Various animals, Almighty God created
In water, on land, in the air them he placed
Like a tick, others on other bodies he stuck
The frog on land and in water, he acclimates.
His slippery skin, good protection it makes
Into the water, he dives and swims like a fish
Lob him on the land, he leaps to gulp worms
On the land, he bounds and makes croaks.
For you dare fling him in the air, God he meets
In the air, he will suffocate for soaring he cannot.
Prayers he says and clemency he begs for soul purity
He cares not; he has confessed heavy and light sacrilege
Widowing insects, orphaning others but divine justice
The frog awaits, her eggs to leave and die in the cold
And so, the frog in pieces has slept eternally in peace

I was not supposed to want you.
Yet this touch, that touch, and everyone since seared in my mind
-has scorched a trail through my synapses
Returning to a core long lost.
To the face I feared to see.
I can not go back to blindness after sight.
There is an inner spiraling tunnel she tumbles in
-over and over peering over the edge of consciousness-
the lost woman I hid, afraid to see, she saw me.
In a mirror two sets of eyes- we recognized.
And ever since I’ve looked the other way
-afraid to see the lie I paint on in lipstick.
The kohl darkened eyes, attracting esteem I no longer need.
I need to be free.
Feathers clutter a cages bottom
-Hope does not stir anymore.
Perched behind golden bars-
Sequestered hidden-
She acclimates.
and molts freedoms path to the floor of her life.

It existed, backwoods,
Since the peaceful childhood;
Where only tranquility,
Warmth and tenderness
Bordered our intentness.
However getting into life..
Absorbing experience,
Getting well-known to what's novel,
Taking hard fortitudes,
Contributing all accessible chances
Attempting for a better eventual,
Leading for a self-satisfied grownup,
Are snatching it from me.
Whatever authorities were,
Hard decisions must be picked up.
Requesting luxurious serendipity,
Requires much sufferance
And acclimates the envier thirsty,
But at least confident,
For assuming it in a misty finality.

Mountains feel its cascade.
Yesterdays remember its destruction.
Blossoms drink its delightfulness.
Estuaries enliven effervescently.
Sunshine shimmers during sprinkles.
The freedom of rain exhilarates.
Rainwater refreshes.
Acclimates the atmosphere.
Invigorates the soul.
Nurtures all that lives.
Precious precipitation,
Omnipotent and cyclical,
Entices excitement.
Merrily mizzling..

The character is the spirit of enforce
that rises, above all conflicting source.
Through reason, more than bitter after course,
the spirit in its essence, twills remorse.
That anguish in some oneness thee concourse
by thy faith's loyal doneness ~ Holy force.
And that integrity of spoil is common choice,
a staved revere, as in a total voice.
Thy heart, thy nations's coil, does wind endorse
that benefitted summing still consorts
to some agreements fail, to so resort
survival, as a modem ~ not export.
Do pray that waste's affliction not exhort
to sameness ~ as to betterment could court
a newer way, an individual sort
that heightens to its doing, not deport.
Some saving of the will, not future tort
that acclimates consent, but not report.
A freer sense of self, a saving's port,
that recognizing's wealth, its owning fort ~
Identifies with God, and not fame's dwarf!
