What to Submit?

Take any Dylan song-of course there are a ton of them-and write your poem based on that song. Any form. YOU MUST PUT THE TITLE OF THE SONG YOU ARE USING JUST ABOVE THE TITLE OF YOUR POEM.

Your poem does not have to be a new one. You can use one written previously. Just make sure you base your poem on only one song and put the title of the song above your poem.
