Hello Soupers firstly my deepest heartfelt thanks for your kind words and thoughts.
I am delighted to tell you all that I think all will be ok with my daughter she is now awake and speaking (slowly) she is still under the care of the doctors but signs of progress are looking good.
It has been a very stressful worrying time and I have read your comments from time to time just to keep me in touch with very dear friends even though I have not had the time to reply.
I still don't have time to be here and I will judge my contest as soon as I can.
I hope to be back soon to be posting and reading poetry again as I have missed it so much.

Prayers still sent, David-dear! Kiss Jennifer on the forehead, please, and let her know its from a stranger across the pond... who is a mother... who rejoices at her awakening. :D still a road ahead, but oh oh oh this makes me cry happy tears! Hugs all around, all around... a local girl struck by a dumptruck also woke from a coma, just last year... she was not expected to even talk... and a prayer circle began... and she is again walking, talking, even plays the piano, again... miracles everyday everyday!

OH WOW, I am so happy to hear this. Just this morning I prayed for her and for the daughter of a friend of mine who has a rare disease and can lose her life at any moment. Those are trying times for parents like you and my friend. You are so strong, David. I really admire you!
