Uncle Spelunker

Uncle was a spelunker
drove to the caves
in his clunker
(it was quite the junker)
without a sound
he sunk underground
pitch black as night
and on his hat
a bright white light

Foul Bats

Nosy minds in fall of night 
Like foul bats envying the light 
They're like fool dogs barking till dawn 
Finding some dirt in other's lawn 

They're all like puppets in a play 
They are like some toys made of clay 
Stupid idiots who know nothing 
Pulling others is their only thing

At first I am thinking baseball bats.
But this is late evening, so the black ones come into my head.
What bats?  Why would I want to?
My brother says ‘It is amazing! They come out all at once.

Nightmare Symphony

In the dead of night, when shadows creep,
A haunting presence, secrets to keep.
Beneath the moon's gaze, darkness awakes,

A flying house! I have never seen such a sight!
This was said from the east, the north, the south and the right.
