What to Submit?

1 original, poem on the theme of ............. Minimalism

(Form must be set to Free Verse)

Minimalism is about focusing on the things that are important, and discarding the many things that are distractions. Sometimes we are too weighed down by responsibilities and obligations to be happy, or have material possessions that make it impossible to travel… Minimalism sounds like a good thing to get into touch with around Christmas time – when everyone is thinking about money, food and gifts.

Your poem must demonstrate minimalism in style and philosophy. However, it must make sense.  Minimalism cannot be achieved by simply using insufficient words, although anything unnecessary would obviously be trimmed out. And rhymes might cause unnecessary clutter – so – use free verse.
