In the quiet of the night, when your lingered shadow starts to play, I find myself lost in my thought, drifting further away, your laughter repeats in my mind, it’s something so sweet, with ever passing moment, I can hear my heart beat, your company, the one thing that pulls me from the dark, but

They Appear from Nowhere

It's the young ghosts that
haunt us most.

A vison of my 6-year-old self,
looking up from a basement window
at the gray pavement above my head.

It scared me then and still does.

One dead-eyed day in a wintery city
I saw a man without a coat
crouched and shivering,
the coat that he did not wear that

Goeduck Sauce Rigaberto Uran

1 x 300g piece mahi mahi fillet, skin off, pin-boned
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 brown onion, diced
Salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
25g butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric

1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons dried barberries
Pinch saffron threads

Appearance-Disappearance

From quantum whispers,
a universe awakens.
A birth in stellar nurseries,
where light ignites.

Appearance and disappearance,
a dance of creation,
a cosmic ballet,
everlasting and fleeting.

Invisible to our limited sight,
a mystery in swirling existence.
Permanent yet ephemeral,
a cosmic puzzle,
beyond our grasp.

What traces remain?
when the stars fade away?
when galaxies collapse?

Are they truly gone,
or merely transformed?
Hidden in spacetime’s weave,
in the universe’s memory.

A New Page to Appear

Though the pages may be crumpled, and the ink may fade,
The story is not over, it's never too late.
Though the pages are torn, and the words are unclear,
A new story can be written, a new page to appear.

The past may be broken, but the future is bright,
We can start again, with all our might.

Summon Me I'll shall Appear

I am the darkness that falls in to your dreams 
The nightmare that last longer throughout the night
The catcher of fear to lock-up the soul
A snatcher of spirit through a night invitation ceremony 
The only red light in the alley of doom
I was feared by many more still counting 
I'm only summoned by the strongest

The Disappeared Appear

The countless stars are clear tonight,
they do not make me feel less than I am anymore.

Like frost they twinkle in the wink
of a cold calamity.
transmitting a vast emptiness.

That silent void used to wound me,
now being less full of myself
I see their light as life-crafts
for dark sea-paths.

In time,
time itself will disappear,
as it wears its illusory thread
down

The Harmony of Heaven

THE HARMONY OF HEAVEN 
The harmony of heaven
Is what we long for here
But it will only happen
When in hearts it does appear

For when we fight against it
And seek to have our way
The peace and joy of Heaven
Remain too far away

When we have let this harmony
In our own hearts to stay
Then the love enjoyed in heaven

Polarities dancing

Impossible paradoxes

And  a stunning

Emptiness...
