What to Submit?

New poems Only from 12 to 30 lines... on theme of “Does Anybody Care?”

Any form except for multiple short forms is acceptable...

Please read the rules carefully!
In my last contest so many good poems unfortunately had to be disqualified!

1) DATE YOUR POEM at the bottom, posted on or after Feb. 7th, 2020. 
2) NO NAMES - anywhere on your poem.
3) No short forms - from 12 to 30 lines.
4) Prize winners -  must supply me their mailing address through (Soupmail) to receive a prize.
5) All poems must use :
    https://www.rhymezone.com/
    https://www.howmanysyllables.com/
    when checking for rhymes or syllable counts, no other programs are acceptable.

PRIZES

First Place - A signed copy of my new book (A Match In The Dark)
Second Place - A signed copy of one of my books.
Third Place - A signed copy of one of my books.
Forth to Tenth Place - Glory.

Preparing Your Entry
Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read  no illustrations or fancy fonts. 
English Language
Poems must be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, even if you wrote both the original poem and the translation. 

A Note To Poetry Contestants...
All poets are welcome to enter this contest, however if you won a book as a prize in any of my previous contests and you win a prize again you cannot win another book. If you wish, you may designate another poet or a friend to receive your prize in your stead. As a way of launching my new book “A Match In The Dark”, for this contest only... first place winners are exempt from this rule if they so choose.
