I been a thinkin. About nothing. Really. Nothing intrigues me. What exactly is nothing?
Darkness void of light, set apart Cold and alone Never an emotion Never a feeling No Plan no destiny Motionless No thought No reaction No energy No gravity No life No death Just nothing No light No photons No neurons No quantum mechanics at work No space time No continuum Nothing Until we called it something And now we must define it it if we call it something Before we define we must hypothesize And after we hypothesize, we must test. How do you test something that doesn't exist in our realm? Or how pray tell do you define? And in order to define it, we must dissect it and in order to dissect it we must name it, and then take it apart peice by piece? Dare I say it? Dare I? Nothing from nothing leaves nothing. Nothing only exists beyond the bounds of creation. And creation is accelerating faster than we can measure. So nothing only exists on the outskirts of creation. Because when creation touches nothing it becomes something. I would like to peer beyond creation and see what nothing really is. Apparently Billy Preston was smarter than we knew
