Bejeezus Poems | Examples

Premium Member Never a Fawning Female

As the knight entered the throne room
Being of sound mind but with a side of crazy
The women began to swoon, except not me.
I am never one of those fawning females.

Being of sound mind but with a side of crazy
Loving my life as it is, finding the good in it,
I am never one of those fawning females.
They irritate the bejeezus out of me.

Loving my life as it is, finding the good in it,
The women began to swoon, except not me.
They irritate the beejeezus out of me
As the knight entered the throne room

Premium Member I Would Not Go Easily

The Grim Reaper gave up
So he sent his most fierce three
Their goal was simple
To scare the bejeezus out of me

I am hardheaded, and stubborn.
I was not about to go easily.
They learned the hard way
These so called fierce three

Sure, Reaper, send them when I am asleep.
Lying here, innocently, alone and unprotected.
I am not one to wail, keen or weep.
Yet I did not do what these entities expected.

The evil thoughts they tried to instill in my head
And the hateful ideas they tossed my way,
Were quickly thrown to the floor off the bed.
You see I was not born yesterday.

These three stopped laughing and began to moan.
They did not realize how hard my death was going to be.
Grim Reaper showed up and rolled his eyes at these crone.
I told you she would not go very easily!

Premium Member Dog Gone It

Finns dog just died
And a loyal friend was he
I picked two shovels up
And passed one to McGee

It's body in a box
Was carried just by Finn
As we slowly made the walk
Where the funeral would begin

As we made it to the church yard
Father Shamus met us there
As he looked inside the box, he said
"You can't bury THAT in here"

Finn looked so heart brokin'
And McGee began to cry
So I took it on me self to ask
Where might we ,let him lie

Father Shamus said,
"There are Baptist down the road
I'm not sure of their believes
but, it's OK I've been told

"And Father", Finn replied
"Do you'd think that they would mind
I'd like to donate thousands
For this gesture, that's so kind

"BEJEEZUS !" Said The Father
"Are you all that bloody thick
Why didn't you first tell me
Your dog was a .......Catholic"

Premium Member The Golden Rule According To Gee Dubya

Do unto others before they can do unto you
Call it preemption and lie through your teeth when you do.
Make up connections to terror, folks don’t have a clue.
Be sure you’re firmly entrenched when they find out what’s true.

Scare the bejeezus right out of them, it’ll be fun
Don’t let them find secret prisons, hide that smoking gun
Unpatriotic to speak up for truth and peace, son.
World domination’s the game here, forget the long run.

Propagate myths through our compromised media herd
Broadcast them loudly repeating each threatening word
It’s well established – beliefs form on frequency heard
After while “mushroom cloud” won’t sound so grossly absurd.

Strategy’s worked for four years now, don’t want to get iced
Hard work required to keep justice from spoiling our heist
Must keep the populace panicked and properly biased
Maybe pronounce that Chavez is the new anti-Christ?
