prevailing are the ones
that shall stand up so bold
when you die , if your name
is not carved in stone
the only way you shall be remembered
is letters on your headstone
for of the billions of people
in the world of today
only few know
to live one day
as if it is your last
for any day your life
may be taken in a flash
so many people are consumed
with money and power
how truly valuable is that
in our very last hour?
we base all our codes
on possession of gold
yet life is more precious
as one grows old
will you be remembered
for your insatiable greed
or will your name be imortal
by your unprecidented good deeds?
money in this day
is more than addictive
consumed by it you may
turn unexplainably vindictive
base your life not on love
but by wealth and power
yet as the question above clearly states
wealth is nothing
in a mans last hour

“Animate with love, each moment
Enhancing thus, our bliss quotient”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Awareness untouched by love is barren
Throb of love is our innate aliveness
Canvas we paint our own colouration
Let the music resonate lovingness
Granted free will, thinking manifests life
Aiding alignment with love upon earth
Ego urges us to engage in strife
Whilst love blissful joy forever in mirth
Radiant emptiness bliss mist aglow
Abiding in this silence we are free
Feeling and colouring life as it flows
Each moment we renew our joy entrée
Be mindful, oh hermit, embrace the now
Follow the scent of love, sweet and mellow
Premium Member Sun and Life Painting By Frida Kahlo 1947
A third eye, an open ended
topsy-turvy petal blowing gap,
a vaginal bore, is what I’ve become.
The bloom's long gone. The petals sucked
dry with nectar long ago lipped.
Every orifice repeats its plea
for knowing I, centered as the core of id.
I am the warmth burnt from fields of Iris’
and bays of daylilies, I have
flowered, soon to die.
A third I laughs at the absurdity,
tendrils rooting on hair of silver gray,
aft holding to the ship of orbital she-
ray-rising to the celestial he.
Words I write cannot describe
  the feelings that I have inside.
You fill my heart with warmth
  that never will subside.
I watch you as you move about,
  engaged in chores around the house.
I see your silhouette beneath your gown.
My eyes are older now,
  but still know what they like.
Your eyes are lit as candles burning
  softly in the windows of your soul,
  inviting me to visit all my life.
And when your lashes gently close,
  I feel the love that we both know.
Your lips are fruit ripe on the vine.
Sweeter still because they're mine.
To kiss forever, would be divine.
I'll never grow tired of your touch,
  or of softly tracing fingers,
  along your body's curves,
Ending with a little pat
  where no one else shall know.
I hope your arms will always hold me
  like our love is new.
And know with every breath you take
  that I love only you.
Me My Bicycle and Life
me and my bicycle
are in  a ***** relation
at least in the state of running
at high speed it keeps balance
but off balance my life  becomes
while I drive  at low speed
me and my life
now at loggerheads
at least in the matter of speed
my life runs well  like a bicycle
but at the age of forty
I could not afford high speed
upon putting  much efforts
I develop  back pain.
