They call me a sin for the crime of naps
While greed parades as ambition ornate
In this ruthlessly rushing world, perhaps
It is patience we should appreciate

John Watt Date: 7/12/2022 9:41:00 PM Michelle, one of my favorite philosophers of the 20th century (John Lennon) wrote "I'm Only Sleeping" and "I'm So Tired" while with the Beatles, and later wrote (in Watching the Wheels Go Round and Round), "People say I'm lazy / Dreaming my life away / Well they give me all kinds of advice / Designed to enlighten me". I think he would share your values expressed in this little gem espousing rest, patience, and a slower, less greedy lifestyle.
