There was too much ado about nothing,
A nothing that was poured something --
Still ended up as if there was nothing,
At least we tried, maybe that's something.
Don John stirred too much ado about nothing,
Claudio fought hard to mean something --
Tears under olive trees poured to nothing,
At least they cried, maybe it's something.
Now there is no ado about anything,
Your nothing became my something --
Still ended up into my loathing,
At least I tried? I tried for nothing.
Oh how I loathe, that I ended up with nothing.
I dreamt about a wedding
The couple wearing jeans,
Cowboy boots and flannel shirts
In a meadow near a stream
Two onyx rings presented
Everything so right
Americana music
Played into the night
With moon and stars as witness
He took his country bride
And placed his lips on top of hers
His love no more to hide
Then when the fête was over
Just her and him were there
Alone, these two together
With no ado and no fanfare
MAY I LOVE YOU A FAIR ADO-
A fair ado
May I love you
And may I pray
Alas, for you
And may I
Hold your heart
For mines beating reciprocity
A fair ado

“Much Ado About Nothing”
Romeo’s love doesn’t fall through,
As Tybalt piques his fancy too.
And Juliet,
Not in love yet
Chills out on Tinder and Temu.
William, don’t mind the premise pick,
The rhymes have moved on so to speak;
Short and lightweight -
It’s shooting straight,
Not a sonnet, a limerick.
No tragic twists, no tricksy lies,
No fam’ly feuds to dramatize.
It might be viewed
Vulgar and lewd -
But no one kills and no one dies!
Nothing
Is not no-thing
No-thing implies
A thing..but
Nothing implies
Something..
Circling...
Nothing
May seem to
Suggest
Equality as
Freedom...
Nothing
Is not imaginable
Untouchable..
But may seem
Obvious as
Words dance...
A dictionary
Is nothing
Appearing as
A book with a
Listing of words
Appearances of
Nothing...
Not knowing
And nothing
Different words
Begging to express
What cannot be
Expressed...
Uncertainty
A fading certainty..
A story of
Nothing
Nipping at edges...
The word
Nothing
Recalls something
But the something
May suddenly
Explode...
In the war of words, tongues wag,
Wit and jest, lies and insults, haggle for traction,
joining the ragtag rabble of riffraff chaff
blowing in the wind, littering the ground with trash.
Rumors spun, deceptions woven into a shroud of deceit.
There's so much ado, no adieu, nor regret
in the cauldron of a nihil brew
boiled to an amorphous spew
bubbling chaotic nonsense
to ears deaf dumb and numb
turned to mute,
with noise dampener
set to distraction.
Tres, duo, unus, Nihil!
"Niagra and the wise."
fresh waters of life
relief self impurities
to a fateful fall
"Do you hear what I hear?"
rawhide winds of war
birched last's stand amidst saviors
a tree faints away
"The void that Earth began."
mirages are dreams
of sand ~ prep A -- straight line to
... be -- and stay alive
"The Beaches of Warwick" NOT JK
Cher baby don't go
Miami sharks are biting
deBATE ~ still they go
"2024 sales higher than street drugs."
against popular
demand ~ Americans still
care of how they look
"The nature of ado."
it's a time for us
all the kids will visit me
~ the ado I need
What is sin but ignorance,
just requiring correction,
enabled by the melding
of head with the heart?
His poet’s way with words - far-flung,
Don’t get me wrong I love his tongue.
The words caress,
I acquiesce -
If only he were better hung.

“Maybe in your next life “Krishna said
Because we really don’t know what happens, after your dead
Well, our president has beat the charge
our military now list him as “at large”?
Tomorrow will still keep its Dawn
Because of a memory it must carry on
Will the criminals be allowed to rule?
And are we allowed the devils tools
Perhaps the plan that our gods intend
Is to overthrow our heroes who were built by pretend
yet who is the god and what is their gender?
from whence did they come the west or Eastender
Perhaps theirs a story that needs to be told
but who are the tellers the young or the old
asking for facts yet not accepting the truth
you will squander your wisdom on our untrained youth
the queen has now died and left our earth
still gathering friends and pocketing girth
there are laws in place to protect her grave
for those who steal from what she saved
"Dethrone them all" as Alice would say
"For the thrones made of gold and we shall spend it this way!
Much ado
About nothing..
The much ado
Is the stage play
Life appearing
On a stage..
Nothing appearing
As the characters on
No stage at all..
Yet we on the stage
Seeking escape from
Tragi-comic scripts
Seeking desperately
For Nothing
Appearing as
Much ado...

Much Ado!)
By morn, and under cerulean skies,
he rises from sheets and soft pillows of down;
and gives praise; for the Lord is just and wise,
and great to behold by this earth all round.
By noon, he sets about his songs and rhymes,
labors whose creation gives him pleasure,
and purpose, for an infinite lifetimes;
pressed down, piled, and parceled with good measure.
Then, by eve, lest beastly Insomnia
comes, he now and anon derives his rest
from the night's orgies with the Muses: a
reward that none may oppose, or protest.
A bard chaste for all time, and hence unloved,
finds love with the muses: for they're beloved.
I‘m embittered by isolation like Ado turned to salt
but outside, the flowers are dueling for attention.
I am mortared in this seclusion as Catullus rendered stone
yet outdoors, trees bask and frolic in the sun.
I'm locked in place, punished, like I'd smiled at Medusa
yet the squirrels go about their gatherings as birds forage.
I am gently constrained, but freedom nips at the air and invites memory.
Soul O’ my lady blue;
I such in love wit you;
May I be your only bleu?
As the winter blows it brews;
As the sparrow flies, it flew;
Amidst the daily coup,
It coos…
I’m so in love wit you;
That I don’t know just what to do;
If only you knew, that I grave and I’m goo goo;
Fa-U…
My go to,
O adieu, ado;
My hearts throbs beating rapidly dew;
Bloods rushing through, my head;
Darling, ooh
You haven’t a clue;
I really, really do pursue…
That I love just love;

dah-DUM, dah-DUM, dah-DUM, dah-DUM,
If they had sung a real good song,
Would not have joined and sung along,
If my friend had not drank so much,
Would not had paid, instead go dutch,
If they had kept their leftist view,
Would not have made a snippy spew,
If they had simple clear cut rules,
Would not have made so much ado.
If my in-laws weren't such a bore,
Would not have stayed to hear some more,
Stay I did lured by the sirens,
Drove home in a car of silence.
