On the Edge
On the edge of darkness you lie not alone
anymore where recurrent chills melt
along with the emptiness of the night
Biggest stars sit at the foot of comfort
gazing towards heightened heartbeats
as a serene calmness fills the air
Sweet innocence surrenders slowly
moving her way nearer tomorrow
and freshness blooms another day
