Thank you Milton Toran

I read Milton Toran's poem and went off the deep end. I loved it, short and to the point. "Whatever happened to Merry Christmas? ... The same as what happened to prayer in our schools."   We are the majority. We pay the freakin' taxes and we elect the idiots who are supposed to serve the people. I'm up to my ears hearing the bullcrap from the corporate structure and the lack of any kind of backbone from our government. This country was founded so we could practice our faith freely whether we were Catholic, Baptist , Lutheran, Presbyterian, Jehovah Witness, Mormon or any other religion. Now, our elected officials decide we can't pray in school, nor have Nativity scenes and are working on banning the 10 commandments from government buildings. The politically correct corporate structure is taking our most celebrated holiday out of the stores and malls. This Christmas I will shop only at stores that have signs that say Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah, I don't care what WalMart or Kmart prices are. If they can't honor our beliefs, we should not patronize the store. If they start to see a decline in their god, "money", perhaps they will recognize our God. It just peeves me that we have become so acceptant of the status quo, that we just accept it.  It appears that Christians and Jews can be offended so we don't hurt the feelings of the terrorists, criminals or Aetheists. The ACLU is about as American as Bin Ladin, and should be treated as such. The ironic point is they come out of our 80% Christian taxes. Ladies and Gentlemen, we pay from our own pockets to have our rights violated. Even the Communist government described the ACLU as their right arm in the United States. If the Christian religions would unite and put a boycott on the stores not honoring our holidays and vote out every gutless congressman  and put some in that have a backbone, we could take "OUR" country back. A fatigued marine accidently bumps the Koran and it becomes an international incident. They behead people for owning a Bible and they are just practicing their faith. We put a name on a Teddy Bear and they want to execute a teacher. They burn our flag and make a mockery of our faith and they are just exercising their rights. We have the numbers to change it, We just need the unity. We have the power to bring back religious freedom to  this religion oppressed country if we are willing to work together. We need to shop at stores that respect our beliefs. We need to stop at gas stations that are "AMERICAN" owned. We need to send a message to the world that we will no longer bow our heads and just accept the bullcrap that is thrown at us. We need to stop them from exporting our oil and tell OPEC to go pound sand.  We need to ban OPEC from obtaining any rights to alternative energy.  We don't fight anymore. We sit feeling sorry for ourselves while the rest of the world takes advantage. I've got a new fire burning and I want to fight. Thank you Milton.
